    Teaching methods for Autistic student

    Parenting a child with autism spectrum disorder has never been easy. The causal factors include, but not limited to, the child’s restricted social and communication skills and restricted and stereotypical activities. Parents lacking knowledge about ASD often resort to other forms of interventions in the hope to find a cure and believe it can assist to get rid of the deficits of the disorder. Such treatments are known as complementary or substitute medicine and are not evidence-based. As there is no current remedy for ASD, maybe it is time for parents to stop finding a make well to this disorder. Autism child has difficulties with interpreting both verbal and non-verbal language like gestures or tone of voice. Autism child has a very literal understanding of language. Autism child may find it difficult to use or understand: facial language, nature of voice, jokes or sarcasm.Â

It is considered the fastest growing market in the tourism industry, according to the World Tourism Organization with an annual growth rate of 9.6% worldwide and representing 8% of the world Gross Domestic Product, 11.4% of all consumers spending. Tourism or ecotourism is inherent desire of human beings, which developed with the progress of human civilization. Every man on this planet earth is very fond of tourism, hence always attracted towards nature. The mountains, hills, valleys, oceans, rivers, lakes, islands, waterfalls, forests, wild animals, birds, butterflies etc. have become important attractions for the ecotourists. The improved standard of life and economic status of middle class society has brought ecotourism within their reach. At present there is pressing demand for planned, well-developed and perfectly managed ecotourism. India is truly famous for hospitality. "Atithi Deo Bhav", means the visitors or guests are equal to God in Indian culture due to which India become the top most place for ecotourism in the world. The diverse culture, rich bio diversity, conductive climate, greenery and the peaceful as well as spiritual mind of the Indian people have become the main attractions for ecotourism.            The pleasant weather, natural lakes, green hills, beautiful valleys are the main attractions for ecotourists in Bhor Tehsil of Pune district. Hence there is an urgent need to investigate the hidden potential of ecotourism management and sustainable development. Not only this, but it also become the potential area of employment to rural people and youth.     Death penalty, often referred to as the death penalty, has been used as a method of crime deterrence since the earliest societies. Historical records show that even the most ancient primitive tribes utilized methods of punishing wrongdoers, including taking their lives, to pay for the crimes they committed. Murder most often warrants this ultimate form of punishment. “A life for a life†has been one of the most basic concepts for dealing with crime since the start of recorded history. The death penalty is a controversial subject in our society. Research has explored why people support or oppose death penalty. Most the literature to date looks at the reasons provided one at a time. In this study, critical analysis was conducted to see which reasons best explain the support and opposition for death penalty. While research is focuses on attitudes and opinion toward capital punishment in the India, such work has been lacking in our nation in India, the world's largest democracy. Data recently collected have revealed variance in levels of support for the death penalty among Aurangabad citizens

To perfume better, companies are hiring only individuals who can communicate in foreign language. As it is agreed that staff with English language skills have strong advantage over other employees, but to expect all employees speak  English  is totally illusion . A brilliant idea came to the light which is, training the staff of a company by well professional English trainer. It has been a privilege for me to be an English trainer in two companies. This paper is intended to provide a particular guide for trainers of English facing different proficiency level learners. It sheds light to the factors which bring to the development of a multilevel classroom and tend to explain the advantages and challenges of these types of classes
