Today the internet and E-commerce are daily routine in our life. E-commerce or Electronic commerce consists primarily of the distribution, buying, selling, marketing, advertising and servicing of products or services with the help of internet and other computer networks. The birth of companies such as eBay and Amazon (launched in 1994) really began to lead the way in E- commerce. In response to expert opinions, between 1998 and 2000, a substantial number of businesses in Western Europe and the United States built out their first rudimentary E-commerce websites.Â Now a dayâ€™s E- commerce companies play most important role in world commerce. The E-commerce sector has seen tremendous growth in recent years. The growth was driven by rapid technology adoption led by the increasing use of devices such as smart phones, tablets, access to the internet through broadband, 3G, 4G and credibility of E-commerce companies etc., which led to an increased online consumer base. This paper describes the innovative trends in E-commerce business.Â

The model presented in this paper is a new method in which Mahak charity foundation, as an experienced and structured organization, has attempted to develop, support and go along with a newly established charity called KassaCharity Foundation for the protection of children with cancer in Isfahan (Kassa) so that,using existing potentials, itbecome able to accelerate the progress towards achieving the goals of the organization, which isthe comprehensive support of children with cancer Finally, we find that; in order to increase the level of satisfaction among volunteers, nongovernmental organizations(NGO) must develop transformational leaders and emphasize the benefits of volunteering to the benefit of others, in addition, they should feel good and welcome, about the volunteering of people in them. EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAININGS ON RABBIT PRODUCTION IN KERALA, INDIA- A FARMER PERSPECTIVE*

Â Â ABSTRACTThe study specifically explores the perceptions of rabbit farmers of the state on trainings conducted by various agencies in this sector.Â A list of rabbit farmers in the state was prepared in consultation with officials of the Animal Husbandry Department, Veterinary College, Kudumbasree and other associated agencies. Appropriate sampling methods were used to select 90 rabbit farmers from various parts of the state and data were collected using a pretested interview schedule on the rabbit farmersâ€™ premises.Â From the list three districts with the highest number of rabbit farmers reported (designated as â€˜higher districtsâ€™) viz. Thiruvananthapuram, Idukki and Wayanad were selected.Â Proportionate stratified random sampling with equal allocation was used to select 30 farmers from each district so that a total of 90 rabbit farmers were selected from these three districts.Â From among the districts with lesser number of farmers reported (designated as â€˜lower districtsâ€™), there were no districts withÂ a minimum of 30 farmers, hence all the farmers identified in four districts viz. Thrissur (20), Kottayam (20) , Kannur (14) and Kozhikode (12) were selected. Nearly half of the small rabbit farmers in the lower districts had not received any training and the same is true for nearly two thirds of the small farmers in the higher districts. Similar findings were observed among the medium rabbit farmers of both the zones.Â The State Poverty Eradication Mission sponsored Kudumbasree was the most frequently accessed place of training for small farmers in both the lower and higher districts. However, among medium farmers both in the higher as well as lower districts the Animal Husbandry Department was the most frequently accessed place of training. Out of the 24 small farmers in the lower districts who had received training, 22 farmers (91.67%) perceived the training attended as effective. Similar findings were observed among all the rabbit farmers of the higher districts as well.Â Â

A Study on Mental Health Status of the Secondary School Students in SPSR Nellore District

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of demographic variables such as gender, locality, delivery type, type of management, class, fatherâ€™s education, fatherâ€™s occupation, family income and birth order on mental health status. Mental Health Status inventory by Dr. Jagadeesh & A.K. Srivastva was administered to assess the mental health status of the subjects (N=200). To test the hypotheses, the collected data were analyzed using t-test and Chi-square test. Findings suggested that there is significant impact of demographic variables on mental health; the class of secondary school students is positively related to their mental health; the birth order of secondary school students is positively related to their mental health; the mental health status of urban area students is slightly better than of rural area students; the mental health status of caesarean delivered students is slightly better than that of normal delivered and the mental health status of girls is slightly better than that of boys
