A obrigação de transparência quanto aos riscos empresariais no mercado de capitais brasileiro: a necessidade do disclosure ambiental, a regulação pela cvm e a autorregulação
Get PDFObjetivo: O objetivo geral da pesquisa consiste em fortalecer a normatividade do disclosure ambiental no âmbito do mercado de capitais. Como objetivos específicos, busca-se defender a importância da transparência das informações no mercado de capitais como instrumento de proteção do investidor e que propicia melhores créditos, demonstrar a aplicação do direito fundamental ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado para o mercado de capitais e indicar a evolução do disclosure ambiental no âmbito da CVM e pelos próprios agentes do mercado de bolsa de valores.Método: A pesquisa adota uma abordagem dedutiva, tendo como premissa maior a aplicação do direito fundamental ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado, que possui repercussões para a ordem econômica, em diálogo com a função social da propriedade, e como premissa menor o dever de divulgação de informações relevantes como mecanismo de proteção do investidor no mercado de capitais, para se concluir pela defesa, com legitimidade constitucional, do disclosure ambiental. Num segundo momento, adotando-se o método indutivo de forma acessória, são recolhidas evidências do desenvolvimento dessa ferramenta no mercado de capitais brasileiro, através de normativas da CVM e dos agentes do mercado.Resultados: A atual regulamentação da CVM quanto ao dever de divulgação no mercado de capitais abrange importantes aspectos de disclosure ambiental, além de tal entidade prestar relevante papel por via de sua atuação fiscalizatória, possibilitando uma maior concretização do princípio protetivo ambiental no âmbito do mercado de capitais. A autorregulação do mercado também vem propiciando maiores níveis de disclosure ambiental.Contribuições: Demonstra-se que o dever de disclosure ambiental, que já poderia ser deduzido das normas constitucionais, vem se tornando uma exigência cada vez mais evidente no mercado de capitais brasileiro, seja pela atuação da CVM na regulação dos agentes, seja pela atuação dos próprios agentes, através de suas associações, das bolsas de valores e das empresas emissoras de títulos.Palavras-chave: Mercado de capitais; Divulgação de informações; Proteção ambiental; Disclosure.Objective: In this context, the general objective of the research is to strengthen the normative nature of environmental disclosure within the scope of the capital market. As specific objectives, it seeks to defend the importance of transparency of information in the capital market as an instrument of investor protection and that provides better credits, demonstrate the application of the fundamental right to an ecologically balanced environment for the capital market and indicate the evolution of environmental disclosure within the scope of the CVM and by the stock exchange market agents themselves.Method: The research adopts a deductive approach, having as a major premise the application of the fundamental right to an ecologically balanced environment, which has repercussions for the economic order, in dialogue with the social function of property, and as a minor premise the duty of disclosure. of relevant information as a mechanism to protect investors in the capital market, to conclude by defending, with constitutional legitimacy, environmental disclosure. In a second moment, adopting the inductive method as an accessory, evidence of the development of this tool in the Brazilian capital market is collected, through CVM regulations and market agents.Results: The current regulation of the CVM regarding the duty of disclosure in the capital market covers important aspects of environmental disclosure, besides that such entity provides a relevant role through its oversight activity, enabling a greater realization of the environmental protection principle in the scope of the capital market. The self-regulation of the market has also been providing higher levels of environmental disclosure.Contributions: It demonstrates that the duty of environmental disclosure, which could already be deduced from the constitutional norms, has become an increasingly evident requirement in the Brazilian capital market, either through the role of the CVM in the regulation of agents, or through the actions of the agents themselves, through its associations, stock exchanges and securities issuing companies.Keywords: Capital market; Dissemination of information; Environmental protection; Disclosure
HISTÓRIAS DE VIDA E SAÚDE MENTAL: REVISÃO DO PAPEL DA NARRATIVA AUTOBIOGRÁFICA NO ENVELHECIMENTO
Get PDFDe acordo com análises demográficas realizadas, observou-se um aumento progressivo na proporção de pessoas idosas na população ao longo do século XX. Nesse contexto, a prática de narrar histórias autobiográficas emerge como um ato imaginativo que envolve vários processos cognitivos, visando estabelecer conexões, empatia e afetividade. Com base nisso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo explorar as evidências científicas sobre o papel da narrativa autobiográfica no bem-estar psicológico de pessoas idosas, com foco em intervenções que utilizam essa prática. Para isso, empregou-se como metodologia a revisão integrativa de literatura. As fontes de informação utilizadas incluíram as bases de dados eletrônicas Medline via Pubmed, Scielo, Pepsic e Lilacs. As buscas nessas bases foram conduzidas utilizando os seguintes descritores: “Envelhecimento”, “Memória Autobiográfica”, “Psicoterapia” e “Narrativa Pessoal”. A escolha desses descritores levou em consideração a busca na plataforma DeCS/MeSH (Descritores em Ciências da Saúde). Na análise inicial nos bancos de dados, foram encontrados 120 artigos. Após análise preliminar de todos esses dados, restaram 9 artigos para a revisão. Os resultados indicaram que a prática de narrar histórias autobiográficas está significativamente associada à melhoria do bem-estar psicológico em indivíduos idosos, com efeitos positivos como a redução de sintomas depressivos, fortalecimento da identidade e promoção de um senso de continuidade e propósito de vida. Conclui-se que a narrativa autobiográfica desempenha um papel crucial na promoção da saúde mental no envelhecimento e longevidade, servindo como uma ferramenta terapêutica eficaz para o envelhecimento saudável
INFLUENCE OF COACHING IN PEDAGOGICAL MODELING ON THE COMPETENCIES OF MANAGEMENT STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Get PDFObjective: The study aims to model opportunities to implement coaching technologies in training management students within the higher education system. The study objectives include defining the concepts of pedagogical modeling and coaching, as well as the role of coaching in the higher education system; examining traditional and innovative coaching approaches, tools, and practices used in management training; identifying the problems that hinder the application of coaching and proposing ways to overcome them.Methods: Qualitative and quantitative research methods were used, including a review of scientific literature and an expert survey. Data collection took place from January to March 2024, involving the analysis of literature and a survey of 51 experts in the field. Data analysis was performed using statistical techniques, such as Kendall's coefficient of concordance.Results: The study identified the most commonly used traditional and digital coaching technologies and assessed the problems associated with their implementation in management training. Key technologies included the GRO model and online coaching platforms. The main challenges were a shortage of qualified coaches and financial limitations. Measures such as coach training and financial support were suggested to overcome these challenges.Conclusions: The systematic application of coaching technologies can be an important element in management training, provided that identified challenges, such as the lack of administrative support and financial resources, are overcome. The findings have practical relevance for Russian universities and can help train managers capable of meeting the challenges of the current labor market

With a comprehensive system of worldviews, particularly emphasizing societal and individual perspectives within socio-political, moral, and ethical realms, Confucius laid the groundwork for the advancement of Confucianism within the Chinese philosophical tradition. Central to Confucius's teachings was his conception of the human condition, particularly concerning political engagement and ethical conduct. This article employs dialectical materialism and various analytical tools such as comparison, synthesis, historical inquiry, and logical deduction to elucidate Confucius's perspectives on the political individual, characterized by virtues such as benevolence, ceremonial propriety, and the rectification of names. Through this exploration, the author endeavors to illustrate how the Communist Party of Vietnam applies these principles in shaping the contemporary political landscape and fostering virtuous political conduct among its citizens

No Vietname, a economia partilhada desenvolveu-se fortemente desde 2014, em que o sector do transporte rodoviário apareceu anteriormente com representantes famosos como Uber, Grab... Nesse contexto, o Governo do Vietname está sempre a tentar adaptar-se a este novo modelo de negócio através de melhorar o sistema jurídico. No entanto, até ao momento, muitas questões jurídicas não foram resolvidas de forma satisfatória, exigindo que o sistema jurídico continue a ser aperfeiçoado para resolver o problema e desenvolver um modelo económico que traga muitos benefícios para a sociedade, ao mesmo tempo que resolve muitos novos problemas sociais que este modelo económico coloca. Este artigo investiga a situação atual da lei que rege o modelo de economia compartilhada no Vietnã, analisando, sintetizando pesquisas comparativas e comentando a sentença. Get PDFA gestão pública democrática na contemporaneidade apresenta lineamentos de funcionalidades proximais do esteio científico da responsividade com políticas de desenvolvimento sustentável que referenciam parâmetros de emancipação política dos sujeitos sociais. A pesquisa apresentou como devir científico analisar as contribuições da gestão pública de uma Rede Federal de Ensino integrada por 33 campi no Nordeste do Brasil para a consecução dos 17 ODS.A hermenêutica do campo empírico e análise de dados foram suportadas pela aplicação de técnicas de estatística descritiva e da análise multivariada fatorial exploratória (AFE) sob lastro de uma amostra não probabilística constituída por 460 pessoas sujeitas da pesquisa partícipes da Comunidade Acadêmica. A pesquisa permitiu concluir que há evidências que sinalizam a necessidade de aperfeiçoamento do Modelo de Gestão e Responsividade públicas da Instituição investigada para o desenvolvimento sustentável e tendo como ponto de partida uma assunção formal de política de compromissos institucionais com a Agenda 2030

Notable contributors include the UK, Australia, and the US, with affiliations like Chalmers University of Technology, The New School, and Queensland University of Technology. The journal 'Sustainability' received the most articles. Findings emphasize that fast fashion cultivates a disposable clothing outlook, ignoring environmental consequences. Growing attention to sustainability and social concerns is evident for both consumers and fashion companies.Research, Practical & Social implications: The study sheds light on the growing attention to sustainability and social concerns within the realm of fast fashion.
