DEMOCRACIA EM TEMPOS DE HIPERCONSUMO: O(A)CANDIDATO(A) COMO UM PRODUTO A MAIS NA PRATELEIRA
Get PDFTrata-se de análise que pontua alguns aspetos das mudanças, a partir da revolução tecnológica e efeitos do conceito de sociedade da sedução e hiperconsumo de Gilles Lipovestky sobre elementos jurídicos relacionados a direitos fundamentais e humanos democráticos hodierno. Corte metodológico adotado: o perigo digital ao sufrágio; para Gilles Lipovestky vivenciamos estágio da sociedade da sedução e nova fase de mercantilização: a do hiperconsumo; a partir de possíveis aplicações dos conceitos elencados, propomos análise de elementos de direitos fundamentais e humanos, elementos presentes no direito ao voto, elaborando análise que coteja Política e Direito: a mercantilização dos candidatos; a democracia tratada como mera mercadoria em um mercado digital especializado, que opera através de algoritmos que personalizam e instrumentalizam seu consumo, fazendo uso, inclusive de informações falsas, fake news, sendo a análise o objeto do estudo proposto com a exposição de riscos a que estamos sujeitos. A metodologia utilizada resulta da combinação de revisão bibliográfica, descritiva e dedutiva e o estudo justifica-se na medida que aborda questões fulcrais relativas a Direitos humanos e fundamentais, democracia e consumo.
EXPERIENCES AND MOTIVATION IN HIZIB TARIQA RITUAL IN SASAK TRIBE LOMBOK INDONESIA
Get PDFThe role of the Tariqa in Islam propagation is highly significant, particularly in Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Sufism teaching is also known as tariqa teachings in Lombok Island. Hizib Tariqa is the largest Tariqa in the Sasak tribe Lombok. The role of the Hizib tariqa is gigantic in religious and social changes. This research aims to fathom the ritual experience gained by Hizib Tariqa followers and the motivation driven the Tariqa to stay afloat until today. The research method employed is qualitative, using phenomenological and ethnographical approaches. This study's result obtains Hizib tariqa ritual experience for the followers to feel a peaceful heart and mind, strengthen kinship and fraternity ties among the Lombok community in general, and as a forum or media to explore religious knowledge through congregation or lectures by Ustaz or Tuan Guru. Also, the most important motivation is getting closer to Allah SWT and increasing faith and piety. Therefore, this combination of experience and motivation has continued the Hizib tariqa rituals
O DIREITO FALIMENTAR NA ATIVIDADE EMPRESARIAL
Get PDFFrente ao importante papel que a atividade empresarial exerce na sociedade enquanto fomentadora da economia, a legislação falimentar possui considerável relevância na constatação da insolvência e organização dos processos de liquidação e recuperação de empresas. Enquanto a legislação revogada tinha como objetivo apenas realizar o pagamento dos débitos sociais, a legislação em vigor prioriza a recuperação financeira da empresa. O objetivo deste trabalho é a apresentação de algumas considerações sobre a atual legislação falimentar, especialmente as medidas que podem ser propostas pelo próprio devedor, ou seja, a autofalência e a recuperação judicial, bem como os documentos necessários. Busca-se também através deste artigo analisar quais pedidos vem sendo apresentado, bem como identificar quais os tipos empresariais tem buscado essas medidas legais para superar a crise ou promover o encerramento da atividade.

Get PDFCom o advento da pandemia do COVID-19, o marketing de conteúdo digital foi um instrumento relevante para a entrega de valor ao público-alvo. Nesta estratégia, as personas são referência importante para que o desenho do conteúdo seja adequado ao perfil do público que se deseja alcançar. Neste sentido, este trabalho tem por objetivo descrever como o marketing de conteúdo digital referendado por uma persona viabiliza a realização de um projeto de extensão no cenário do distanciamento social. A investigação consiste de um estudo de caso que evidenciou a relevância da persona para a precisão das ações de marketing de conteúdo para famílias de pessoas com deficiência. Os achados indicam que no caso de pessoas em condições de vulnerabilidade, as ações de marketing de conteúdo poderiam ser mais efetivas se em paralelo fossem realizadas ações de natureza presencial com contato pessoal
A SOCIO-POLITICAL ANALYSIS OF CHARACTER TRANSFORMATION OF ACEHNESE WOMAN: WARRIOR OR PACIFIST TRAIT?
Get PDFThe relationship between Acehnese women and the conflict has become an exciting discourse to be studied more deeply. It is inseparable from the struggle of Acehnese women, who are known to be mighty on the battlefield against the invaders. This research argues that the character traits of Acehnese women in the context of conflict have changed. In the past, Acehnese women appeared to be icons of war heroes and now tend to be in the ‘grey area’, not being extreme in showing resistance or being the initiators of peace. This research attempts to elaborate on the conditions that allow these differences in character to occur. The researchers argue, by using research data collected from documentation and interviews, it is concluded that women are closely correlated with peace. Women have great potential to bring about peace. This research shows that this condition is influenced by gender subordination, limiting women’s space for movement. The surrounding community seems to place the issue of war and peace in the domain of men. In addition, the absence of gender-wise policies should be considered an obstacle to the emergence of Acehnese women as pacifists

In conformity with the Constitution, the State may not intervene in the community's internal affairs. They may freely enjoy their historical and traditional rights within the State of Indonesia, including their conventional customary rights, cultural rights, historical rights, and self-governing authority. However, this status has produced an injustice with regard to the use of their culture. Adat community is an actual inheritance of the traditional Balinese culture. They own and maintain the culture at their own expense. But, when the culture produces tourism and tourism produces economic benefit, none of the benefits directly flows to the adat community. Most of them flow to the government and private sectors. Under McDougal’s policy-oriented approach and taking the case of Bali, this article would explore the nature of such injustice, its causes, the formulation of needs, the administrative law policy schemes, and the administrative rules formulation model for fixing the problem
The Effect of Mindfulness Training on Anxiety: A Case Study: Psychology Undergraduate Students of Tehran University
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mind training on anxiety. The research method was quasi-experimental. The statistical population of this study included 20 psychology students from Tehran University (10 female and 10 male). From this statistical population, we selected 20 of students with above-average levels of anxiety and divided them into two groups of girls and boys using a targeted sampling method. Data were collected using the STAI questionnaire. Data were analyzed with EXCEL software. As a result, there was a significant difference in the study variables between Group 1 and Group 2, indicating that mindfulness-based stress reduction program training was effective in reducing anxiety

Get PDFObjetivos: Busca-se com o presente artigo responder ao seguinte problema de pesquisa: Quais são as áreas de atuação jurídica mais procuradas no Direito pós-pandemia e como essa descoberta afeta a organização dos cursos de pós-graduação lato sensu? Para isso, é necessário compreender as principais adaptações do Direito pós-pandemia, a possível correlação entre a legislação aprovada durante a pandemia e o direcionamento para atuação jurídica, bem como o papel dos cursos de pós-graduação lato sensu.Metodologia: Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, estudo de natureza pura e comparativa, com base em revisão de literatura e análise da legislação aprovada durante o período da pandemia.Resultados: É possível concluir que as áreas com tendência de maior procura para o ingresso em cursos de pós-graduação lato sensu possuem correlação com os temas mais presentes nas medidas provisórias e nova legislação aprovadas durante a pandemia. Especificamente, Direito Tributário, Direito Administrativo, Direito do Trabalho, Direitos Culturais, Direito Constitucional, Direito Empresarial, Direito Civil e Direito Digital.Contribuições: A pesquisa realizada, além de apresentar tendências e soluções para os cursos de pós-graduação lato sensu, identifica as medidas provisórias e leis aprovadas durante a pandemia e a necessidade de utilização dos meios tecnológicos para a atuação jurídica
