TÜRKİYE’DEKİ TARIMSAL KREDİ FAİZ ORANLARININ BİTKİSEL ÜRETİM MİKTARINA ETKİSİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

    No full text

    No full text
Enhancing a topology of the literature, single-input multiple-output first-order inverse filter topologies are presented in this work. They offer the features of minimized circuit complexity, grounded capacitors requirement and, the most important, the capability of cascade connection with other stages without extra buffers needed. This is achieved thanks to the properties of the Current Feedback Operational Amplifier terminals. The behavior of the structures with regards to the effect of parasitics is evaluated for establishing the suitable frequency range of their operation. The performance of the filters is evaluated using the OrCAD PSpice suite, as well as through experimental results

New imidazolidindionedioximes and their Pt(II) complexes: Synthesis and investigation of their att mraniuol activities on breast cancer cells

    No full text
Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer worldwide and has the most lethality ratio for females among all cancers. Although current cancer therapeutics have made considerable advancements, there is still room for improvement in terms of efficacy. Many anticancer drugs have a risk of causing serious adverse effects due to their nonspecific cytotoxic effects on both tumor and healthy cells. New therapeutics might have a greater ability to kill cancer cells, reduce the volume of tumors, and improve overall therapy response rates. Herein, we report the efficient synthesis and characterization of three amphi vic-dioximes and their six novel mono-, which are extremely rare in platinum chemistry, and bisplatinum(II) complexes for breast cancer treatment. Antitumoral activities of Pt(II) complexes have been investigated on CCD-1079Sk healthy fibroblast cell line, MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cell lines. Cytotoxicity, cell cycle, and apoptotic assays were performed. All new Pt(II) complexes exhibited selective antiproliferative effects on breast cancer cells by showing less cytotoxicity to healthy cells than known anticancer drugs cisplatin and bicalutamide. In vitro studies show that these new Pt complexes have high anticancer and antiproliferative effects and may be new alternatives to existing anticancer drugs.Scientific and Technological Research Council of Tuerkiye (TUBITAK) [118Z279]This work is financially supported by a research grant from The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Tuerkiye (TUEB & Idot;TAK) (Project No: 118Z279)

    No full text
In a dual banking system, participation banks (PBs) are expected to follow Islamic principles, morals, and ethical norms, all of which ultimately align with Maqasid al-Sharia'ah (MS). This study aimed to assess performance of PBs in T & uuml;rkiye beyond traditional yardsticks to accentuate their ethical, social, and financial roles compliant with the axioms of MS. A mixed method deploying qualitative and quantitative inquiry was used. The first stage used text mining, and the second stage developed the MS Performance Index (MSPI) by adopting entropy weights based on the Ghazalian perspective. The datasets were derived from 18 reports for 2019-2021. T & uuml;rkiye Finans appeared to have the highest score, whereas Ziraat received the lowest on MSPI scores. PBs achieved the highest scores for the wealth objective component and the lowest score for the intellect component because they became market-oriented and thus their disclosures did not support and promote MS

    No full text
Masses and current couplings of the charmonium and bottomonium hybrids (c) over bar gc and (b) over bar gb with spin-parities J(PC) = 0(++), 0(+-), 0(-+), 0(--) and 1(++), 1(+-), 1(-+), 1(--) are calculated using QCD two-point sum rule method. Computations are performed by taking into account gluon condensates up to dimension 12 including terms similar to (2). The parameters of the bottom-charm hybrids (b) over bar gc with quantum numbers J(PC) = 0(+), 0(-), 1(+), and 1(-) are calculated as well. In computations the dominance of the pole contribution to sum rule results is ensured. It is demonstrated that all charmonia hybrids decay strongly to two-meson final states. The bottomonium hybrids 0(-+) and 1(-+) as well as the bottom-charm hybrid mesons 0(-(+)) and 1(-(+)) may be stable against strong two-meson decay modes. Results of the present work are compared with ones obtained using the sum rule and alternative approaches. Our predictions for parameters of the heavy hybrid mesons may be useful to study their various decay channels which are important for interpretation of ongoing and future experiments.Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkiye (TUBITAK) [123F197]; Iran National Science Foundation (INSF) [4025036]H. An MCDM Method with Dynamic Weights for Investment Project Selection

    No full text
The investment projects evaluation and selection problem is a very important and common decision -making issue for enterprises. In general, enterprises will recruit experts for a committee to review many of the quantitative and qualitative factors in the selection process of investment projects. In the face of uncertain environments, experts may reasonably use interval linguistic variables to express their subjective evaluations of investment projects with respect to each criterion. This study presents a dynamic mechanism to objectively compute the weight of each criterion, and proposes a new MCDM method to determine the ranking order of all investment projects by combining the three indices of performance index, special superior index, and regret index. In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, this study compares the project ordering results of the proposed method with the ordering results of other MCDM methods. Based on the results, the proposed model can provide more objective, flexible, and robust results to make decisions for the evaluation of investment projects. Finally, the conclusions and future research directions are discussed in the final section

    Investigations of ? states with spin-parity 3 ± 2

    No full text
The present study provides spectroscopic investigations of spin-32 A baryons with both positive and negative parities. The analysis mainly focuses on three states, namely 1P, 2P, and 2S, and corresponding masses are calculated using the QCD sum rule method. To implement the method, we apply two types of interpolating currents with octet and singlet quantum numbers and compare the corresponding results with the reported masses of experimentally observed states. From the comparisons, it is extracted that the results of interpolating current with octet quantum numbers are in good agreement with the experimentally measured masses. The masses obtained with this interpolating current are m = 1513.64 +/- 8.76 MeV for 1P state with JP = 3 -, m' = 1687.91 +/- 0.31 MeV for 2P state with JP = 3 - and m = 1882.37 +/- 11.95 MeV for 2S state with JP = 3 + and they are consistent with the experimental masses of A(1520), A(1690), and A(1890), respectively, which confirm their spin-parity quantum numbers. Besides, we calculate the corresponding current coupling constants, which are utilized as inputs in the calculations of different form factors defining the widths of the states under study.Iran National Science Foundation (INSF) [4025036]K. Energy-based hydro-economic modeling of climate change effects on the Upper Euphrates Basin

    No full text
Climate change and global warming are expected to have effects on water resources management and planning, requiring adaptations to changing conditions. Therefore, it is very important, especially for decision-makers, to identify demand deficits due to less water availability with climate change that may occur in the existing water supply system in advance. FEHEM, a hydroeconomic optimization model of the integrated reservoir system of the Upper Euphrates Basin, which is the largest and main basin providing water flow to the Euphrates River, is developed. Using a 45-year historical hydrological dataset, water management and hydroelectric operations are evaluated with a linear programming model at monthly time steps. The effects of climate change on the Upper Euphrates Basin are evaluated under low and high carbon emission scenarios. According to the average of the different climate scenarios studied in the model, the average decrease in flows is 37.5%. With climate change, peak flows will occur about 1-2 months earlier on average. As a result of these hydrological changes, the total amount of energy production in the basin will decrease by about 54% and energy revenue by the same percentage. HIGHLIGHTS Two climate scenarios, one with high and the other with low emissions, were studied in the Upper Euphrates Basin. In both scenarios, there was a 37.5% reduction in flows on average. Moreover, the production of 10 large storage hydroelectric power plants in the Upper Euphrates Basin will decrease by approximately 50% according to different climate scenarios
