SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS PEMETAAN POTENSI LIKUEFAKSI DI PROVINSI GORONTALO
This research discusses the development of a Geographic Information System (GIS) using a prototype-based method for mapping liquefaction potential in Gorontalo Province. Liquefaction is a geological phenomenon that occurs when soil loses its strength due to earthquake tremors, potentially causing severe damage to infrastructure and buildings. The main objective of this study is to provide spatial information related to areas at risk of liquefaction by utilizing web-based GIS technology. The system was designed through the stages of the prototype method, starting from communication, data collection, rapid design, initial prototype development, to evaluation and refinement based on user feedback. The research focused on Gorontal City, covering 48 villages, where disaster parameters such as wave, vibration, ground cracks, land subsidence, landslides, and liquefaction were the main concerns. The system evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on 10 respondents, consisting of practitioners in the fields of geophysics and disaster management. The test results showed an average score of 73, which was categorized as Acceptable with a grade of C, and the user satisfaction level was in the Good category based on the adjective rating scale. The majority of users stated that the system was easy to understand, the interface navigation was intuitive, and the interactive map visualization feature was very helpful in the analysis process. Overall, the results of this study indicated that the developed system was not only capable of visualizing liquefaction potential spatially but also had a good level of acceptance and usability among users. Rancang Bangun Sistem E-Absensi Web Menggunakan Laravel (Studi Kasus: RSUD Labuha)
A common problem in attendance management is the manual system employed at RSUD Labuha, which is prone to inefficiencies, human errors, and difficulties in real-time monitoring. This study aims to address these issues by designing and developing a web-based e-attendance system using the Laravel framework to improve the efficiency and accuracy of employee attendance management. The system is intended to provide an automated solution for digital attendance recording, real-time monitoring, and integrated reporting. The research adopts the Waterfall methodology, which provides a structured and sequential approach to system development. Data collection was conducted through direct observation at RSUD Labuha to identify workflow patterns and system requirements. The system is developed using PHP programming language integrated with the Laravel framework. All functionalities are tested in a localhost environment using Black Box Testing to ensure validity and reliability. The result of this study is a fully functional e-attendance system successfully implemented and tested in the localhost environment. All core features, including digital attendance recording, reporting, and dashboard management, are proven to be operational and effective. The primary limitation of this study is the inability to conduct full-scale implementation and testing in a live hosting environment due to technical and administrative constraints. Nevertheless, this web-based e-attendance system successfully fulfills the research objectives by delivering a deployable digital solution tailored for attendance management at RSUD Labuha. This study contributes a customized system design for the institution, with its architecture and findings serving as a reference for similar future projects.Latar belakang masalah umum dalam manajemen kehadiran adalah sistem manual di RSUD Labuha yang rentan terhadap inefisiensi, kesalahan manusia, dan sulitnya pemantauan secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan merancang dan membangun sistem e-absensi berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi manajemen kehadiran pegawai. Tujuan sistem adalah menyediakan solusi otomatis untuk pencatatan absensi digital, pemantauan real-time, dan pelaporan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi Waterfall yang menyediakan pendekatan pengembangan yang terstruktur dan sekuensial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung di RSUD Labuha untuk mengidentifikasi alur kerja dan kebutuhan sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP bersama framework Laravel. Semua fungsionalitas diuji dalam lingkungan localhost menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan validitas dan keandalannya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem e-absensi fungsional yang telah diimplementasikan dan diuji coba sepenuhnya di lingkungan localhost. Semua fitur utama, termasuk pencatatan kehadiran digital, pelaporan, dan manajemen dashboard, terbukti operasional dan efektif. Keterbatasan utama studi ini adalah belum dapat dilakukannya implementasi dan pengujian skala penuh di lingkungan hosting yang sesungguhnya karena kendala teknis dan administratif. Namun, pengembangan sistem e-absensi berbasis web ini berhasil memenuhi tujuan penelitian dengan menciptakan solusi digital yang siap deployment untuk manajemen kehadiran di RSUD Labuha. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa sistem yang secara spesifik dirancang untuk instansi tersebut, dan desain serta temuannya dapat menjadi referensi bagi proyek serupa di masa mendatang
Biomasa Karbon Below Ground Paraserianthes Falcataria (L.) Nielsen pada Lahan Agroforestri Tradisional di Distrik Aimas, Sorong
Forests as part of the environment have a big role in maintaining ecosystem stability. One of them is as a carbon store. Vegetation in forests can prevent the release of carbon into the atmosphere through the process of photosynthesis where vegetation absorbs CO2 then breaks it down and stores it in the form of biomass. This is what makes it important for forest friends to study their ability to store biomass and carbon specifically on Agroforestry land as one of the site level forest management units. The aim of this research is to develop an allometric equation model to estimate the value of carbon biomass stored in bellow ground specifically for stands on traditional agroforestry land. The method used is a destructive sampling by selecting sample trees purposively and selecting three samples. trees with different diameters at breast height (dbh) but the same age representing stands on agroforestry land in Aimas District, Sorong Regency. biomass and carbon measurements were carried out through laboratory tests. The total below ground biomass content of the 19 of Paraserianthes falcataria stands obtained was 0.369 tons/ha. The below ground carbon content of sengon stands on 2.8 hectares of agroforestry land is 0.184 tonnes C/ha.Hutan sebagai bagian dari lingkungan memiliki peranan besar dalam menjaga kestabilan ekosistem. Salah satunya yaitu sebagai penyimpan karbon. Vegetasi berkayu di hutan bisa menjadi pencegah proses lepasnya karbon ke atmosfer melalui proses fotosintesis dimana vegetasi menyerap CO2 kemudian memecahnya dan menyimpannya dalam bentuk biomassa. Hal inilah yang menjadikan hutan penting untuk dikaji kemampuannya dalam menyimpan biomassa dan karbon khusus pada lahan Agroforestri sebagai salah satu unit managemen hutan tingkat tapak. Tujuan dilakukannya riset ini adalah untuk menyusun model persamaan alometrik guna menduga nilai biomasa karbon yang tersimpan pada bagian bawah permukaan tanah (Bellow ground) khusus tegakan pada lahan agroforestri tradisional. Metode yang digunakan adalah destruktif sampling dengan pemilihan pohon sampel secara purposive dan dipilih dua sampel pohon dengan diameter setinggi dada (dbh) yang berbeda namun berumur sama yang mewakili tegakan pada lahan agroforestri di Distrik Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Selanjutnya di lakukan pengukuran biomassa dan karbon melalui uji laboratorium. Potensi kandungan biomassa total below ground dari 19 tegakan sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria L. Nielsen) yang di peroleh adalah sebesar 0,369 ton/ha. Kandungan karbon below ground tegakan sengon pada lahan agroforestri seluas 2,8 hektar adalah sebesar 0,184 ton C/h
Consumer Protection in TikTok Shop Sale Transactions Based on Law Number 8 of 1999
Online shopping transactions using the TikTok Shop media often experience problems and poor service quality from the business actors. It is because they commonly commit fraud in online shopping with the TikTok Shop media. It is due to the absence of a direct meeting between the seller and the buyer, the size and color of the goods purchased do not match, the dishonesty of the business actors about the goods being sold, and the consumer's lack of understanding of the details of the product ordered. For this reason, consumer rights must be protected by the provisions of laws and regulations. This study analyses consumer protection in online shopping transactions through the TikTok Shop media based on Law Number 8 of 1999 and Law Number 1 of 2024. This study used empirical jurisprudence with a sociological normative approach. The type of data used is primary data. The results of the study indicate that there are aspects of legal protection for online consumers, as shown by Consumer Protection Law Number 8 of 1999 and Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE) Number 11 of 2008. The law provides fundamental rights for consumers, such as the right to security, accurate information, and compensation for non-conforming products. The results indicate the importance of implementing the principles of transparency and responsibility among online business actors to prevent consumer losses. Adequate consumer protection can increase consumer trust in e-commerce and encourage business actors to be more responsible in running their businesses
Relevance of Aceh's Qanun Jinayat in Minimizing Cases of Sexual Harassment against Children in Aceh
This study aims to describe the relevance of Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law as a legal regulation used to address cases of child sexual Harassment in Aceh. This is considered important because until now cases of child sexual Harassment in Aceh have continued to increase every year. In addition, Aceh is a region that has special regulations that are formed based on Islamic law and customary law. Therefore, the provisions relating to sexual Harassment in Aceh are different from other provincial areas that use the Child Protection Law, the Sexual Violence Crime Law or Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code. The study was conducted using a sociological legal research method with descriptive analytical writing specifications. The focus of this study is on how the relevance of Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law is in minimizing the number of cases of child sexual Harassment in Aceh, thus causing this study to be different from previous studies. The results of this study indicate that Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law has not been able to optimally address cases of child sexual Harassment in Aceh. It is because the five factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of Qanun Jinayat in Aceh have not been effective until now. The five factors are legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, community factors and cultural factors. In addition, the provisions of the threat of sanctions contained in Qanun Jinayat when associated with the theory of just desert and the theory of the purpose of punishment in Islamic criminal law are still relatively light so that they have an impact on the unprotection of children's rights as victims and do not provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators
Sistem Deteksi Simbol Isyarat Pada SIBI (Sistem Isyarat Bahasa Indonesia) Menggunakan Mediapipe Berbasis Android
Penyandang disabilitas, khususnya tunarungu, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam berkomunikasi, terutama di perguruan tinggi yang seringkali belum sepenuhnya inklusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi Bahasa Isyarat Indonesia (SIBI) berbasis Android menggunakan framework MediaPipe dan teknologi deep learning. Dataset penelitian mencakup 24 kelas huruf abjad statis yang diambil menggunakan kamera smartphone dan sumber daring. Proses pengembangan melibatkan ekstraksi fitur menggunakan MediaPipe dan integrasi ke platform Android. Pengujian menunjukkan model mencapai akurasi 90,85%, meskipun terdapat tantangan pada kelas dengan pola isyarat yang mirip. Hasil usability testing dengan 60 pengguna mencatat rata-rata kepuasan 83,51%, menunjukkan respons positif terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat aplikasi. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan deteksi isyarat secara akurat dan cepat, serta stabil di berbagai kondisi. ANALISIS KESALAHAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PADA MATERI PERKALIAN BERSUSUN SDN 35 KOTA SORONG: ANALYSIS OF MISUNDERSTANDING OF CONCEPTS IN COMPOSITE MULTIPLICATION MATERIAL AT SDN 35 KOTA SORONG
This study aims to understand and describe in depth the conceptual understanding errors in the material of stacked multiplication experienced by class 4C students of SDN 35 Sorong City. The study used a qualitative descriptive method that was carried out naturally in a natural situation without intervention. The subjects of the study were 25 class 4C students, with data collected through tests, interviews, and documentation. The test consisted of five stacked multiplication problems to identify the types of student errors, while the interviews aimed to dig deeper into students' understanding of the material being taught. The results of the study showed that student errors were divided into two types, namely conceptual errors and procedural errors. Conceptual errors mainly occur in long stacked multiplication, where students place numbers and lines incorrectly in the process of working, even though the final result is correct. Meanwhile, procedural errors arise because students do not follow the correct steps in solving long-stacked multiplication. The data analysis found that 60% of students made conceptual errors, while the other 40% made procedural errors. These findings indicate that errors in understanding compound multiplication material are caused by weak mastery of basic concepts, errors in solving steps, and ineffective teaching methods. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to strengthen basic concepts, structured exercises, and more interactive teaching approaches so that students can understand the steps for solving compound multiplication better. This study provides recommendations for teachers to develop more effective learning strategies to improve students' understanding of compound multiplication.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesalahan pemahaman konsep dan prosedur siswa dalam materi perkalian bersusun di SDN 35 Kota Sorong. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas 4c. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan siswa terdiri atas kesalahan konseptual, seperti salah menempatkan angka dan garis pada perkalian bersusun panjang, serta kesalahan prosedural dalam mengikuti langkah penyelesaian. Faktor utama kesalahan adalah rendahnya pemahaman konsep perkalian bersusun panjang. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru memperbaiki metode pengajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa
Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Bagi Anak Disabilitas di SLB Negeri Kota Ambon
Tunagrahita merupakan kondisi seseorang yang memiliki intelektuan dan kognitif dibawah rata-rata jika dibandingkan dengan orang pada umumnya. Anak-anak yang mengalami tunagrahita dapat diketahui dari cara berfikir dan belajar yang lebih lemah dibandingkan anak -anak sesusianya. Mereka dapat dikenali dari proses berpikir dan belajar yang lebih lambat dibandingkan anak-anak lain seusianya. Hal ini membuat mereka menjadi tertinggal dalam menguasai pembelajaran termasuk dalam pelajaran matematika karena konsentrasi pada pelajaran matematika cukup sulit. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SLB Negeri Kota Ambon ditemui beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan siswa beranggapan matematika adalah pelajaran yang sulit dan membosankan, dan salah satunya adalah cara mengajar guru yang belum sesuai. Selama ini model pembelajaran di kelas sudah menggunakan alat peraga, meski demikian masih saja terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dikelas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlunya untuk membangun Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Matematika, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi saat ini. Aplikasi di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman ActionScript 3.0 pada software Adobe Animate CC. Materi, permainan, dan kuis merupakan hasil akhir dari program yang dibuat. pembelajaran dalam sistem menggunakan tampilan teks, gambar, animasi, audio dan kuis yang dirasa dapat mempermudah proses pembelajaran pada anak atau peserta didik.  
KLASIFIKASI KODE MUTU KAYU BERDASARKAN PKKI NI-5 2002
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan sumber daya alam berupa kayu yang melimpah, Salah satu sumberdaya alam yang melimpah adalah kayu. Tahapan pengambilan data serta pengujian di laboratorium yaitu untuk mengetahui kadar air, dan berat jenis pada kayu yang diolah menjadi benda uji dengan dimensi ±125 cm3 dengan jumlah benda uji untuk setiap jenis kayu sebanyak 3 sampel kayu dalam kondisi kering udara selama 2-3 hari, dan dioven pada suhu 110 oC selama ±24 jam.dapat dilihat bahwa dari 3 jenis kayu yang diuji pada Tempat Penjualan Kayu (TPK), diperoleh bahwa tiga jenis kayu memiliki kode mutu yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap TPK nya. Kayu dengan hasil rata-rata modulus elastisitas lentur dengan kode mutu terendah yaitu kayu Matoa (Pometia spp.) dengan rata-rata 11243,63 Mpa memiliki kode mutu E12, kemudian dengan kode mutu tengah-tengah yaitu Damar (Araucaria spp.) dengan rata-rata 11770,36 Mpa memiliki kode mutu E12, dan dengan kode mutu tertinggi yaitu kayu Besi (Eusideroxylon zwageri.) dengan rata-rata 14264,81 Mpa memiliki kode mutu E14.Jenis kayu yang beragam pada Tempat Penjualan Kayu (TPK), penguji hanya mengklasifikasikan 3 jenis dari kayu-kayu yang ada, dan sering digunakan dalam bahan konstruksi bangunan. IDENTIFIKASI CACAT BOTOL AIR MINUM 600 ML DENGAN PENDEKATAN SIX SIGMA
Many people choose bottled drinking water because it has been processed and meets drinking water quality standards so it is safe for consumption. Based on data from the Indonesian Bottled Drinking Water Companies Association, in 2014, Indonesians consumed 23.1 billion liters of bottled drinking water, an increase of 11.3 percent compared to 2013 which was only 20.48 billion liters One of the reasons the product does not sell in the market is the weakness of production management, especially the lack of precision in the production process. Constraints that can cause defects in the blowing process include mismatched air pressure or oven settings, which can result in defects such as unmelted bottoms, tilted bottle necks, white bottoms, torn or burst bottles, or bottle shapes that are not as expected. PT. TBK is one of the companies that produces bottled drinking water in 600 ml bottles. Efforts that can be made by the company are to improve product quality through quality control. Six Sigma is a method used for continuous process improvement and enhancement. Research at PT. TBK aims to identify the main factors of product failure during production and analyze the sigma level of 600 ml bottle defects. From the results of the DPMO calculation converted to the Sigma value, a value of 0.79 was obtained with an average DPMO of 1337.39. This means that the 600 ml bottle blowing process produced is above average or has reached the standard.Banyak masyarakat memilih air minum kemasan karena telah melalui pengolahan dan memenuhi standar mutu air minum sehingga aman untuk dikonsumsi. Berdasarkan data dari Asosiasi Perusahaan Air Minum dalam Kemasan pada tahun 2014, masyarakat Indonesia mengkonsumsi 23,1 miliar liter air minum kemasan, meningkat 11,3 persen dibandingkan tahun 2013 yang hanya 20,48 miliar liter. Salah satu alasan produk tidak laku di pasaran adalah kelemahan manajemen produksi, terutama kurangnya ketelitian dalam proses produksi. Kendala yang dapat menyebabkan cacat pada proses blowing termasuk ketidak cocokan pengaturan tekanan angin atau oven, yang bisa mengakibatkan cacat seperti bottom yang tidak muold, leher botol miring, bottom putih, botol robek atau meletus, atau bentuk botol yang tidak sesuai harapan. PT. TBK adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi air minum kemasan dalam botol ukuran 600 ml. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalah meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui pengendalian kualitas. Six Sigma adalah metode yang digunakan untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan proses yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian di PT. TBK bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor utama kegagalan produk selama produksi dan menganalisis tingkat sigma cacat botol 600 ml. Dari hasil perhitungan DPMO yang dikonversi ke nilai Sigma, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,79 dengan rata-rata DPMO 1337,39. Ini berarti proses blowing botol 600 ml yang dihasilkan sudah berada di atas rata-rata atau telah mencapai standar
