Factor Affecting Treatment Compliance in TB Patients
Aims: Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that invades the lungs. Indonesia ranks second as the country with the highest number of pulmonary TB in the world. The treatment coverage of Pulmonary TB in Indonesia in 2022 is only 25% of the target (80%). One of the risk factors that cause treatment failure is medication adherence.
Objective: This study aims to determine the factors that influence medication adherence in patients with pulmonary TB.
Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional study on 33 patients with pulmonary TB who became respondents by using total sampling. This study uses more than one instrument including Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8, Generic Assessment of Side Effects, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. The data analysis that were used in this study are Pearson Product Moment, Chi-square, Kruskal-wallis, and Simple Linear Regression.
Results: The results of this study on factors related to medication adherence on TB patients showed that age, level of education, duration of treatment, drug side effects, and family support were related to medication adherence of pulmonary TB patients. alone.
Conclusion: This study showed that to achieve medication adherence requires the continuity of various factors and does not depend on one factor Future researchers are expected to examine other factors that can affect medication adherence in patients with Pulmonary TB

Factors Affecting the Value of Ankle Brachial Index in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2: Literature Review
Aims: The purpose of this literature review is to determine the factors that affect the value of the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Methods: Search articles through Pubmed, Science Direct, Scopus and Researchgate. The articles obtained were filtered based on full text, 20 articles were found, and six articles were analyzed through analysis of objectives, suitability of topics, research methods used, characteristics of respondents, and the results of each article, published 2017-2021, in English and Indonesian.
Results: ABI value in people with diabetes is influenced by age with a lower prevalence of ABI higher in men, treatment with oral anti-diabetic or insulin, mean arterial pressure, the severity of diabetic foot, and the presence of symptoms of complications of diabetes mellitus such as diabetic retinopathy. However, the duration of suffering from diabetes mellitus did not affect the abnormal ABI value.
Conclusion: The Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) value can be influenced by Age, Gender, the severity of diabetic foot, and symptoms of complications, but the length of suffering from Diabetes Mellitus does not affect the ABI value

The total number of respondents was 44 students who were preparing their final project using the total sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire of optimism and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30). Data analysis using Chi-Square Test.
Results: The results of statistical tests showed 25 students (56.8%) had high optimism and
26 students (59.1%) had high academic resilience. In addition, this study resulted in a significance value of 0.009 (p-value <0.05). This means that there is a significant relationship between the attitude of optimism and academic resilience in the preparation of the final project of the Nursing Study Program students.
Conclusions: Having an attitude of optimism and high academic resilience can make students always try to complete their final project, not fall into difficulties during the process of finalizing their final project
Experiences of Aggressive Behavior Patient after Physical Restraint in Mental Hospital, A Qualitative Study
Aims. The prevalence of Violence in nurses and patients is an important issue today. One of the handlings of violent patients in mental hospitals is restraint. Restraint becomes a difficult choice for nurses in mental hospitals. This choice is still made with ethical considerations to prevent a worse risk. Restraints can violate patient rights.
