    The Effect of Reproductive Health Education on “Bridge to Be” Knowledge in Pre-Marriage Preparation in the Working Area of Sukadami Public Health Center

    Aims: This study aimed to determine the effect of reproductive health counseling on the bride and groom’s knowledge of pre-marital preparation. This research was conducted in the working area of the Sukadami Health Center, South Cikarang District. Methods: This study used quantitative analytical methods with a pre-experimental type of research with a one-group pretest-posttest design with a paired t-test statistical test. The research data collection used primary data taken directly from respondents using a questionnaire with a total sample of 52 respondents. Results: The results showed that of the 52 respondents studied, 33 respondents with good category reproductive health knowledge were found (63.46%), enough there were 16 people (30.77%) and there were 3 people (5.77%). The results of the t-test showed a p-value = 0.001, namely that there was a significant difference in the reproductive health knowledge of the bride and groom in pre-marital preparation in the Sukadami Primary health center work area before and after counseling was carried out. Conclusion: In connection with less knowledgeable respondents, 5.77% of extension workers are expected to provide unhurried counseling following the counseling SOP. Counseling with special needs counseling is provided with more quality

    The Effect of Social Support on the Parents with Disabilities Children in Experiencing Stress: Literature Review

    Aims: Having children with special needs requires parents to be more creative in their care, and it is not uncommon for parents to feel stressed. Many studies demonstrate that good social support is essential for developing parents\u27 coping skills. This study aimed to investigate the impact of social support on the stress-coping of parents with children with disabilities. Methods: This study was a literature review. For relevant studies, articles were gathered from PubMed and Science Direct databases. The inclusion criteria were full-text papers that were free and in English; research was conducted on parents of children with disabilities; the article\u27s content was relevant to the topic, and it was an original article published in the last seven years (2015-2021). There were five articles discovered that fulfilled the eligibility requirements. Results: The results showed that social support significantly impacts the development of parental coping strategies for dealing with challenges or stress experienced by parents of disabled children. Conclusions: This study concluded that offering adequate social support interventions to parents developed parental coping by being adaptive, allowing parents to overcome stress. The impact of this study influences how parents relate, behave, and care for their children, resulting in a favorable impact on their child\u27s development

    Perception of Anxiety Levels in Families of Patients Given Informed Consent Ventilator Installation at ICU Cileungsi Hospital

    Aims: Through a ventilator, patients who have difficulty breathing independently can be helped to breathe and get air like breathing normally. The ventilator machine will regulate the process of inhaling and exhaling in the patient. The ventilator will pump air for a few seconds to deliver oxygen to the patient\u27s lungs, then stop pumping to get the air out on its own from the lungs. Based on data obtained in the ICU room of Cileungsi Hospital in the period 2021 from January 2021 to October 2021 from 359 patients treated. Knowing the perception of anxiety levels in the families of patients who will be given Informed Consent ventilator installation in ICU Cileungsi Hospital. Design: The study used a total sampling of 21 respondents. Data collection is done with questionnaires. Methdos: The type of research that will be used is this Quantitative research method using quasi eksperimente method using the design of Nonevaquivalent Control Group Desaign with a sample of the patient\u27s family who will be given Informed Consent ventilator installation in the ICU Room of Cileungsi Hospital. Results: The most anxiety levels of respondents were the category of mild anxiety amounting to 9 respondents (42.9%), the least anxiety levels obtained by the weight category amounted to 2 respondents (9.5%), while the respondents of the non-anxious category amounted to 7 respondents (33.3%), and moderate category respondents amounted to 3 respondents (14.3%). With the results of the statistical test obtained P Value .000 < 0.05. Which means that there is an effect of the installation of ventilators of respondents on the level of anxiety. Conclusions: Based on the results of research conducted on, perception of anxiety levels in the families of patients who are informed consent ventilator installation in the ICU room of Cileungsi Hospital, it can be concluded: of the 21 respondents based on the level of anxiety of the most respondents is the category of mild anxiety amounted to 9 respondents (42.9%), the level of anxiety at least obtained by the weight category amounted to 2 respondents (9.5%), While the respondents of the category are not anxious amounted to 7 respondents (33.3%), and moderate category respondents amounted to 3 respondents (14.3%)

    Telerehabilitation In Monitoring Treatment of Heart Disease Patients: Literature Review

    Aims: Heart disease is a chronic disease that affects the patient\u27s physical and psychological adaptation. Currently, cardiac rehabilitation focuses on delivering rehabilitation components remotely using technology via telerehabilitation. Objective: The purpose of this review is to identify the use of telerehabilitation in monitoring signs and symptoms of heart disease. Methods: Literature review method with four databases PubMed, Proquest, Ebsco, Cochrane Library, Taylor & Francis database, and identification of gray literature, spanning 2011-2021, and 24 articles were reviewed. Results: The results of the review show that cardiac rehabilitation components are provided through various tele media mobile phones, messenger applications (SMS, QQ, and WeChat), videoconferencing, online information (websites, emails), e-visit, and virtual reality (VR). Telerehabilitation is useful in monitoring exercise capacity, resting systolic blood pressure, blood pressure control, ECG monitoring media, monitoring of dysrhythmias (atrial fibrillation/AF), complaints of fatigue, monitoring of dyspnoea symptoms, hemoglobin and electrolyte levels. sodium and potassium), and depressive symptoms. Conclusions: Telerehabilitation can be an alternative for continuous care of patients in monitoring signs and symptoms of heart disease, both physical and psychological aspects.

    Influence of Hypnotherapy to Reduce the Anxiety of School-Age Children in the Preoperative Phase in the Guntur Room of Level II Dustira Cimahi Hospital

    Aims: Preoperative anxiety in school-age children is an important problem for children who will carry out major surgery. When not resolved the problem results in a negative postoperative response such as higher pain, impaired sleep patterns, no appetite and changes in maladaptive behavior over the next two weeks. Pharmacological therapy is not given to psychosocial problems related to anxiety in school-aged children. So, it is necessary to trace the results of research related to non-pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological therapies used is Hypnotherapy. This study aims to analyze the effect of hypnotherapy in reducing anxiety in the preoperative phase by using the Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale (mYPAS) instrument. Hypnotherapy intervention is carried out structurally in the preoperative phase. Methods: This type of research is a Quasy Experiment with a time series design research design through pretest and posttest one group design. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 24 samples. Analysis of the data used consisted of univariate and bivariate. Univariates in this study describe the median while bivariate use Wilcoxon. Results: The results of the statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the anxiety test before and after the hypnotherapy intervention was given (p-value 0,0001). Conclusion: Influence of hypnotherapy to reduce the anxiety of school-age children in the preoperative phase in the Guntur room of level II Dustira Cimahi Hospital. Suggestions for nurses are expected to develop science and skills in complementary nursing and can be used as a companion intervention in overcoming preoperative anxiety in children

    Effectiveness of Consumption of Brown Rice and Potatoes in Reducing Blood Sugar in the Elderly with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Pondok Ranji Health Center

    Aims: Type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly is still the highest disease in Indonesia. Caused by the elderly cannot produce insulin in sufficient quantities or more. Glucose levels above 200 gr%. Brown rice and potatoes are staple food sources with a fairly high amount of carbohydrates and have lower glucose levels than white rice. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of consumption of brown rice and potatoes in reducing blood sugar in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Pondok Ranji Public Health Center, South Tangerang City. Research Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental with purposive sampling with a sample of 20 people. The data technique is included in the bivariate analysis using the SPSS program statistical calculations. Research Results: Based on the results of the study the average value of brown rice consumption in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 64.45, and the average value of potato consumption in the elderly with type 2 diabetes was 47.21, the results of the statistical test p-value 0.02 < 0.05 Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a difference between the consumption of brown rice and potatoes in reducing blood sugar levels in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus, where the results obtained on average are that brown rice is more effective in reducing blood sugar levels compared to potatoes

    The Use of Trauma Healing in Treating PTSD in Post-Disaster Victims: A Narrative Review

    Aims: Natural disasters can have an impact on the material (physical), psychological and social aspects. The traumatic experience is a psychological impact on victims that are often found. traumatic experience or traumatic stress if it lasts for 6 months will result in PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). There are various interventions to treat PTSD, this intervention is known as trauma healing. Trauma healing can be one of the appropriate rehabilitation tools for disaster victims, especially to heal post-disaster trauma. The purpose of the study is to find out what trauma healing interventions are in handling PTSD in post-disaster victims. Method: The method used is a narrative review with PRISMA 2009 guidelines. The search is based on Garuda, EBSCO, Proquest, and PubMed. The studies reviewed were RCT research, quasi-experiment, and qualitative research in English and Indonesian with full text, as well as intervention studies within the last 7 years of publication from 2015  to 2021. Result: Trauma healing that can be given and proven effective to treat or reduce PTSD symptoms is CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), remembrance therapy, dhikr and play therapy. The results of the search used turned out to be for CBT therapy and play therapy were more effective in reducing PTSD in children, while dhikr was effective in adults, and remembrance therapy was very suitable for adults who experienced PTSD with other physical problems such as hypertension. Conclusions: Therapy as post-disaster trauma healing to overcome PTSD is divided into two, namely therapy for children and adults. Therapy for children is playing therapy and CBT, while for adults there is dhikr, and remembrance therapy is used for adults who experience physical disorders such as hypertension

    Aims: The learning process is an interaction of information exchange that occurs between lecturers and students supported by the media and methods used. The interaction that occurs will trigger the emergence of conflict so that conflict management is needed as a self-defense mechanism so that learning objectives can be achieved. Moreover, interactions that take place only online due to the situation of increasing the number of Covid-19 cases, based on the new government policy with restrictions on community activities (PPKM) where the teaching and learning process is 100% carried out online. conflict management strategy as independent variable and learning process as dependent variable Objective: This study aims to knowing the relationship of conflict management of Bachelor of Nursing students in the implementation of the learning process. Methods: This study used a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach. The sample used in this study was 267 students. research instrument in the form of a questionnaire given via google form then analyzed with spss. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between conflict management and the implementation of the learning process and the most dominant collaborative conflict management is carried out by students during the learning process. Conclusion: This result of this study stated that the learning process runs smoothly, students use conflict management strategies to overcome them. The lecturers suggested to to direct how students can manage improve the learning process through conflict management among the students

    The Effect of Five-Finger Hypnosis Relaxation Educational Videos as Psychosocial Support on Reducing Anxiety Levels in Student Chronotype during Distance Learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic

    Aims: Distance learning is currently a medium and learning resource that maximizes modern internet-based technology and communication and is carried out online and focuses on individuals or groups and student activities remotely without face-to-face, the interaction of material delivery and assignments is completely done online. Students\u27 activities in distance learning currently require that normal sleeping hours be switched to doing many tasks. The term is also known as chronotype, and it refers to a variety of human control over biological circadian rhythms that include the morning, night, and intermediate types. However, not all students are prepared to participate in distance learning. Students\u27 perceptions of distance learning during an uncertain period of time cause fatigue, stress, or anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using five-finger hypnosis relaxation educational videos on decreasing anxiety levels in the chronotype of students. Design: Pre-Experimental Design Type One Group Pretest-Posttest Methdos: The method used in this study is a pre-experiment design ypene-group pretest-posttest. The total number of respondents was 37 students who were during distance learning using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire of The Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale was used to measure anxiety levels before and after the intervention, and the Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire was used to determine the type chronotype (MEQ). Data analysis using Paired Sample T Test. Results: The results of statistical tests showed the majority of respondents (64.9 %) experienced mild anxiety prior to receiving the intervention, while 1 student experienced severe anxiety (2.%5). Furthermore, after receiving the intervention, the majority of the respondents experienced mild anxiety, with as many as 26 students (70.3 %) no longer experiencing severe anxiety.  The intervention group has a positive mean difference in Anxiety Levels of 1.36, indicating that there is a tendency to decrease anxiety levels after the intervention with an average decrease of 1.36. Based on the p-value = 0.011, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the anxiety level of the intervention group before and after the intervention (where p 0.05) with a t count = 2.689 (t count > t table (df 36 = 1.687094) with a positive value (+) indicates that the anxiety level score before the intervention is higher than the anxiety level score after the intervention. This means that the five finger hypnosis technique intervention is in reducing anxiety levels. Conclusions: Five finger hypnosis therapy with video by providing comfort and relaxation is very effective for reducing anxiety levels. This activity is also intended to divert attention and can lower blood pressure, breathing, the tension in the muscles, metabolic rate, and pulse

    Nurse’s Competency Toward Covid-19: A Systematic Review

    Aims: Since the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, nurses have been actively involved for 24 hours in providing nursing care to Covid-19 patients both in hospital and public health centers. As part of the front liner, the role of nurses during fighting against Covid-19 requires good knowledge and competence. This review describes the articles regarding nurses’ knowledge and competency toward Covid-19 that have been published. Methods: The research articles were retrieved from the Scopus database and Science direct database. Results: The major findings of the review showed that nurses almost have a good knowledge regarding the Covid-19 outbreak. However, it is widely reported that nurses are insufficiently trained. Most of them only read guidelines that have been established by the government. Furthermore, the nurses do not feel confident responding effectively to the Covid-19 pandemic. The other issues according to the articles were the need for support, motivation, material especially personal protective equipment so that the nurses would perform their role better. The result of the study contributes to the competency of Covid-19 pandemic preparedness among nurse professions. Conclusions : The findings of the study also would be evidence-based for the government, nurse managers to prepare nurses for fighting against outbreak response. According to the review, it is recommended that all nurses must be facilitated to get training or education periodically regarding Covid-19
