It talked about what are the political parties, the extent of their legitimacy, and the legal opinion in its existence within the Islamic state. Also, it discussed the arguments of supporters and opponents of the Islamic parties’ existence. After that, the study stood on the superior opinion which reveals the legitimacy of their existence within controls must be taken into account.
Consequently, the study concluded that the public interests resulted from the existence of Islamic parties are superior to the abuses. And that conscious leadership is able to avoid these abuses if the aim was to give priority to the public interest rather than private interests

The present study aims to identify the degree estimate Of reflective practices of science teachers in the upper basic stage in North Gaza , to achieve this objective the researchers used the analytical descriptive approach, the instruments of the study -after verifying their validity and reliability- have been applied on a sample of (131)
teachers. The selected sample consisted of all science teachers in UNRWA schools, carrying out the duties of their jobs in North Gaza, during the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017.

The researchers recommended that the training of science teachers on teaching meditation practices

The role aimed to identify the efforts of pre-university education leaders in the southern governorates of Palestine in achieving the requirements of sustainable development , and to achieve this goal, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method using a questionnaire consisting of (15) paragraphs identified in one axis. The study sample consisted of (111) educational leaders distributed to the ministries of education in Gaza Strip (50%) of the original community. The study reached several results, the most important of which are:-
- The educational leadership of technological innovations in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development (74.70%), which is relatively high degree, due to the awareness of educational leaders of the importance of the role of technology in upgrading the educational process within modern societies.
- The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the ratings of the sample members to the extent to which the performance of the pre-university education leaders is consistent with the requirements of sustainable development due to any gender variables, educational level or years of servic

Get PDFThe aime of this study is to identify the impact of emotional intelligence on transformational leadership among workers in Tourism Sector resort in Gaza Strip. The researcher used the descriptive analytic method / procedure and used the questionnaire as a tool in collecting data, where fifty seven questionnaire were distributed as a random sample. Among the most important conclusions which the study revealed were the following:
There was an impact between the emotional intelligence and the transformational leadership in Tourism Sector resort in Gaza Strip , the arrangement of the domains of the emotional intelligence as follows( motivation, self- awareness , social skills , sympathy , emotions' management ). There were no statistically significant differences in the degree of workers' practice in Tourism Sector resort of transformational leadership due to the following demographic variables ( gender, age, scientific qualification , years of experience, job title ).The study introduced a lot of recommendation:To spread the culture of transformative leadership in Tourism Sector resort ,to pay much attention in preparing and organizing specialized courses and training programs in the field of transformational leadership for the sake of developing and enhancing the sentimental intelligence with its varied diminutions

Get PDFThe study aimed to find out the degree of observance Investigation Palestinian curricula to the refugee's issue. This study sought to determine the degree of refugee's issue that included in social studies curriculum in the basic stage in Palestine. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher has followed the descriptive approach using content analysis method; through analyze the content of Social studies curriculum in Palestine. TheThe study aimed to find out the degree of observance Investigation Palestinian curricula to the refugee's issue. This study sought to determine the degree of refugee's issue that included in social studies curriculum in the basic stage in Palestine. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher has followed the descriptive approach using content analysis method; through analyze the content of Social studies curriculum in Palestine. The population of the study and its sample consisted of social studies curricula (history, geography, national education, and civic education) assessed on grades (first to tenth) and applied to the students in Palestine during the academic year 2015/2016 m, thirty-two Study semester and numbered, and the study concluded that:
1. History curricula in all grades have not been in any of them the refugees issue, as the percentage of (5-10) grade books contain is (00%) times.
2. in geography curriculum, refugee's issue received in all ranks of the main stage as a whole (4) times, as can be seen that the geography for grades sixth and seventh contained the refugee issue, which in these books (2)at a rate of (50%).
3. in National Education curriculum, the concept of refugees was reported in all the ranks of the main stage as a whole (10) times, as can be seen that more subjects to contain the refugee issue is the book of the second row, where he received the refugees in this book issue (4) times as per (40 %) of the total availability of this issue in all the subjects as a whole, while the curricula of 3,5,6,7th grade lacked any reference to the refugee issue.
4. in Civic Education curriculum, refugee's issue received in all ranks of the main stage as a whole (2) times, as can be seen that the civics curriculum to the third grades and fourth contained the refugee issue, which in these books (1) at a rate of (50 %).
Finally, according to these results, the study recommended that: it is necessity to enrich the content of the refugees' issue in the new Palestinian curriculum , and the sequence in putting forward the issue in proportion to the age of students, as well as put the refugee issue systematically in line with the aspirations of the people and the values of society and get away from the random within the framework of comprehensive emphasizes the Palestinian constants

Get PDFهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم رؤى مقترحة لتفعيل المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الفلسطينية في ضوء قيم المواطنة، وقد تم صوغ تلك المقترحات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة التطبيقية، والتي هدفت إلى التعرف على واقع المشاركة السياسية (الاتجاه والممارسة) للمرأة الفلسطينية،من خلال استجابات عينة من طالبات جامعة فلسطين- فرع خان يونس، وأيضاً الكشف عن تأثير متغير نوع التعليم (جامعي، دبلوم متوسط) في واقع المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الفلسطينية.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقاما بإعداد استبانة تكونت في صورتها النهائية من (30) عبارة، موزعة على مجالين هما: الاتجاه نحو المشاركة السياسية، و الممارسة السياسية، ببعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم توزيعها على (200) طالبة، وقد تم استرجاع (173) استمارة شكلت عينة الدراسة، من مجتمع قوامه (500) طالبة تقريباً.This study aimed at providing proposed insights to activate Palestinian women political participation in the light of citizenship values. These insights have been suggested in the lights of the study results. Get PDFThis study aimed to identify the areas of contribution audit committees to narrow the expectations gap from the standpoint of auditors, and to achieve the study objectives, study descriptive and analytical approach followed for its relevance to the nature of the study, where the questionnaire was designed as a tool to collect data from the study population comprised 47 items distributed on five areas, and after checking the validity and reliability, and distributed to accounts auditors practicing the profession in the West Bank and the number (194) auditor. It was extracted averages, standard deviations, as the researcher used the t-test)) for independent samples, and the stability equation "Cronbach Alpha", using statistical packages for the Social Sciences(SPSS).
The study results indicated that the supervision of audit committees on the agenda of both the internal and external auditors, financial reporting and control systems of internal control and assessment of the risk of fraud will contribute to lowering the expectations gap.
The study concluded that several recommendations, most importantly, the need for the Palestine Stock Exchange and the Capital Market Authority to pursue the availability of condition required of members of audit committees in order to ensure the exercise of its workaccording to the guide of those committees.
