No full textThe primary objective of the study was to determine the impact of the international political relations on the UN Security Council role in managing the international crises during the period between (2011-2017), through demonstrating the position of the UN Security Council and its decisions towards the developments of the Syrian Crisis, as well as demonstrating the impact of the conflict between the international forces (America, Russia, China) on the UN Security Council role in the Syrian crisis. The study used the systems analysis approach, and the descriptive/analytical and legal approach in testing the validity of Its thesis. The study concluded that the Syrian crisis and its developments since 2011 proved the inability and the failure of the UN Security Council in serving its role of maintaining international Security and peace in addition to protecting the civilians in Syria from the killing, displacement and the exodus. The decisions taken by the council concerning the Syrian crisis, were mostly compromises between the United States and Russia, and didn’t represent or express the role of the UN Security Council and its obligations in protecting international security and peace. As a result of the incompatibility between the permanent members of the council (Russia and China) who support the Syrian Regime, and the United States, Britain, and France who were in support of the Opposition, the UN Security Council was unable to make decision which contributed in ending the conflict in Syria without aggravating it

No full textThe present study aimed at identifying the effects of a training program for mothers of Autism Spectrum Disorders children (ASD) that aren't enrolled in special education centers in improving communication skills and social interactions. The researchers used an experimental quantitative approach. The sample of the study comprised 10 mothers and children of ASD whose names are on waiting lists in special education centers in Amman, Jordan.The present study aimed at identifying the effects of a training program for mothers of Autism Spectrum Disorders children (ASD) that aren't enrolled in special education centers in improving communication skills and social interactions. The researchers used an experimental quantitative approach. The sample of the study comprised 10 mothers and children of ASD whose names are on waiting lists in special education centers in Amman, Jordan.
The results show statistically significant differences for all three dimensions of communication skills and social interaction and the total value of the scale. These changes came in favor of the post intervention set, as mother training provided improvements on communication skills and social interactions for children with ASD. The researchers recommend that there should be continuos and intensive training programs for families to enhance children skills and independence, especially those underpreviliged socially or geographically in cooperation with special education centers to reach those unserved families, suggesting other training programs as needed

It also aims at encouraging students of Islamic sciences to increase interest in it. Finally the study aims at showing Ibn Taymiyyah's approach to citing different recitations for the issues of other Islamic Sharia sciences. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used a combined approach of the deductive, analytical and inductive methods. This is done by extrapolating Ibn Taymiyyah's approach to recitations, developing his efforts in this science, analyzing his definitions, explaining them, and adding their meanings and indications to them through studying his books and any other relevant books. The study concluded the following: Ibn Taymiyyah is a great scholar. He was born and brought up in a knowledgeable family. He has a long history in all the Islamic Sharia sciences, including Quranic recitations. He has outstanding efforts in this regard. He was well-known in the field of doctrine and his quotations of different reading for supporting doctrine problems. He quoted different recitations to defend the position of prophecy, as well as evidence of the types of monotheism, and as evidence for metaphysical issues

No full textعُني كثيرٌ من العلماءِ في مختلفِ العصور بتناول أسلوبه بالدراسات اللغوية بكل مستوياتها الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والدلالية والأسلوبية والكتابية، فتنورت دراساتُهم بأنواره، وتعطرت بنفحاتِ شذا أسراره، إذ هو في مضمار الفصاحةِ والبلاغة يعتلي الذروة، ويتربعُ على القمةِ، وهو المرجعُ الصادقُ الذي يَرجعُ إليه العلماءُ لمعرفةِ الصوابِ والخطأ في قواعدهم وقضاياهم التي تحددُ مصيرَ وحدةِ الأمة.
وقد قسمتُ هذا البحثَ إلى مقدمة ومبحثين: تناولت في المقدمة أهمية البحث، وسبب اختياري لهذا الموضوع، وأهداف البحث، ثم تناولت في المبحث الأول قضيةَ اللغَة قديمًا وحديثًا، حقيقتها وتعريفها وطبيعتها ووظيفتها، ثم تحدثتُ عن مكانة اللغة العربية وأهميتها في بناء الشخصية العربية والإسلامية في حياتنا.
أما المبحث الثاني فتناولتُ فيه مميزاتِ اللغةِ العربية وخصائصَها، ثم بينتُ أهمَّ المخاطر التي تهدد اللغة العربية، وسبل الخروج من هذا المنزلق، وذكرت طرق علاجها، وختمت البحث بذكر النتائج والمصادر والمراجع.الحمد لله الذي ألهم الإنسانَ وسائلَ البيان، وميز العربَ بأوضحِ بيان وأفصحِ لسان، وكفل للعربية رقيَّها حتى نزل بها القرآن، أحمده على نعمتي الإسلام والإيمان، وأصلي وأسلم على سيدنا محمد الذي هو أفصحُ العرب لسانًا وأبلغُهم بيانًا، المصطفى لتبليغ رسالةٍ لا يقومُ بها إلا من سَمَت بلاغتُه، واكتملت فصاحتُه، أما بعد:
فإنَّ خيرَ الدراساتِ العربية وأعلاها وأنبلَها وأسماها، ما كان موصولًا بكتابِ اللهِ - عز وجل - إذ هو أشرفُ الكتبِ قدرًا، وأصدقُها لسانًا، وأفصحُها بيانًا، والدراسة إنَّما تشرفُ بشرفِ موضوعها ومرماها، ولا شكَّ أنَّ القرآنَ الكريم هو أولُ أصلٍ من أصولِ وحدةِ الأمة في دينها وهُويتها ولسانِها، وقد وصفه الله – تعالى - بالمبين، حيث قال: وهذا لِسَانٌ عَرَبِيٌّ مُبِينٌ (سورة النحل 16/103)، وإن خدمةَ هذا الكتابِ الذي نزلَ باللسانِ العربيِّ المبينِ مِن أولِ الأهدافِ التي يتطلعُ إليها من استنارَ قلبُه بنورِ الإيمان

Get PDFThe study aims to uncover the impact of the economic crises on the Palestinian Stock Market PSM. The study used both descriptive &analytical method. The study was conducted on all public shareholding companies listed on the Palestine Stock market from 2014-2017. A questionnaire consisting of 28 segments was answered on sample of employees from these companies.
The results revealed that the overall degree of the impact of the economic crises on the financial markets of theThe study aims to uncover the impact of the economic crises on the Palestinian Stock Market PSM. The study used both descriptive &analytical method. The study was conducted on all public shareholding companies listed on the Palestine Stock market from 2014-2017. A questionnaire consisting of 28 segments was answered on sample of employees from these companies.
The results revealed that the overall degree of the impact of the economic crises on the financial markets of the public shareholding companies listed on the Palestinestock market came at an average of (3.69), with a relative weight (73.93%), to a medium degree.
The results revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the sample estimates of the impact of the economic crises on the stock market in the public shareholding companies listed on the PSM according to their sector, according to the company's classification in the market and how old the company is.
The study presented a number of recommendations and proposals, most notably: supporting companies and supporting them with adequate liquidity in banks, devising a strategic plan to protect companies from the effects of economic crises, enacting legislation that stems from the application of fiscal policy such as exempting companies from taxes or other facilities. Get PDFهدفت الدراسة الى تحديد أولويات البحث التربوي في مجال الإدارة المدرسية بمحافظات غزة، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الاستشرافي، باستخدام أسلوب دلفي لاستشراف أولويات البحث التربوي من وجهة نظر بعض خبراء أصول التربية، ومن ثم تحديد درجة أولوية البحوث من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية، من خلال استبانة مكونة من (140) أولوية بحثية، موزعة على (4) مجالات هي (قيادة النظام المدرسي، العمليات الإدارية، الشؤون الفنية "الإشرافية"، خدمة المجتمع المحلي)، طُبِّقْت على عينة مكونة من (228) مديراً ومديرة.The research aimed to determine the priorities of educational research in the field of school management in Gaza governorates. To achieve this, the researchers used descriptive and prospective approach, through Delphi method to explore the priorities of educational research from the viewpoint of some foundations of education experts, and to determine the priority degree of researches from the standpoint of public school principals through a questionnaire consisted of (140) research priorities, divided into (4) areas (School System Leadership, Administrative Processes, Technical Affairs - Supervision, and Local Community Service), applied on a sample of (228) male and female principals.
The study concluded that the total statistical mean equal (2.16) with a medium priority, and research priorities have been arranged as follows: Technical Affairs – Supervision has statistical mean equal (2.42) and with a high priority, the leadership of the School System has statistical mean equal (2.37) and with high priority, the Local Community Service has statistical mean equal (2.09) and with medium priority, Administrative Processes has statistical mean equal (1.93) and with a medium priority. In light of these results, the research recommended the necessity of cooperation between the ministry and the Palestinian universities in the preparation of a research map identifies future research topics, and preparing mechanisms to discuss recommendations by the Palestinian school principals

Through utilizing the descriptive approach and through developing aThe study aims at determining the relationship between the psychological rebellion and creative production among the Palestinian Plastic artist. Through utilizing the descriptive approach and through developing a questionnaire to measure the level of psychological rebllion and another questionnaire was also developed to measure the level of creative production, which consists of four dimensions: seriousness, scarce, originality, value and benefit. The tools were applied to a sample consisted of (240) plastic artist, of both genders, each (120) artists, divided into (60) artists with artistic experience from (1-10) years and (60) artists experience from (11-above) .
The study reached the following findings:
-There is a high degree of the psychological rebellion among the members of the sample .
-There is high degree of creative production among the sample.
-There is a confirm spiritual and statistical marker between psychological rebellion and creative production among the sample.
-There are no significant statistic differences between psychological rebellion and creative production due to gender variable.
-There are significant statistic differences between psychological rebellion and creative production due to artistic experience for the artists with experience (from 11-above)
