Get PDFتناول البحث حديث أنس بن مالك «لاَ يَأْتِي عَلَيْكُمْ زَمَانٌ إِلَّا الَّذِي بَعْدَهُ شَرٌّ مِنْهُ» سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ نَبِيِّكُمْ ، وهو حديث من أحاديث صحيح البخاري، ويعدُّ من علامات النبوة، حيث أخبر النبي فيه بتغير الزمان وفساد الأحوال، وذلك غيب لا يعلم بالرأي، وإنَّما يعلم بالوحي، وقد تمت دراسة الحديث دراسة تحليلية موضوعية، حيث قُسم البحث إلى مبحثين: الأول يهتم بدراسة الإسناد، وفيه ثمانية مطالب، والثاني يهتم بدارسة المتن، وفيه تسعة مطالب• Abstract: This research deals with the Hadith narrated by Anas Bin Malek who said: “No time will come but the time following it will be worse than it.” Anas said that he had heard it from our prophet. It is one of the Hadiths of Sahih Al- Bukhari. It is one of the signs of prophecy. Our prophet said that that time would change and general conditions would be corrupted. Such unseen is known only by divine revelation not by opinion. The Hadith has been studied in an analytical objective study where the research was divided into two sections: the First is concerned of transmission and has eight topics while the Second is about the text itself and has nine topics. At the end comes the findings. Findings include that the Hadith of prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) should be understood in accordance with scientific conditions that were set by experts. After that there is some recommendations. One of the most important recommendations is the importance of studying the authentic Hadiths that might be problematicin understanding and clarifying the conception of these Hadiths

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method; the study society consists of all faculty members at Al-Aqsa University and there are about (493) members according to the official records of the department of employees affairs at theUniversity.
The study was applied over them in a comprehensive survey method. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of two parts: Section 1: Knowledge Economy, It consists of (3) fields: the field of professional competence of the faculty member, the field of technology and communication towards the knowledge economic, and the field of university infrastructure to transform towards the knowledge economy The second section: Quality of Higher Education consists of (3) fields: quality of university administration, quality of the faculty member, quality of educational programs and methods of teaching, For the results, the researcher used the Alpha Kronbach test, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the T-test, the single-variance analysis test, and the Schiff test for binary differences

The Difficulties of Learning Listening Skill for Young Learners Through Teachers' Perspectives

The population of the research consisted of 68 teachers (male and female ) who teach grade one to six in Rafah Governmental schools. The sample of the research consisted of 40 teachers ( male and female) was chosen by the researcher randomly. The instrument of the research was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The researcher used means, standard deviation, Mann- Whitney -u Test and one-way ANOVA to find the results of the study.The results of the study showed that the most important difficulties that face learners in learning listening skill are getting general understanding of the spoken text from the first time, speaking Arabic inside and outside school. The lowest difficulties are making noise in the class during listening activity and the sound of the cassette unclear in the first domain. Also, the most important difficulties which face learners in learning listening skill are understanding well when speakers speak too fast and understanding the listening text when the speaker does not pause long enough. This means that teachers should focus on How learners should develop their predicting, guessing and activating background knowledge in order to better listen. In order to manage such a teaching method, one could go for the pre-while-post type of activities. However, choosing to start from a guided listening approach can be more helpful not only in developing EFL students’ listening skills, but also in motivating them to like listening. The guided listening approach is a cooperative approach where the teacher chooses some resources (from textbooks or websites) to start with along with his scaffolding techniques on how to predicate the topic, the vocabulary, the content and so on. The study focus in the nature of these challenges, especially with the increasing competition in both local and international level, and the use of target cost as a new managerial tool for pricing and cost planning decisions> The study used the descriptive analytical approach. The collected data we analyzed using SPSS Statistical Program. The main findings of this study was that Palestinian firms do not implement the target cost approach in cost planning, this is due to several challenges that face the implementation process even though the existence of several factors that can enhance the implementation process. No full textهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على المشكلات الدراسية والنفسية والاجتماعية الأكثر شيوعا لدى طلبة جامعة القدس المفتوحة بفرع غزة و التعرف على وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة المشكلات الدراسية و النفسية والاجتماعية تعزى لكل من متغير النوع، ونوع الكلية. ولتحقيق غايات الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بالمشكلات الدراسية والنفسية والاجتماعية بناء على استطلاعات آراء عينة من طلبة الجامعة وبناء على الأدب التربوي للدراسات السابقة، حيث طبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية بلغ حجمها " 300 " طالب وطالبة وقد استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية التالية " المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والأوزان النسبية والترتيب" لمعرفة أكثر المشكلات شيوعا لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعا لمجالات الاستبانة، كما استخدم الباحث اختبار " ت " لعينتين مستقلتين ومتجانستين لمعرفة دلالة الفروق في درجات المشكلات تبعا لمتغيري النوع ونوع الكلية, كما استخدم الباحث معاملات ارتباط بيرسون ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ للتأكد من صدق وثبات أداة الدراسة، حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود " 15 " مشكلة تشكل مشكلة بدرجة كبيرة في حين حصلت " 45 " مشكلة على درجة متوسطة، كما لم تُشر نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في درجة المشكلات تعزى لمتغيري النوع والكلية وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات المتعلقة بنتائج الدراسة .The present study aimed to identify the most common academic, psychological and social problems, for the students of Al-Quds Open University branch in Gaza and to recognize the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of academic problems and psychological and social due for the variables: gender, type of college. to achieve the purposes of the study, the researcher prepare a list of the academic, psychological and social issues according to the opinions polls of a sample of the university students and according to the educational literature and previous studies, where the study tool was applied on the selected sample sized "300" students male and female by the way of random class have used the following statistical methods "averages, standard deviations, and the relative weights and standings" to see more common problems among the study sample depending on the areas of the questionnaire, as the researcher used the "T" test for two independent and homogeneous samples to know the significance of differences in degrees of problems, depending on the variables of gender and college as the researcher has also been used Pearson correlation coefficients and Alpha Cronbach coefficient to make sure of the reliability and validity of the study tool, where the study showed that there is an existence of "15" problem that make a big problem while "45" problem on the middle class, as the results of the study did not show that there is no differences in the degree of problems due to the variables of gender and college. the study has put a set of recommendations and proposals concerning with the results

The role of social responsibility of private sector in economic development in PalestineThe study aimed to identify and explain the concept of the social responsibility of private sector institutions as well as identifying the key basis on which the principles underpin and exploring the reasons of their development in the society. Also the range of adopting the Palestinian private sector of these principles and knowing their role and impacts in achieving the economic development has been defined.
The study addressed the social responsibility of the Palestinian private sector and its basic principles, in addition to, analyzing and discussing the impact of social responsibility and its role in economic development.
The study found a set if results, the absence of legislative, regulatory and institutional from works that enhance and promotes the concept of social responsibility of the private sector which in turn lead to lack of mature and complete social responsibility not to mention the high level of contribution on part of the private sector in most of the operational process in addition to the donation and subsidies presented by this sector to the society.
All this is not enough to judge whether the private sector can bear responsibility in an accurate manner without talking into account considerations related to the concept of social responsibility which are the preservation of environment and its transparency and the exercise of justice and good governance in addition to avoiding price manipulation and service quality and observance of human rights.
الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص والتعرف على أهم المبادئ التي ترتكز عليها وأسباب تناميها في المجتمع ومدى تبني مؤسسات القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني لها ومعرفة تأثيرها ودورها في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية.
وتناولت أقسام الدراسة مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية والمبادئ التي تركز عليها, وتحليل ومناقشة تأثير المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص في فلسطين ودورها في التنمية الاقتصادية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها, غياب الأطر التشريعية والتنظيمية والمؤسسية التي من شأنها تعزيز مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص, أدى إلى عدم وجود مفهوم ناضج ومتكامل للمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى مؤسسات القطاع الخاص في فلسطين, بالإضافة إلى أن مساهمة القطاع الخاص الفلسطيني بالنسبة الأكبر في التشغيل إضافة إلى التبرعات والإعانات التي يقدمها للمجتمع غير كافية للحكم عليه بتحمل المسؤولية الاجتماعية بشكل دقيق دون مراعاة الاعتبارات المرتبطة بمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وهي المحافظة على البيئة, وشفافيتها وممارستها للعدالة والحكم الصالح, وتجنب التلاعب بالأسعار, وجودة الخدمات, ومراعاة حقوق الإنسان.Faculty of Business and Management, University of Palestine

"المسؤولية الاجتماعية لمؤسسات القطاع الخاص وانعكاساتها على المجتمع الفلسطيني"Abstract
This study aims to recognize the extent of applying corporate social responsibility (CSR) in public shareholding companies listed in Palestine Securities Exchange (PSE) according tothe international concepts and standards that agreed upon social responsibility.This is done by measuring the extent of adoption of these companies to all parts of social responsibility: economic part, legal part, ethical part, and humanitarian part. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for gathering the primary data; 38 copies of the questionnairewere collected back out of 49 ones; thus, the recovery percentage reached 77.6%.The researcher used the descriptive analytical method by studying content, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, relative weights, and by applying the tests of One Way ANOVA, One Sample -T, Levene, Kruskal Wallis to get the results.
The study showed the following results: a moderate degree of approval by the members of the study population regarding the field of (adopting the economic part of social responsibility) with a relative weight of 78.53%, and a high degree of approval regarding the field of (adopting the legal part of social responsibility) with a relative weight of86.20%, In addition to a moderate degree of approval regarding the field of (adopting the ethical part of social responsibility) with a relative weight of82.58%, but there is no general approval regarding the field of (adopting the humanitarian part of social responsibility) with a relative weight of63.79%, thus, the public shareholding companies listed in Palestine Securities Exchangeadopt social responsibility programs through the four parts together moderately.There is no significant differencesbetween the companies attributed to the variables (work sector, company age) except the variable of market class; moreover,there is no significant differences between the public shareholding companies listed in PalestineSecurities Exchange and the leadingcompaniesin adopting social responsibility.
The study recommended:Efforts must be increased from all relevant parties:companies, government, professional and media organizations, legislation council, and NGO’s to work on activating the adoption of social responsibility, especially in the humanitarian part by holding lectures, seminars, workshops and developing programs to protect consumers by maintaining the products or service quality and preserving the environment; furthermore, social responsibility should be taken into account during the preparation and discussion of budget plans.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس مدى تبني الشركات المساهمة العامة المدرجة في سوق فلسطين للأوراق المالية لبرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية حسب المفاهيم والمعايير الدولية المتفق عليها للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، ويتم ذلك من خلال قياس مدى تبني هذه الشركات لجميع أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية (البعد الاقتصادي، البعد القانوني، البعد الأخلاقي، البعد الإنساني)، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة التطبيقية على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، حيث وزعت على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من الشركات المساهمة العامة المدرجة في سوق فلسطين للأوراق المالية وعددها 49 شركة، وبواقع استبانة واحدة لكل شركة، حيث تم استرجاع 38 استبانة بنسبة استرداد بلغت 77.6%. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال دراسة المحتوى والنسب المئوية والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والوزن النسبي واختبار التباين الأحادي واختبار ليفين واختبار T للعينة الواحدة واختبار كروسكال- وآلاس للوصول إلى النتائج.
وقــــد أظهرت الدراسة نتائج أهمها:وجود موافقة بدرجة متوسطة على فقرات المحور الأول "تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال البعد الاقتصادي"، بوزن نسبي 78.53%، وكذلك وجود موافقة بدرجة مرتفعة على فقرات المحور الثاني "تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال البعد القانوني" ، بوزن نسبي 86.20%، بالإضافة إلى وجود موافقة بدرجة متوسطة على فقرات المحور الثالث "تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال البعد الأخلاقي" بوزن نسبي 82.58%، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود موافقة عامة على فقرات المحور الرابع " تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال البعد الإنساني" ، بوزن النسبي 63.79%، وبالتالي فإن الشركات المساهمة العامة المدرجة في سوق فلسطين للأوراق المالية تتبنى برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال أبعادها الأربعة مجتمعة بدرجة متوسطة. بالإضافة إلى أنه لا توجد اختلافات جوهرية بين الشركات من حيث تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال أبعادها الاربعة وذلك بحسب (قطاع عملها، عمر الشركة)، ما عدا متغير تصنيف الشركة في السوق. لا توجد اختلافات جوهرية بين الشركات المدرجة في سوق فلسطين للأوراق المالية وبين الشركات الرائدة والمتميزة في ممارستها للمسؤولية الاجتماعية.
وأوصــــت الدراسة:بضرورة بذل الجهود من كافة الأطراف ذات العلاقة من الشركات نفسها والحكومة والجهات التشريعية والمؤسسات الأهلية والمهنية والإعلامية للعمل على تفعيل تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية وخصوصاً في الجانب الإنساني من خلال عقد المحاضرات والندوات وورش العمل وإعداد البرامج لحماية المستهلك بالمحافظة على جودة المنتج أوالخدمة والمحافظة على البيئة. وكذلك الاهتمام الأكبر بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال اعداد الخطط ومناقشتها في اجتماعات مجلس الإدارة بحيث تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار في الموازنة.Faculty of Business and Management, University of Palestine
