Get PDFThis study aimed to identify the extent of adopting market and learning orientation in Palestinian industrial companies, and reveal the nature of relationship and direction between each of market and learning orientation and Production Flexibility in those companies, In addition to determine whether the interaction between market orientation and learning orientation affect Productionهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تبني الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية للتوجه بالسوق والتوجه بالتعلم، والكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة واتجاهها بين كل من التوجه بالسوق والتوجه بالتعلم وتحقيق المرونة الإنتاجية في تلك الشركات، إضافة إلى تحديد ما إذا كان التفاعل بين التوجه بالسوق والتوجه بالتعلم يؤثر على المرونة الإنتاجية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتصميم استبيان كأداة للدراسة تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة البالغة (231) موظف وموظفة من الإدارة العليا بالشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية. وقد أظهرت النتائج: تعمل الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية على تبني التوجه بالسوق والتوجه بالتعلم بدرجة كبيرة. وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية موجبة لتبني التوجه بالسوق على المرونة الإنتاجية في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية. وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية موجبة لتبني التوجه بالتعلم على المرونة الإنتاجية في الشركات الصناعية الفلسطينية. كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود أثر معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية موجبة للتفاعل بين التوجه بالسوق والتوجه بالتعلم على المرونة الإنتاجية. وقد أوصت الدراسة: ضرورة القيام بدراسات دورية للتعرف على التغيرات والتطورات في بيئة الصناعة الفلسطينية، والعمل على مواكبتها. التأكيد على أهمية تبني التوجه بالسوق والتوجه بالتعلم معاً، لما لها من أثر واضح في تطوير المرونة الإنتاجية مما ينعكس ايجاباً على الشركات من حيث تحقيق الربحية والمحافظة على الحصة السوقية والعمل على زيادتها.صديق بلل ابراهي

- Revealing whether there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the sample members attributed to the gender variable.
- The study used the descriptive/analytical approach. The sample consisted of (300) male and female students, and was asked to fill in a questionnaire consisting of (68) items distributed on (9) axes.
- The study found that the total degree of digital citizenship level was (71.13%), the study also showed no statistically significant differences between the average of the sample's estimates due to the gender variable.
- The study recommended that digital citizenship should be included as a basic requirement of universities

The researcher used descriptive corrolation because of the relevance of the purposes of the study. The results of the study showed that the total score was high. And found statistically significant differences at the level of significance in(α0.05≤) the relationship between social responsibility and competitive advantage in Islamic banks in Nablus from the perspective of their customers due to the variables of the study. The researcher recommended in the light of the results of the study that the Islamic banks should hold courses and workshops that include modern management trends regarding the total score to make managers and workers aware of the concept of social responsibility and its activities as well as its operations. Paying attention to build infrastructure for information and communication technology in Islamic banks which is one of the most important requirements for achieving social responsibility

Was divided between the two initial time periods 1999-2006 and the second 2007-2014, after the data and information analysis, and comparison between the two phases through some economic indicators, as well as the conditions in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, the researcher suggested the following findings: that the Palestinian economy in the Gaza Strip declined in the case of a recession, and the economic and financial blockade and political divisions significant impact on the decline, also it led to high unemployment, low per capita income. The researcher recommended the need to end the Palestinian political divide, and increase the contribution of economic activities in the GDP of the Palestinian economy

The aim of this research is to replace ratio of coarse aggregate by plastic granules for mixing concrete to give concrete some flexibility to make it stronger to bear tensile forces and increase its strength, as well as making it more durable, as we know the plastic doesn't decompose with weather and give earlier warning for collapses.
The study of this material with concrete by replacement ratios, as follow 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 10% and make required tests. These tests are Compressive strength test, Impact test, through 28 days (static, dynamic), and recording results and study relationships in these cases as well as recording success or failure.
On the other hand, Plastics are inexpensive, lightweight and durable materials, which can readily be molded into a variety of products that are used in a wide range of applications.
In this research, the results showed an increase of the impact load by increasing ratio of Plastic Granules (PG), and increasing with Deflection (Def. ) which helps in preventing sudden collapse. However, there is decrease in Compressive strength (C.S ) by increasing ratio of PG. Also, this research found the optimum ratio of volume to PG which is between ( 1-2.5% ).Supervised by:

To achieve study objectives, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a study tool, was distributed on sample of (231) employee selected from the senior management in Palestinian industrial companies. The results shows: business process re-engineering requirements (Organizational, Technological, Human) are available in Palestinian industrial companies with a large degree. There is a positive impact with a statistical significance the availability of business process re-engineering requirements on learn orientation and Production Flexibility in Palestinian industrial companies. There is a positive impact with a statistical significance the learn orientation adoption and Production Flexibility in Palestinian industrial companies. Results revealed that learn orientation mediating the relationship between business process re-engineering requirements and achieving Production Flexibility. The Main recommendations: Needing to do periodic studies to identify the changes and developments in the Palestinian industry environment, and working to keep up with those changes. Get PDFThe study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation of teachers in the public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine for their role in role in promoting awareness of (IHL) to their students and to find out if there are statistical differences between the average scores of the respondents for this Role due to variables (sex, Qualification, years of service). To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive / analytical approach by applying a questionnaire consisting of (38) paragraphs divided into three areas: ((Education, practice, knowledge)) on a sample of (955) teachers , 449 responded, as the rest did not know what IHL . The study concluded the results: - (52.9%) of the respondents are completely ignorant of the rules and the meaning of (IHL).The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation of teachers in the public schools in the southern governorates of Palestine for their role in role in promoting awareness of (IHL) to their students and to find out if there are statistical differences between the average scores of the respondents for this Role due to variables (sex, Qualification, years of service). - The total degree of appreciation for the role of teachers in public schools in Palestine for their role in in promoting awareness of (IHL) to their students 55.27%, a middle degree is closer to weak. First came the field of education, followed by practice, and finally the field (knowledge), all in medium grades.
- There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the sample members for their role in in promoting awareness of (IHL) to their students due to the variables (sex, qualification, years of service) ddifferences were found in the first area in favor of female teachers
In light of the results, the study recommended expanding and solving the culture of international humanitarian law in all educational institutions through related color publications and photographs, and integrating the electronic materials website of the Ministry of Education on international humanitarian law and its mechanisms of respect

The researcher purposively chose a representative sample of (60) 9th graders from Deir Al Balah Preparatory "C" Boys' school which is run by UNRWA in the Gaza Strip. The participants were divided into two equivalent groups: each group had (30) students. The tool of the study was an achievement test (Pre & Post). The results of the study revealed that the smartboard was effective to develop the reading comprehension skills among ninth graders. In the light of these results, It is recommended that EFL Palestinian teachers should use smartboard as a tool of enhancing students' reading comprehension skills
