Further, we estimate the joint distribution from National Survey of Family Income and Expenditure in 2009. In that real data, there exists structural difference of income distribution between the peopleover sixty and the others. A Survey of Images of On-site Training and Vocational Motives Differences between Sudents' Hope for Future Career at the University of Childcare Worker Training Course : From the Viewpoint of Students' Achievement of "Identity for Childcare Workers"
Get PDFapplication/pdf大学の保育者および小学校教員養成課程において、初めての保育実習を経験した３年生150名に対して質問紙調査を実施した。学生を志望進路(保育職志望、小学校教諭志望、一般職志望)により分類し、分析１では、実習における指導保育者のイメージや実習中に感じた不安、就業意識の志望進路による差異を検討した。分析２では、保育者アイデンティティの確立に関わる要因である「保育者モデルの獲得」および「保育者としての自信の喪失」の規定因の志望進路による差異を検討した。
分析の結果、以下の点が明らかになった。(1)一般職志望者は保育職および小学校教諭志望者に比して実習において保育者としての自信を喪失する傾向にある。(2)就業意識において、保育職志望者は昇進や社会的地位の向上に対する志向や、仕事に対して自発的、挑戦的に取り組もうとする志向が低い。(3)保育者としての自信の喪失における規定因は志望進路によって異なっている。This research investigates by a questionnaire to 150 third grader students of a university in the childcare worker (kindergarten and nursery teacher) and elementary school teacher training course who experimented the first on-site training at child-care centers. Based on the hope for students' future careers after graduation, childcare worker group, elementary school teacher group, and office worker group were sampled. In analysis 1, the differences among these groups concerning images of mentors, anxiety of on-site training, and vocational motives were examined. And in analysis 2, factors influencing "acquisition of models of childcare workers" and "waning confidence as childcare workers" that are the factor of identity as childcare workers were examined.
The results of the analyses are as follows.
1. The students of office worker group tended to lose the confidence as a childcare worker in training, in comparison with other career groups.
2. On vocational motives of the students of childcare worker group, the social-value-oriented motives and challenge-oriented motives were low.
3. Building brand equity : studying "The Saturn Story" for tourism marketing
Get PDFapplication/pdfブランドと製品は混同されがちだった。しかし、ブランド・エクイテイという概念によって、マーケティングにおけるブランドの役割が明確になった。アーカーの『ブランド･エクイテイ戦略』（1991)とケラーの『戦略的ブランド･マネジメント』（1998）という2冊の研究書の貢献が大きかった。さらにアーカーは1996年に刊行した『ブランド優位の戦略』の第２章「サターン・ストーリー」において、ブランド・エクイティがその出発時点でいかに構築されていくかについて研究を進めた。ＧＭ本体と異なる会社としてサターン社はつくられ、日本車に対抗できるような性能のよい小型車製造を目指した。サターン車におけるブランド・エクイテイ構築の成功は、機能的便益よりも情緒的便益や自己表現的便益に注目したことが大きかった。車そのものよりも工場で働く従業員の誇りにスポットが当てられた。しかし、結局、2009年のＧＭ破綻によって、２０１０年サターン・ブランドは消滅した。こうした経緯は、私たちが観光マーケティングを考える上で、最初に意思決定すべきことは何かを示している。It was difficult to distinguish brand from product. But the concept of brand equity made clear the role of brand in the field of marketing. David A. Aaker studied how they can build brand equity at the beginning. Saturn was established as the separated company from GM to produce a new compact car. A success of Saturn in building brand equity was caused by the pride of the employees. Saturn didn't adopt a method of comparative advertising. The TV commercial of Saturn described employee's eagerness to produce a car. The most important message was "SATURN. A Different Kind of Company, A Different Kind of Car. "Finally in 2010, Saturn brand disappeared under the influence of falling down of GM.
