A consideration on military social worker training course and military culture
Get PDFapplication/pdf現在、我が国ではMilitary Social Workの実践は十分には認められないが、米国においてはかねてよりその実践が展開されており、近年では大学院教育においてMilitary Social Workerの養成も進んでいる。そこで本稿では、Military Social Workの概要とMilitary Social Workerの養成課程、ならびにそれらを構成する事項の一つとしてのMilitary Cultureについて、各種の先行研究ならびにMilitary Social Workerの養成を進めている教育機関におけるカリキュラム・資料を参考に考察を進めた。While currently military social work is not fully practiced in Japan, it has been deployed in the United States for a considerable time now. Furthermore, in recent years there has been a growth in the training / education of military social workers in the country's graduate schools. In light of this background, this paper discusses the general outline of military social work, the training courses of military social workers, and the military culture as one of the items which make up the previous two items by referring to various earlier researches and the curriculum and information of the military social worker training courses implemented at educational institutions.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)This study was conducted in corporation with the prefectural bureau for rural development in
order to identify the image of a rural district in Kagoshima prefecture of Japan. 69 completed
questionnaires were gathered from a wide variety of residents in age, jobs and hamlets, and the
results were analyzed by primary factor analysis, cluster analysis and Hayashi's quantification
method type I. The result of the analysis indicates that the differences of the village's image can
be partially explained by age, period of residence and hamlet, and that the difference of image
among hamlets suggests the existence of potential variables related to communication and social
relations among hamlets. The monotonicity of image profile to age or period of residence, which
is often maintained in existing researches, did not appear in this study. Instead, this study sug
gests that the differences among generations or period of residence could be attributed to the
differences in residents' daily activities, social relations or beliefs.departmental bulletin pape
