The practical side of school-based health centers in the United States : a case study in Alameda County, California
Get PDFapplication/pdf2013年８月、筆者らは、いまやアメリカ学校保健施策の主流とも目されている学校拠点型保健センター(school-based health center,SBHC)に関し、その行政・施策の実際の把握を目的として、カリフォルニア州アラメダ郡におけるSBHC関係者へのインタビュー調査を実施した。今回、調査対象としたカリフオルニア州は、全米的にも特に活発なSBHC施策が展開されている州の1つである。別稿で筆者らは、こうしたカリフオルニア州におけるSBHCの概況、及びカリフォルニア学校保健連盟(California School Health Centers Association, CSHC)による取り組みを概観したが、本稿ではSBHCの実際を明らかにすることを目的に、同州アラメダ郡における幾つかのSBHCを分析の対象とする。より具体的には、保健センターとしての最小限の機能のみを有する公立高等学校内のSBHCと、同郡が2013年に設立したコミュニティ・ユースセンター内のそれとの比較から、ＳBHCの現状や課題、今後の展望について検討していく。In August 2013, the authors were carried out some interview investigations for school-based health center (SBHC) staffs and policy makers in Alameda County, California to clarify the administration and policy of SBHC, which is now considered as the mainstream of American school health measure. California State that we investigated is one of the most prosperous states on SBHC policy and practice. The authors overviewed SBHCs in California and school health policy of California School Health Centers Association in another article. So in this paper, we try to analyze some of the few SHBC's actual activities in the vicinity of Alameda County.
In concrete terms, we consider their future aspects through competitive analysis between two school-based health centers: a center which only have minimum functions in a public school and one which located in a community youth center, built by Alameda County Government in 2013.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

A recommended approach to the judging of creative writing

Trying to judge short poems by applying a set of objective standards from the outset of a contest might be putting the cart before the horse.
