Thinking from the experiment of Café Living Slow : a promotion of social participations of elders who tend to shut themselves out
Get PDFapplication/pdf鹿児島県大隅地方鹿屋地区で閉じこもり傾向の高齢者の社会参加促進の場を設けて行ってきた試みについてシンポジウムを行った。企画者は、話題提供者らと共に「Caféゆっくり生きる｡」というたまり場を作り、１２の体験型講座（月２回）の運営にかかわってきた。人口減少が進み、公共交通網も少なく、社会資源が少ない地域の高齢者と何ができるか、「生きにくさ」のなかでの乗り合いバス、相手を認めるとは何か、今後はどのように進めていくかについて討論した。We held symposiums on our experiment of creating a place that promotes social participations of elders, who tend to shut themselves out, in Kanoya-jiaku of Osumi area in Kagoshima prefecture. The planner has created a hangout, Café Living Slow, together with the topic providers, and has been engaged in managing 12 hands-on workshops. Reconsideration of a basic perspective to understand the diversity of social work practice : focusing on the relationship among culture, groups, and individuals
Get PDFapplication/pdf福祉実践に関わる人々は、感情、思考、知覚、倫理等のさまざまな側面において“選択”を積み重ねつつ実践をすすめている。本稿では、実践主体の経験の多様性を把握し考察するための基礎視角を検討する。福祉実践は「行動」の一種であり､｢外行動」とともに「内行動」にも注目することができる。福祉実践を把握する上で､個々人の行動の背景にあるパーソナリティ（個人的行動体制）、および“行動を秩序づけるプログラム”である文化（集合的行動様式）の両概念を再検討する。福祉実践は、行動様式･行動･行動体制という三者間の動的な相互関連の中で展開していると考えられる。文化（集合的行動様式）の生成における個人と集団の柔軟なはたらきに着目することにより、実践主体の経験の多様性を把握しやすくなると考える。個々人の柔軟なはたらきに関してはT. S. EliotやM. Halbwachsの文化論を参照し、集団の柔軟なはたらきに関してはG. Lefebvreの集合心性論を参照する。Individuals involved in social work practices are making various "choices" at every moment in multi-dimensional as pects such as emotion, thought, perception, and ethics. To understand the diversity of practice-based experience, this study attempts to reconsider a basic viewpoint for the study of social work practice. As a matter of fact, social work practice is a type of "behavior." To understand "behavior," we can focus on not only "overt behavior" but also on "covert behavior." Furthermore, we review the concept of "personality (personal compound trait for behavior)," which is behind the actions of each individual. Additionally, we review the concept of "culture (collective behavior patterns)," which is a program that formulates individuals' behavior. Social work practices are conducted in the dynamic interrelationships among behavior itself, personality (personal trait for behavior), and culture (collective behavior patterns). By focusing on the flexible function of "individuals" and "groups" for the formation of culture, we can accurately understand the diversity of social work practice. We examine the flexible function of individuals referring to cultural theories of T. S. Eliot and M. Halbwachs. Moreover, we examine the flexible function of groups referring to G. 3回の調査で、99科334種の植物（シダ植物10科27種、裸子植物6科8種、双子葉植物72科227種、単子葉植物11科72種）を観察した。
特記すべき植物として、ヤクタネゴヨウ、クサトベラ、モンパノキ、ヤクシマサルスベル、オオハマポウ、ゲンケイチクとハイネズ、メヒルギ、ツキイゲの群落がある。

Get PDFapplication/pdf金峰山は、薩摩半島に位置し、標高636mである。山腹はスギやヒノキの植林が行われているが､山頂付近は自然林が残されており、タブノキが優占種となっている。山頂付近にはアカガシやリョウブ、マルバアオダモ、オンツツジ、ホウチャクソウ、サツマアオイが見られる。
4回の調査で、81科224種の植物（シダ植物10科24種、裸子植物4科5種、双子葉植物57科161種、単子葉植物10科34種）を観察できた。

Plants of Kutinoerabujima
Get PDFapplication/pdf口永良部島は屋久島の西方12kmに位置する。海岸線長49.67km、面積38.04km²、最高標高657m、（古岳）である。2014年8月3日に34年ぶりに噴火し、現在火口半径2km以内は警戒レベル3で入山規制がなされていた。そのため今回の調査は火口半径2km以外のひょうたん型の突き出た半島を主に調査を行った。
この調査で、101科280種の植物（シダ植物９科25種、裸子植物5科5種、双子葉植物71科185種、単子葉植物16科65種）を観察した。
シカとヤギによる食害が広くみられた。
調査日：2015年5月3～5日Plants of kutinoerabujmaare 101 family 280 species (Pteridophyta 9 family 25 species, Gymnospermae 5 family 5 species, Dicotyledoneae 71 family 180 species, Monocotyledoneae 16 family 65 species) in this investigation.

Review of the self-efficacy in the small child and the pre-school-teacher-efficacy on the students in childcare training school
Get PDFapplication/pdf近年の幼児教育への期待の高まりとともに、保育士や幼稚園教諭に対して保育及び教育の質の高さが求められている。そのなかで、幼児の活動に対する意欲の実態を把握し、幼児の日常に関わる保育者の資質について考察する必要があるように思われる。本稿では、現場における幼児の自己効力感及びコンピテンスについての研究と、幼稚園教諭や保育者を目指す学生の保育者効力感についての調査研究について概観した。幼児においては、自身の自己効力感及びコンピテンスを高く見積もる傾向にあることがいくつかの研究で示されていた。また、養成校課程の学生は、実習を重ねるごとに保育者効力感の質が変化していくことが示されていた。The childcare worker and the kindergarten teacher are asked for the height of the quality of childcare and education with the rise of the expectation for early childhood education in recent years. The purpose of this study was to review the studies on self-efficacy and competency on small child and the studies on pre-school-teacher-efficacy on students of childcare training school. Some research showed that the small child overestimates own self-efficacy and competence. Get PDFapplication/pdf新島（しんじま）は、桜島の北東約1.5kmの位置にある島で燃島（もえじま）とも呼ばれる。安永8年（1779年）の大噴火で海上にあらわれたと言われる。南北750m、東西400m、面積0.1km²、最高点は45mである。浸食が進み、東側の崖には、隆起したときにできた貝化石層が見られる。2013年8月以降この島に定住者はいない。
今回の調査で、52科97種の植物（シダ植物7科12種、裸子植物2科2種、双子葉植物37科63種、単子葉植物6科20種）を観察した。

The theoretical framework of quasi-market principles and the long-term care insurance system
Get PDFapplication/pdfFrom the 1980's in developed countries, the basic structure of welfare provision began to be radically reformed by introducing competition in provision. This accelerated the movement toward the market environment and privatization. This is called the movement toward a quasi-market. The reforms of the long-term care insurance system and social welfare system of Japan, which were introduced in the year of 2000 (the twelfth year of Heisei), were regarded as examples of structural reforms involving the characteristics of a quasi-market. In this thesis I try to read thoroughly the books published in the UK to show and organize the principles of a quasi-market introduced in UK and also try to analyze by using the framework of a quasi-markets how far and wide the market mechanism has been introduced into Japan's long-term care insurance system. The result of analyses reveals that mechanism of competition has not been set to work satisfactorily owing to the limit in the user choices of services which was caused by the insufficiency of the disclosure of information, although the aim of the reform was to improve the quality of services provided by letting in many different service providers. So I consider it very important and necessary for Japan to become more positively involved in the improvement of the quality of the service provided.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf科学技術の進展は法律上の親子関係、特に父子関係に二つの問題を投げかけた。一つは、生殖補助医療による子の親は誰かという問題である。生殖補助医療をめぐる法整備がなされない中、最高裁判所は生殖補助医療による多様な親子関係を、自然生殖による親子関係を前提に明治時代に制定された民法の解釈から判断してきた。しかし、これらの判断は、生殖補助医療の急速な進展により、前提となっている自然生殖による親子関係についての民法解釈をめぐる疑義に答えが出されないままなされた面がある。科学技術の進展がもたらしたＤＮＡ鑑定の精度の向上は、この前提である自然生殖による親子関係を揺さぶるという、いま一つの問題を投げかけた。最高裁は、婚姻中に妻が懐胎して生まれた子については血縁主義を貫かず、婚姻制度を重視することで、自然生殖によって生まれた子と、生殖補助医療により生まれた子を含めた親子法制の整合性を図ることを選択したといえる。The progress of science and technology has cast two challenges on parent-child relationships, particularly father-child relationships, in the eyes of the law. The first challenge is parenting a child born via assisted reproductive technologies. While laws regarding assisted reproductive technologies have not been implemented, the Supreme Court has till date used the Civil Code enacted in the Meiji Period, which predicates parent-child relationships on natural reproduction, to judge a variety of parent-child relationships generated via assisted reproductive technology. However, because of the rapid progress of such technology, these decisions cannot respond to the doubts about the applicability and validity of the Civil Code interpretation.
The improvement of the DNA testing accuracy, because of technological progress, has generated the other challenge: Shaking loose the predicate of parent-child relationships on the basis of natural reproduction. In the case of a child gestated and born in wedlock, the Supreme Court has stressed the institution of marriage over blood descent, thus making an attempt to establish consistency in the law concerning parent-child relationships, including a consistency between children born by natural reproduction and children born via assisted reproductive technology.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
