The lived experience of staff of a support group in alcholism care
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究は、アルコール臨床におけるサポートグループに関するスタッフの経験を、半構造化面接法によるインタビュー調査を通して明らかにすることを目的としている。アルコール依存症患者を主たる対象としたサポートグループに、スタッフとして参加経験のある看護師１名が調査対象者であった。現象学的分析の結果、調査対象者のサポートグループにまつわる経験が叙述された。
参加メンバー、スタッフ、ファシリテーターが分け隔てなく参加する場にサポートグループがなっており、メンバーにとってはもちろんスタッフにとっても貴重な場と感じられていた。スタッフとして感情が揺さぶられるときも、サポートグループという場を守るために感情をコントロールすることができていた。
回復を続けるアルコール依存症患者に出会うことのできるサポートグループは、スタッフにとって回復の希望につながる場となっていることが示唆された。The purpose of this study is to examine the lived experiences of staff involved in a support group for alcoholism care using semi-structured interviews.
One nurse who had served as a staff member of an alcoholism support group was recruited as the sole participant in this study. Interview data were analyzed using a phenomenological approach. The participant's experiences of the support group were described and considered as follows.
This particular support group was organized such that members, staff, and facilitators participated without distinction. For the participant, it was a place where they could interact with patients from the same line of sight.
In fact, the participant felt that the support group helped promote one's growth, enabling one to interact with others on the same level. Staff often experienced unstable emotions, and the participant felt that such emotions should be controlled in order to protect the integrity of the support group.
For the participant, the support group was a place where they could encounter people with alcoholism who showed continual recovery, which was inspiring. The support group seemed a place to recover hope.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

この調査で、65科145種(シダ植物9科13種、裸子植物6科7種、被子植物双子葉46科111種、被子植物単子葉4科14種)の植物を観察した。
特記すべき植物として、モミ、ブナ、ヤマシグレ、タカクマホトトギスがある。

Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究では、コート上の攻防関係を平面的二次元抽象化で全体を捉え、そこにおける防御突破の原理と法則性を時空間構成の追究から捉える。その認識内容を技能内容にどのような過程で統一的に組織したのかを整理することを目的とする。技術認識過程では､｢変形コート」でのケーム分析を通して防御者の視野の死角、すなわち「ブラインド空間」を防御突破の手段的内容としてつかむ。次に、平面的二次元抽象化したコート上で攻防関係に四つの抽象概念を設定することで、防御突破の原理と技術の構造・法則性を統一的に認識内容として整理できる。また、そこで典型として示された終盤の「中横型の攻防関係」を技能獲得目標として攻防の質的発展を図る。事実・事象の科学的認識内容の共有化に加え、「ボール軌跡図表」や「心電図表」の教具の活用で学習集団化が図られ、クラスマッチの運営まで二重に組織されて実施される。This research attempted to grasp the whole picture of the offense-defense relationship in a basketball court by two-dimensional abstraction and clarify the principles and laws of breaking down a defense by spatiotemporal composition. The purpose of this research, then, is to organize the process in which how cognitive content is transformed into skill content in a systematic way. We can learn the "blind area" of defenders through the analysis of "the basketball game in an irregular court" as an instrumental content of breaking down a defense. Then, we can organize the structure and laws of the principles and techniques of breaking down a defense as a cognitive content systematically by establishing four abstract concepts on a two-dimensional basketball court. We can also exhibit the structure and laws of technical content as a goal of skill acquisition on the offense-defense relationship of side-by-side positioning with a moderate distance from a basketball rim in the late stage of a game. In addition, "a chart of the movements of basketball players in a game" helps to know the situations of offense-defense relationship during the early, middle, and final stages of a game. "A chart of electrocardiogram" is useful for grasping the quality of combination between players. These charts can contribute to clarify the tasks of each team.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
