Association between favorite tendency and relaxation effect for the fragrance of the essential oil of the university student
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究の目的は、大学生の精油の香りに対する噌好とリラックス効果との関連を明らかにすることであった｡噌好性ごとのラベンダーとイランイランの２種類の精油吸入前後の生化学的指標、生理的指標、心理的指標を比較した結果、各精油吸入後の副交感神経系の充進、各精油の主要成分の影響によるリラックス効果の可能性が示唆された。一方、精油の香りに対する噌好とリラックス効果との関連をはっきりと確認できなかった。The purpose of this study was to clarify the association between taste and relaxation effect for the fragrance of the essential oil of the university student. As a result of having compared a biochemical index before and after two kinds of essential oil inhalation of the ylang-ylang, a physiological index, the psychological index with the lavender every palatableness, sthenia of the parasympathetic system after each essential oil inhalation, the possibility of the relaxation effect by the influence of major components of each essential oil were suggested. On the other hand, I was not able to confirm the association between palatableness and relaxation effect for the fragrance of the essential oil clearly.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf小学校家庭科の学習内容は、Ａ「家庭生活と家族」Ｂ「日常の食事と調理の基礎」Ｃ「快適な衣服と住まい」Ｄ「身近な消費生活と環境」の４つの内容で構成されている。本研究においては､Ｃ｢快適な衣服と住まい」の学習内容を取り上げる。ｃ「快適な衣服と住まい」の学習内容は、（１）「衣服の着方と手入れ」（２）「快適な住まい方」（３）「生活に役立つ物の製作」の３項目で構成されているが、（３）「生活に役立つ物の製作」に研究の視点を置く。更に、（３）「生活に役立つ物の製作」は、ア「布を用いて製作するものを考え、形などを工夫し、製作計画を立てること｣、イ「手縫いや、ミシンを用いた直線縫いにより目的に応じた縫い方を考えて製作し、活用できること｣、ウ「製作に必要な用具の安全な取扱いができること」の３項目で内容が構成されているが、イの中の「手縫いによる製作」について研究を進める。本稿では、被服製作の意義、手縫いに関する基礎的・基本的な知識や技能、手縫いを生かした生活に役立つ物の製作事例などを述べている。Nowadays children's life experiences, interests and concerns are not the same for each children and their involvement in learning is different for each of them.
In order to enjoy learning lively for children, it is necessary to grasp their thoughts and hopes adequately and guide and support to extend them furthermore.
Because of that, it is important for instructors to provide guidance flexibly depending on the situation of children based on the perfect knowledge of the concerned text of the course of study as well as the knowledge and skills in their background.
This article describes the significance of clothes-making in elementary schools, foundational and basic knowledge and skills about hand-sewing, the examples to learn the foundational and basic knowledge and skills as the examples of production for useful for everyday life to make use of hand-sewing and the examples of advanced learning contents.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

3回の調査で、116科368種（シダ植物11科31種、裸子植物5科5種、被子植物双子葉84科258種、被子植物単子葉16科74種）を観察した。
調査は池地・請阿室集落周辺とミヨチョン岳（398m）で行った。
特記すべき植物はウケユリである。

Get PDFapplication/pdf鹿児島県南大隅町では2017年３月に，2018年度よりの５年間の「地域福祉計画」をつくりあげた。筆者は2013年よりパイロット事業を含め４年間，ファシリテーターとして地域福祉計画作成プログラムに関わってきた。行政計画である福祉計画策定には，民間のコンサルタントやシンクタンクに策定を委託するケースも多く，計画そのものが，行政が責任あるものになっているのか，住民参加は担保されているのかなど，いくつか懸念される事項があった。大学として，こうしたプログラムに関わる場合，そうした点が改善されるのかという点が焦点の一つである。
本稿では特に，①計画への住民参加，②計画での行政の責任性，③行政職員の主体化への変化，④行政内部の組織化，⑤他機関との連携，⑥行政と住民の相互理解，⑦社会資源の活用といった側面から本計画の策定過程を検討し，一定の成果を報告している。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は、これからの地域完結型医療を支え在宅医療を担ううえで中心的な役割を果たす看護師および介護福祉士等における、高齢者や認知症患者等のせん妄ハイリスク者に対するケアの重要性およびせん妄予防とその発症時のケアについて、文献研究により明らかにするとともに、これからの在宅医療を支えるための示唆を得ることを目的とする。せん妄は、在宅医療現場においても発症する頻度が極めて高い症候群であるが、終末期などに出現する場合を除き、適切に診断・治療につながることで改善する。そのためには、医師による認知症やうつ病等との鑑別・診断と同様に、在宅療養に関わる看護師には、せん妄ハイリスク評価のスキルも求められる。このことは、早期からの予防ケアの実践を可能とし、せん妄の発症を未然に防ぐとともに、認知症の発症予防にもつながる。また、ケアを行ううえでは、在宅療養者の生活に関わる介護福祉士等との連携・協働が重要となる。In this study, I clarify the importance of the care for the people with high-risk delirium such as elderly people or the dementia patients by nurses and care workers who support home medical care, the delirium prevention, and the care at the time of the delirium appearance. In addition, I intend to get a suggestion to support home medical care in the future. Delirium is the syndrome that appears extremely high in frequency in the home medical care settings, and it can be improved by an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. To that end, nurses involved in home care need the skill to evaluate the high-risk delirium. This enables them to practice the preventive care from an early stage and prevent the onset of delirium, and this will also prevent dementia from appearing. Elderly person and frailty : one consideration about fraily-care in the super aged society
Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は、高齢者の療養や生活に携わる専門職である看護師や介護福祉士等にとって、認識が浸透しているとは言い難い“フレイル”における、その予防・早期発見・早期介入のために不可欠な知識と介護予防の視点について、文献研究により明らかにするとともに、高齢者のQOLを支えるための示唆を得、健康寿命の延伸に寄与することを目的とする。
フレイルの予防、改善のためには、①フレイル予防への意識向上、②早期に兆候を発見する、③多角的な視点から対象者を評価することで改善可能な問題の把握､ ④対象者の能動的な活動を引き出す、などの点が重要である。また、多職種が協働することにより、疾病や障害への対応だけでなく、フレイルに関する評価やフレイルからの回復に応じた介入の実施が可能になると同時に個々の高齢者がどのような回復過程を辿るのかについても見極めることができる。さらに、超高齢社会という新たな社会システムを構築していくためにも、医療・介護専門職のフレイルヘの意識向上と多職種等との連携・協働は不可欠である。This report clarifies, by documents study, the indispensable knowledge to prevent and detect and intervene in early "frailty" of the elderly person, which is hardly recognized by a nurse or a care worker, who a specialist engaged in medical treatment of the elderly person. And it is intended to contribute to a suggestion and extension of the healthy life expectancy to support the QOL of the elderly person.
In order to prevent and improve the conditions of "frailty" it is important ① to prevent frailty, ② to discover the symptoms early, ③ to find a improvable aspect of the subject from the multiple viewpoints, ④ to encourage the subject to be active. In addition, with a cooperation of related professionals, it is possible not only to treat diseases and disabilities but also diagnose and intervene in "frailty" for recovery. At the same time, the process of how an individual elderly person recovers can be followed. Furthermore, it is essential for the related professionals to acknowledge "frailty" and cooperate and collaborate with each other in order to build a new system for the super aged society, especially in the fields of medical service and nursing service.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
