A Way of Using “Kuramoto” in School Education: Focusing on an Investigation Case of “Open Educational Curriculum”
Full text linkapplication/pdfShochu is a special product of Kagoshima that is produced prefecture-wide in “kuramoto” that have existed for more than 100 years. “Kuramoto” have been deeply involved in the region historically and in the formation of an original Kagoshima “Shochu culture.” Meanwhile, Kagoshima’ s education system, over 700 elementary and junior high schools scattered throughout the region, has developed an original education that takes advantage of regional characteristics. At a glance, “kuramoto” and “schools” might not appear to be related. However, some elementary and junior high schools have developed attractive education that makes use of “kuramoto.” This paper investigates various elements related to “kuramoto,” such as agriculture, historical production methods, sales, relations with local communities, and so on. Meaning and Usage of Verbs making Others Act in Japanese
Full text linkapplication/pdfIn modern Japanese, the meaning and function of causation are primarily conveyed through the use of seru or saseru. However, there are verbs that convey the meaning of causing others to act even without the appearance of seru and saseru. For example, verbs such as sosonokasu (to ersuade), odateru (to flatter), and keshikakeru (to incite) can be regarded as expressing the meaning of causing others to act. In other words, since these verbs contain the meaning of making others act, they can be considered as expressions of causation. This paper aims to clarify how verbs that make others act in Japanese are syntactically distributed and what constraints are imposed on their meaning and usage.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Le développement de la « lecture cursive » depuis son introduction : évolution dans les programmes entre 2008 et 2020
Full text linkapplication/pdf1996年から施行が開始されたコレージュ学習指導要領において走り読みは新たな読書法として学校教育の現場に導入された。本稿は導入後今日に至るまで，この読書法がカリキュラムの中でどのような位置を占めてきたのか追跡調査を試みた。その結果，1996年カリキュラムに続く2008年のカリキュラムでは走り読みについて説明が付されているものの，その後のカリキュラムでは走り読み自体への解説は大幅に簡略化され，その対象，分量等の記述に終始していることが確認できた。これは走り読みが教育現場に定着したことを示す証左であると同時に，行政側のこの読書法に対する一種の無関心の表徴とも理解できる。
コレージュでは1996年から1998年にかけて，新たな学習指導要領（programmes，以下「要領」）が施行された。この要領は前期中等教育フランス語教育における重要な転機を画す。この要領は走り読み（lecture cursive），若者向け文学（littérature de jeunesse）といった新たな取り組み（dispositifs）を導入したからである。しかも，これらの取り組みは，今日の前期中等教育におけるフランス語という科目を考える上でいまだに重要な要素なのである。
これまで私たちは1996年要領及びその解説の検討を通じ，コレージュにおける走り読み導入の経緯，その意義，狙いを明らかにした。1996年以降2024年に至るまで，要領の本格的改訂は2回行われた。2008年と2015年の改訂である（ただし，施行はそれぞれ2009年と2016年）。これらの改訂の中で，走り読みはどのように位置付けられてきたのであろうか。本稿では，1996年以降の要領の検討を通じ，走り読みのその後の展開を追跡・検討する。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Full text linkapplication/pdf使用貸借については，2017年5月に成立し，2020年4月1日から施行されている「民法の一部を改正する法律」（平成29年法律第44号）により，従来は要物契約であったものが諾成契約化された。使用貸借は無償であることを原則とするが，無償性ゆえに，親族間の情義などといった特別な人間関係をもとに成立することが多い契約であり，賃貸借契約とは違って借地借家法の適用がないなどの理由から，契約当事者の権利性が脆弱である点に特徴がある。
このような使用貸借が有する無償性や権利の脆弱性といった特徴は，とりわけ「不動産の使用貸借」の場面において課税上の問題を生じさせる。近時の裁判例として，大阪高判令和4年7月20日（所得税更正処分等取消請求控訴事件，原審：大阪地判令和3年4月22日）では，親子間における不動産の使用貸借契約を利用した所得分割スキームに対する所得税法12条（実質所得者課税の原則）を適用した課税処分の適否が争われたが，同条の解釈論によって導き出された結論には疑問が残るところ，今後は，立法的措置による解決を視野に入れた議論がなされてもよいように思われる。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Mail Delivery and Breakage of China Post Office (1931–1949)
Full text linkapplication/pdfWith the establishment of the Nanjing National Government, China Post was forced to enter a new stage as a national postal service. However, the establishment of Manzhouguo and the Chinese Soviet government brought difficulties to the unification of China Post. Furthermore, the outbreak and expansion of the second Japan - China War （1937–1945） and mail delivery to areas occupied by the Japanese military became a major problem for China Post. Although various measures were taken to maintain postal service, due to the conflict between the National government and Communist Party and the intensification of civil war, mail deliveries were frequently cut off. After the second Japan - China War concluded, the conflict between the National government and Communist Party intensified, the mail delivery was cut off, and China Post was split into Taiwan and mainland China, which continues to this day.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
