A study on the practice of supervisors in case conferences
application/pdf本研究の目的は、事例検討会でスーパーバイザー役を担っている主任介護支援専門員の実践環境とスーパーバイザーとしての姿勢を明らかにすることである。愛知県、岐阜県、大阪府の地域包括支援センター(594か所)の主任介護支援専門員を対象に量的調査を実施した。回収率は、33.2%で、欠損値のない128票の回答を使用して分析を行った。
探索的因子分析(主因子法)の結果、スーパーバイザーの実践環境として、【評価とサポート体制の整備】【事例検討会の業務への位置づけ】の2因子が抽出された。スーパーバイザーとしての姿勢として、【ストレングス視点と成長への配慮】【事例検討会に対する共通理解】の2因子が抽出された。業務としての明確な位置づけや実践に対する評価とサポート体制があることが実践環境として必要である。また、ストレングス視点をもち、参加メンバーの成長に向けた配慮、事例検討会に対する共通理解が必要である。The purpose of this study is to clarify the practice environment and the attitude of senior care managers who serve as supervisors in case conferences.
The quantitative research was conducted.
Data were collected from senior care managers (supervisors) in comprehensive community comprehensive support centers of Aichi, Gifu, and Osaka prefectures (594 locations).
The response rate was 33.2%. 128 complete responses were used in the analysis.
As a result of an exploratory factor analysis (principal axis factoring), two factors were extracted regarding the practice environment of the supervisors: 'Establishment of an evaluation and support system' and 'Positioning of case conferences within work duties.' Regarding the attitude as a supervisor, two factors were identified: 'Strengths perspective and consideration for growth' and 'Shared understanding of case conferences.'
A clear positioning of case conferences within work duties and a system of evaluation and support for practice are necessary as part of the practice environment.
