Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究では、前稿「保安職業従事者とその家族へのソーシャルワークに関する試論（１）（２）」に引き続き､保安職業従事者（特に自衛官）とその家族を対象としたソーシャルワークに関し、NASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Service Members, & Their Families を題材に論考を行った｡その結果､彼らへのソーシャルワークの展開に際しては､アメリカのMilitary Social Workの知見を参考としながらも、わが国独自の理論構築を行う必要があることを指摘した。また、その際に彼らを取り巻く環境要因としての「国内･国際情勢」「組織」「任務」の影響と、彼らの身体的・心理的・社会的側面に影響を及ぼす「職業文化」の特性に関する視点を保有したソーシャルワークの展開が必要であることを提言した。In this research, a study was carried out using the "NASW Standards for Social Work Practice with Service Members, Veterans & Their Families" to examine social work, specifically in regard to Security workers (particularly Self-Defense Force Members) and their families, and continues the work of the previous manuscript: "A Consideration of Social Work for Security Workers and their families (1). (2)". As a result, when developing social work for them, it was pointed out that it is necessary to build our own theory based on the knowledge of Military Social Work in the United States. Also, at that time, it was proposed that it is necessary to develop social work with a perspective that considers the special characteristic of "business culture" affecting their "physical, psychological, and social aspects," along with the influence of the "domestic and international situation," "organization," and "mission" as environmental factors surrounding them.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Changes in the apprenticeship market in the first half of the 2010s in Germany
Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿は、2010年代前半のドイツの訓練市場の情勢を詳細に分析することをとおして、同市場で新たに生じるに至った事態を明らかにしようとしたものである。分析の結果、少子化と高学歴化が進行している同国において、①訓練希望者、とくにこれまで同希望者の多数を占めていた基幹学校修了証取得者が減少する一方で、未充足の訓練ポストが増加するという事態が惹起していることを、さらに、②こうした事態を解決するために、デュアルシステムのステークホルダー、なかでも訓練供給サイドに、デュアルシステムの魅力向上や企業における実践的訓練の質改善、訓練生選考基準の変更などに取り組む必要性が生じていることを浮き彫りにした。In this article I analyzed the situation of supply of and demand for training place and apprenticeship contract in the first half of the 2010s in Germany. The main results of analysis are summarized as follows:
1. The number of training place applicants decreased from 2012 to 2015. The main reason for this situation is the decrease in the number of general school leavers, especially general school leavers with a lower secondary school leaving certificate that are the main clientele of dual system of vocational education and training.
2. The proportion of unsuccessful training place applicants remained at a comparatively high level. For example, in 2015 this proportion made up 13.4% of official training place demand. However, many training places remained unfilled. The number of unfilled training places has grown considerably since 2010.
3. The above-mentioned situations are creating new challenges for vocational education and training stakeholders. Particularly, employers' associations and training firms need to take measures to increase the attractiveness of dual system of vocational education and training, improve the quality of vocational training and change the criteria for trainee selection.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdfAfter Japanese population peaked at 128.08 million in 2008, it dropped to 126.75 million in 2017. Meanwhile, Japan is rapidly aging. Kagoshima city is also experiencing a population decline which leads to economic contraction, an increase in social security costs, financial deterioration, and the like. In particular, many local shopping areas are declining in keeping with an increase in the number of large-scale retail stores.
