Contrasts are shared primarily by examples of haiku selected from a research sample provided by 905 participants. Research methods for family support for people with mental disorders in Japan:Analysis of research titles using qualitative research
Full text linkapplication/pdf目的：国内の精神障害者の家族支援に関するどのような研究が行われてきたのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。
方法：医中誌およびCiNiiの２つのデータベースを用い、国内で発表された精神障害者の家族支援に関する論文を対象に文献検索を行った。表題に使用された語句の傾向、年代別の推移と特徴語について、テキストマイニングの手法を用いて分析した。また、研究タイトルについて質的研究法で分析した。結果：217件の文献が抽出され、７つのカテゴリ【家族支援の実態とニーズの把握】【多様な家族支援の方法や効果】【家族支援の課題と新たな取り組み】【地域や各機関で行われている家族支援の実践例】【家族支援を行う専門職の研究】【家族のリカバリーや対処能力】【家族の経験や思い】が抽出された。結論：家族の関係性の変化を客観的指標をもって探索することで効果的な家族支援のあり方を明らかにすることが重要である。Objective: This study aims to clarify what research has been conducted in Japan regarding family support for people with mental disorders.
Methods: Using two databases, Japan Medical Abstracts Society website and CiNii, a literature search was conducted for articles published in Japan on family support for people with mental disorders. A text mining method was used to analyze the trends in the words used in the titles of 217 articles, as well as trends by age and characteristic words. In addition, the research titles were analyzed using qualitative research methods.
Results: Seven categories were extracted: [Understanding the actual situation and needs of family support], [Various methods and effects of family support], [Issues and new practices in family support], [Examples of family support practices in local communities and institutions], [Research on family support professionals], [Family recovery and coping skills], and [Family experiences and thoughts].
Observations: It is important to use objective indicators to explore changes in family relationships and clarify effective methods to support families.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
