Chongqing Redevelopment and the Fate of the Stairs
Full text linkapplication/pdfChongqing, an important historical port city in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, is being redeveloped as a hub for railways connecting Europe, Southeast Asia and water transportation on the Yangtze River as part of Belt and Road Initiative(BRI). In the middle of redevelopment, the construction of Chongqing Raffles City by Singaporean capital has evoked the need for rapid preservation of the historical landscape related to Chongqing’s identity. A Research Study on Attracting IT-Companies to Provincial Cities：Focusing on Aburatsu Shopping District in NICHINAN City
Full text linkapplication/pdf本研究では、鹿児島県下の公立高校生が学習する教科「情報」の現状について追究することを目的としている。その方法として、各公立高校の学校要覧および採択教科書から、学習するプログラミング言語や単位数等の現状を考察する。その結果、①鹿児島県内の公立高校普通科では、Python もしくは JavaScript を学習する生徒が各々30% 超えておりその両方で70% を超えていること、②学区によっては JavaScript および VBA を学習する生徒はいないこと、等を追究した。だが、共通テストで出題されるプログラミング言語についての履修状況についての追究には至らなかった。この点については今後の課題である。さらにこれらの結果から、高・大接続の視点から必要となる学習用教材に関する提案を行った。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
The Fundamental Industries in Kagoshima City
Full text linkapplication/pdfI investigate the Input-Output data of Kagoshima City and search for fundamental industries. The I/O data is from Value Management Institute, Inc. By using the data, I use the Index of the Power of Dispersion and the Index of Ghosh Inverse Matrix. I find that food, construction, whole saling, retailing, transportation, hotel and restaurant business, information, science, health care service, and other service are thought to be fundamental industries. This research was not done by former researches such as, for example, that of Kikuchi (2018). The Analysis of Pricing Error using Stochastic Discount Factor
Full text linkapplication/pdfWhen focusing on the derivation process of Hansen-Jagannathan Distance, it is possible to define approximation error function that represents the allocation errors of individual asset’s price. The approximation error function projects the disparity between the theoretically derived Stochastic Discount Factor (SDF) which transforms to the risk neutral probability measure and the SDF of the analytical model into the payoff space. Thus, it extracts the risk components that were not accounted for in the analytical model but influenced the pricing.
In this paper, as an empirical analysis example using the approximation error function, I addressed the Post Earning Announcement Drift (PEAD) and Accruals Quality around the earnings announcement dates. The analysis based on the approximation error function removes idiosyncratic risk compared to the general pricing error analysis, allowing for a more precise examination of the risks that influenced asset pricing.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Deviations from the Form in G. Verdi’s “La Traviata”
Full text linkapplication/pdfジュゼッペ・ヴェルディ Giuseppe Verdi（1813–1901）のオペラ《ラ・トラヴィアータLa Traviata》（1853）においては，個人的，本能的，非現実的で自由な「インモラル」な愛に対する社会的，理性的，現実的な束縛すなわち「モラル」という障壁が描かれている。この作品を拍子の観点から分析した結果，モラルとインモラルがそれぞれ２拍子系と３拍子系に結びつけられていることが明らかとなったほか，社会規範すなわち「定型」と，そこから「逸脱」した行為もまた，拍子を通して音楽によって緻密描かれていることも明らかとなった。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
