Get PDFActualmente, el colectivo de pacientes crónicos supone entre el 3 y el 5% de la población, consumiendo un 65% de los recursos sanitarios (atención primaria, especializada y urgencias), con ingresos hospitalarios frecuentes y, en muchas ocasiones, de larga duración. Cuando nos enfrentamos a la rehabilitación de los pacientes crónicos tenemos que elaborar una estrategia de tratamiento integral, mediante un enfoque diferente al típicamente empleado en los pacientes agudos. Todo ello mediante un completo equipo multidisciplinar que aborde al paciente en su conjunto y complejidad.Currently, the group of chronic patients represents between 3 and 5% of the population, consuming 65% of health resources (primary care, specialized and emergencies), with frequent hospital admissions and, in many cases, of long duration. When we face the rehabilitation of chronic patients, we have to elaborate a strategy of integral treatment, by means of an approach different from that typically used in acute patients. Get PDFEn el artículo se hace un recorrido teórico, histórico y legislativo acerca de los Colegios Rurales Agrupados, que ayuda a visualizar esta tipología de centros educativos desde una perspectiva conceptual y normativa. Por otro lado, se muestra la metodología didáctica de enseñanza multinivel y cómo puede aplicarse en un aula mixta de Educación Primaria a partir de una visión teórica y empírica. Con todo ello se refleja la realidad educativa de los colegios ubicados en las zonas rurales, en las que las ratios de alumnos son bajas y se han de agrupar en una misma aula estudiantes de distinto nivel.In the article is made a theoretical, historical and legislative journey about the Grouped Rural Schools, which helps to visualize this typology of educational centers from a conceptual and normative perspective. On the other hand, the didactic methodology of multi-level teaching is shown and how it can be applied in a mixed classroom of Primary Education from a theoretical and empirical view. With all this reflects the educational reality of schools located in rural areas, in which the ratios of students are low and have to be grouped in the same classroom students of different educational levels

Get PDFLa bibliografía sobre la enseñanza de la gramática en el aula de lenguas extranjeras es muy extensa y cubre un amplio espectro que va desde la enseñanza explícita-deductiva hasta la implícita-inductiva. Sin embargo, la efectividad de estos extremos no es aceptada unánimemente. En este artículo analizaremos la idoneidad de una posición intermedia, es decir, un enfoque explícito-inductivo conocido como el enfoque del descubrimiento guiado y sus efectos positivos en el aula. Los resultados de este artículo demostrarán cómo el enfoque del descubrimiento guiado obtiene mejores resultados que el método explícito-deductivo en la enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera.The literature on the teaching of grammar in the FL classroom is very broad, covering a wide spectrum of theories ranging from explicit-deductive instruction to implicit-inductive instruction. However, the effectiveness of these extreme methods has not been accepted unanimously. The aim of this study is to analyse the adequacy of an intermediate position; i.e., an explicit-inductive approach known as Guided Discovery Approach and its positive effects in EFL grammar learning. The results of this study will show how the Guided Discovery Approach obtains better results than explicit-deductive instruction in the EFL classroom
KNOWLEDGE ABOUT ADHD AND PERCEIVED SELF-EFFICACY OF SECONDARY TEACHERS OF THE REGION OF MURCIA
Get PDFEl objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar los conocimientos, concepciones erróneas y lagunas que sobre el TDAH posee el profesorado de Educación Secundaria. Asimismo perseguía analizar la percepción de dichos profesores sobre sus conocimientos y su eficacia en la detección y respuesta al alumnado con TDAH. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 184 profesores de centros públicos de Educación Secundaria de la Región de Murcia. Los resultados mostraron que es necesario mejorar la formación del profesorado sobre TDAH con el fin de garantizar una detección e intervención educativa lo más temprana y eficaz posible.The objective of the present study was to analyze the knowledge, misconceptions and gaps that ADHD has on secondary education teachers. It also sought to analyze the perception of these teachers about their knowledge and effectiveness in the detection and response to students with ADHD and whether they had received any training in this regard. The sample consisted of 184 teachers from public secondary schools in the Region of Murcia.The results suggest that it is necessary to improve teacher training on ADHD in order to guarantee the earliest and most effective detection and intervention of education
