IMPLEMENTASI ANALISIS FISHBEIN DALAM MENCIPTAKAN KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG PADA OBJEK WISATA MUSEUM SUNAN GIRI
No full textPariwisata secara komprehensif melibatkan aspek fisik, sosial, ekonomi, politik, dan budaya. Potensi pariwisata dapat berupa keindahan alam, suku bangsa, kuliner, serta warisan sejarah. Wisata berbasis sejarah dan budaya menjadi potensi yang terus berkembang. Sebagai implementasi wisata sejarah, terdapat museum yang kurang menjaga eksistensinya sehingga rendahnya jumlah kunjungan. Kondisi tersebut berbeda dengan Museum Sunan Giri yang mengalami perkembangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui sikap pengunjung terhadap Museum Sunan Giri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran. Model sikap multi-atribut fishbein digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai teknik analisis data. Kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 357 responden dan wawancara terbuka dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi jawaban kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan sikap pengunjung terhadap Museum Sunan Giri adalah positif dengan nilai sebesar 92,629. Nilai sikap tersebut berada di posisi kanan cut of point, diantara rentang setuju dan sangat setuju. Atribut fasilitas lengkap menjadi atribut terbaik (20,338), sedangkan atribut kompetensi SDM memperoleh nilai terendah (16,668). Pengelola Museum Sunan Giri dapat mempertahankan atribut yang memperoleh nilai tinggi dan meningkatkan kualitas atribut yang memperoleh nilai sebaliknya.Tourism comprehensively involves physical, social, economic, political, and cultural aspects. Tourism potential in the form of natural beauty, ethnic groups, culinary delights, and historical heritage. History- and culture-based tourism have potential that continues to grow. As an implementation of historical tourism, there are museums that do not maintain their existence, so the number of visits is low. This condition is different from the Sunan Giri Museum, which is experiencing development. This research aims to determine visitors' attitudes towards the Sunan Giri Museum. This research uses mixed research methods. The Fishbein multi-attribute attitude model is used in this research as a data analysis technique. Questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation were used as data collection techniques. Questionnaires were distributed to 357 respondents, and open interviews were conducted to explore the answers to the questionnaire. The results of the research explain that visitors' attitudes towards the Sunan Giri Museum are positive, with a score of 92.629. The attitude value is in the right position of the cut-off point, between the range of agree and strongly agree. The complete facilities attribute is the best attribute (20,338). Meanwhile, the HR competency attribute obtained the lowest score (16.668). Sunan Giri Museum management can maintain attributes that get high scores and improve the quality of attributes that get the opposite score
POTENSI PEMANFAATAN KANDUNGAN MINYAK DARI LARVA KUMBANG HITAM (Zophobas morio)

Ada banyak sumber minyak, baik nabati maupun hewani. Salah satu sumber minyak baru adalah dari ulat jerman (Zophobas morio). Meskipun kandungan gizinya cukup tinggi dan keunggulan lainnya, pemanfaatan ulat jerman masih rendah dan hanya digunakan sebagai substitusi minyak atau mentega. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan profiling kandungan minyak ulat jerman untuk mengetahui potensinya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan kromatografi gas-spektrofotometri massa (GC-MS) untuk menentukan kandungan minyak ulat jerman. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan GC-MS, minyak ulat jerman mengandung berbagai jenis asam lemak. Dari lima kandungan tertinggi, salah satunya merupakan asam lemak omega-6. berdasarkan kandungannya, minyak ulat super memiliki banyak potensi. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengetahui kandungan minyak ulat jerman secara tepat, baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif, untuk memastikan potensi dari minyak ulat jerman.
FEEDING THE MIND: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF HOW NUTRITIONAL CHOICES AFFECT THE MENTAL WELL-BEING OF THE ELDERLY
Get PDFIntroduction: Mental well-being is a significant concern for the aging population. With the increasing prevalence of the elderly, identifying effective strategies to improve their mental well-being is crucial.
Objectives: This systematic review aims to assess the impact of nutritional choices on the mental well-being of older adults, synthesizing evidence on how diet influences mental health outcomes in this demographic.
Materials and Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, peer-reviewed studies from 2020 to 2023 were sourced from PubMed. The review focused on randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involving elderly participants (65 years and older) and examined the effects of specific nutritional choices on mental well-being outcomes.
Results: From an initial pool of 394 studies, 5 were included in the qualitative synthesis. Key findings highlight the positive impact of diets rich in omega-3, omega-6, polyphenols, vitamin E, carotenoids, and probiotics on cognitive function, stress reduction, and overall mental well-being.
Conclusion: This review underscores the significant role of nutrition in enhancing mental health among older adults. Effective dietary interventions can play a critical role in mitigating mental health disorders in the elderly, highlighting the need for comprehensive dietary guidelines tailored to this vulnerable population
IMPACT OF DISTRESS LEVEL IN RIGHT ISSUE PRICING AND SHARE PERFORMANCE

This research aims to observe the influence of distress level and leverage on right issue subscription pricing since previous studies mainly focused on the subscription price’s impact rather than its determinants. For further analysis, this research also evaluates the subscription price, distress level, and leverage’s influence on share performance.Research Methods. Data analysis technique employs multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method, utilizing data from 70 public listed companies which are recorded to have published right issue in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2004 to 2022.Research Results and Findings. This research discovered that distress level influences the right issue subscription price, and the right issue subscription price significantly influences share performance. Thus, the result of this research may be utilized by companies which are distressed, high-leveraged, or in possession of the characteristics in line with the control variables to consider the most ideal subscription price as well as its implications to the companies’ share performance

Bentuk pelayanan kesehatan komunitas saat ini masih dirasa belum optimal dalam mengatasi gastritis. Strategi intervensi keperawatan komunitas melalui pendekatan promosi kesehatan dan pemberdayaan (empowering) dalam menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan komunitas. Penerapan promosi kesehatan dengan metode teknik ACEJ akan lebih maksimal dilakukan dengan pendekatan Focus Group Discsusion (FGD). Keterampilan dalam mebuat obat tradisonal kunyit madu dan Breathing Exsercise menjadi salah satu yang bisa diajarkan.Tujuan : melakukan Analisis Praktik Klinik Keperawatan analisis Praktik Klinik Keperawatan Dengan Intervensi Inovasi Pendidikan Kesehatan Dengan Metode Acej (Active, Creative, Effective And Joyful) Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Gastritis Pada Remaja Di Pondok Pesantren Bina Dakwah Loa Bakung.Metode: studi kasus dengan asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada 5 orang siswa yang pernah memiliki riwayat gastritis dalam 3 bulan terakhir.Hasil : Hasil pengukuran pengetahuan dari kuesioner yang di berikan menunjukkan sebagian besar pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 4 siswa (80%) dan sebanyak 2 siswa (20%) memiliki pengetahuan kategori sedang setelah intervensi skor pengetahuan setelah intervensi sebnayak 5 siswa (100%) pengetahuan menjadi kategori baik.Kesimpulan: Pemberian edukasi Active, Creative, Effective, and Joyful (ACEJ) dan teknik Focus Group Discision (FGD) dimana eduksi tidak hanya memberikan pemahaman tentang gastristis dari pengertian, penyebab, tanda gejala, akibat, pencegahan dan penatalaksanaan juga ditambahkan dengan keterampilan pembuatan pesasan kunyit madu dan breathing exercise.
PENDAMPINGAN LOMBA DRUMBAND DALAM KEGIATAN MBKM BELA NEGARA DI KOTA SALATIGA
Get PDFThis Community Service Activity (PkM) aims to contribute by providing assistance and support for the city-level drum band competition in Salatiga at State Elementary School 03 Mangunsari. The PkM activity is carried out in two stages: the drum band training preparation phase and the drum band competition support phase. The drum band training preparation took place from September 4 to September 18, 2023, at the school, while the drum band competition support phase was conducted on September 23, 2023, at Kridanggo Stadium Salatiga. In the first phase, the author, together with the coach and teachers, assisted the training sessions for the competition participants in musical performance and dance movement formations. The authors also contributed to creating attributes and drum band equipment such as fans, flags, and others. In the second phase, the authors, along with the committee, organized the makeup and costumes for the competition participants, found a suitable area for the drum band participants around the stadium, provided refreshments, and actively accompanied the participants during the street parade. The activity was concluded with documentation to capture the success of the event. The authors suggest that the development of this activity can involve a broader scope, not limited to mere assistance but also incorporating drum band training. This step is taken considering that the authors have acquired previous knowledge and skills that can be applied to provide more structured and sustainable training
Strategi Peningkatan Kepuasan Konsumen Pada UMKM Sambal Pecel Kota Madiun
Get PDFKepuasan konsumen sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk membangun bisnisnya. Kepuasan tergantung dari kualitas produk perusahaan. Semakin tinggi tingkat kualitas poduk maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas merupakan bentuk penilaian konsumen terhadap tingkat layanan yang diterima (perceived service) dengan tingkat pelayanan yang diharapkan (expected service). Untuk menjaga dan mempertahankan kepuasan konsumen pelaku usaha memerlukan strategi guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas yang sesuai kepentingan dan harapan konsumen. Eksistensi dan keberlanjutan sambal pecel Kota Madiun merupakan hal yang diperjuangkan oleh UMKM sebagai pelaku usaha sambal pecel. Eksistensi UMKM sambal pecel dipengaruhi oleh penerimaan produk dan layanan sambal pecel oleh masyarakat sebagai pembeli. Penerimaan produk sambal pecel ditunjukkan dari tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk dan layanan UMKM sambal pecel. Oleh karena itu, UMKM sambal pecel Kota Madiun perlu mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan konsumennya serta bagaimana strategi dalam upaya untuk mempertahankan/memperbaiki serta meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggambarkan kepuasan konsumen dan menyusun strategi untuk upaya meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk sambal pecel Kota Madiun. Berdasarkan analisis didapatkan nilai CSI sambal pecel sebesar 0,768 dengan kategori puas. Pelaku usaha sambal pecel perlu meningkatkan indeks kepuasan konsumen dari base line indeks sebesar 76,78%. Beberapa variabel yang menjadi perhatikan pelaku usaha sambal pecel untuk lebih ditingkatkan lagi adalah kinerja usaha, keistimewaan produk, kehandalan produk dan pelayanan. Variabel yang perlu dipertahankan agar konsumen merasa puas yaitu kesesuaian produk dengan yang diharapkan, daya tahan produk, keestetikaan produk dan kualitas produk. Strategi peningkatan kepuasan konsumen sambal pecel berdasarkan analisis Satisfaction & Importance Matrix yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh pelaku usaha sambal pecel adalah perlu meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang lebih memenuhi harapan konsumen, strategi mempertahankan kinerja, kesesuaian, daya tahan, estetika, dan kualitas produk, dan memperbaiki kinerja usahanya terkait dengan keistimewaan dan kehandala
PENYEBAB REPURCHASE INTENTION BEHAVIOR PADA KOPI NEIRA DI SURABAYA: CITRA DIRI ATAU KUALITAS?

The competition in the coffee shop business is becoming more intense as time passes, as seen by the ease with which coffee shops are everywhere, particularly in the big city and small city. These coffee businesses fight to attract customers and foster high repurchase intentions among their customers. The independent variables are self-image congruity, customer-perceived service quality, and contentment. The selected independent variables are self-image congruity, customer-perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. This study focuses on Neira Coffee, a coffee shop with numerous outlets throughout Indonesia. The data were gathered by distributing questionnaires, resulting in 154 samples of Neira Coffee Surabaya consumers aged 18 and up who live in Surabaya.The results showed that self-image congruity and customer-perceived service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, self-image congruity and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on repurchase intention, while customer-perceived service quality had no significant effect on repurchase intention. It was also found that customer satisfaction was able to mediate the effect of self image congruity and customer perceived service quality on repurchase intention. Thus, self image congruity and customer perceived service quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention for Neira Coffee Surabaya consumers through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable
PENGARUH DIMENSI PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT KARYAWAN GENERASI ZOOMERS (GEN Z) DI SURABAYA
Get PDFABSTRACTThe zoomer generation (Gen Z) is starting to enter the world of work and will become the majority group in the future. The different characteristics that exist in each generation demand different approaches to get them more quickly involved in their work. This research is research at the dimensional level of psychological capital variables to analyze the influence of each dimension in order to find out which psychological capital dimensions have the most influence on work engagement of Gen Z employees. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 235 Gen Z employees who live in Surabaya and have work experience of at least 1 year. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that self-efficacy, resilience, hope and optimism have a positive and significant effect on work engagement. The psychological capital dimension that has the most influence on work engagement of Gen Z employees is optimism. ABSTRAKGenerasi zoomer (Gen Z) mulai masuk dalam dunia kerja dan akan menjadi kelompok mayoritas di masa yang akan datang. Karakteristik berbeda yang ada pada setiap generasi menuntut pendekatan berbeda untuk membuat mereka lebih cepat terlibat dalam pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pada level dimensi variabel psychological capital untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing dimensi agar dapat mengetahui dimensi psychological capital yang paling berpengaruh terhadap work engagement karyawan Gen Z. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 235 karyawan Gen Z yang berdomisili di Surabaya dan telah memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan self-efficacy, resilience, hope dan optimism berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement. Dimensi psychological capital yang paling berpengaruh terhadap work engagement karyawan Gen Z adalah optimism
STUDI ANALISIS ZAT GIZI SNACK BAR BIJI RAMBUTAN SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF MAKANAN SELINGAN BAGI PENDERITA DIABETES
Get PDFThe prevalence of diabetes mellitus is predicted to increase as the population ages related to human aging factor. Other treatments are needed besides synthetic drugs that can help both as intervention and prevention actions, providing food intake support with food ingredients that can reduce sugar levels can be the one of the solutions. The seeds of rambutan fruit contain secondary metabolites that can reduce blood sugar levels. Processing rambutan seeds into snack bars can be an alternative snack because it is popular and easy to consume for diabetics. This study aim was to find out the nutrients from rambutan seed snack bars as an alternative snack for diabetics. The ingredients used in this research were crushed rambutan seeds, honey, chocolate and tapioca flour. This research is laboratory research with an experimental study design. The samples analyzed proximately to see the nutrients contained at the Chemix Pratama Yogyakarta Laboratory. From the laboratory results, it was revealed that the nutrient content of 100 g of rambutan seed snack bars contained 7.35% water content, 1.12% ash, 7.05% protein, 25.25% fat, 6.67% crude fiber, 52.66% carbohydrates, and 460.43 kcal energy/100 g. As a snack for diabetics, the rambutan seed snack bar needed to ful fill 10% of nutrients from energy requirements is 50 g/day. Further research is needed regarding the right proportion of ingredients for rambutan seed snack bars as an alternative snack for diabetics
