Perancangan Sistem Antrian Protokol Kesehatan Memasuki Kampus untuk Mengoptimalkan Waktu Tunggu, Jumlah Antrian, dan Biaya Investasi Alat
Politeknik ATMI Surakarta applies a health protocol to get into campus area, which consists of body temperature check and disinfectant spray. Existing health protocol supported by 1 automatic temperature checker and 4 automatic disinfectant spray booths. There is no evaluation has been carried out yet regarding to effectiveness and efficiency of facilities utility. There are queue problems, especially at critical time at morning shift from 07.00 WIB to 07.30 WIB and the system output has not been able to reach about 650 entities within 30 minutes. This system is a terminating simulation with 30 minutes of replication length. Simulation design is carried out to find the best system solution that achieves the entities number of output target, with evaluation based on queue waiting time, number of queues, cost factors, and percentage of facility utilities. The simulation system is made with ARENA software. Design solutions are compared and ranked. Selection of solutions based on the best design rating. The results showed that at the critical time 07.00 WIB - 07.30 WIB it was necessary to have 2 automatic temperature checking devices and 3 disinfectant chambers (Multi Channel - Multi Phase). This design produces an output of about 687 entities, a waiting time of 0.75 minutes, 8.46 entities of queue, and cost of Rp. 88,411.64. At regular times, 1 automatic temperature checker and 1 disinfectant chamber (Multi Channel - Single Phase) are needed. This design produces system output of about 262 entities, waiting time of 0.22 minutes, 2.01 entities of queues, and cost of Rp. 36,399.43.
Politeknik ATMI Surakarta menerapkan protokol kesehatan untuk masuk ke area kampus, yang terdiri dari pemeriksaan suhu tubuh dan penyemprotan disinfektan. Protokol kesehatan saat ini didukung oleh 1 pemeriksa suhu otomatis dan 4 bilik semprot desinfektan otomatis. Belum ada evaluasi yang dilakukan mengenai efektivitas dan efisiensi utilitas fasilitas. Terdapat permasalahan antrian terutama pada waktu kritis pada shift pagi dari pukul 07.00 WIB sampai dengan 07.30 WIB dan keluaran sistem belum mampu mencapai sekitar 650 entitas dalam waktu 30 menit. Sistem ini termasuk dalam terminating simulation, dengan replication length 30 menit. Perancangan simulasi dilakukan untuk mencari solusi sistem terbaik yang mencapai target keluaran jumlah entitas, dengan evaluasi berdasarkan waktu tunggu antrian, jumlah antrian entitas, biaya, dan utilitas fasilitas. Sistem simulasi dibuat dengan software ARENA. Solusi rancangan diperbandingkan dan diberi peringkat, untuk kemudian dilakukan seleksi pemilihan rancangan terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada waktu kritis pukul 07.00 WIB - 07.30 WIB diperlukan 2 buah alat pengecek suhu otomatis dan 3 buah bilik desinfektan (Multi Channel - Multi Phase). Rancangan ini menghasilkan output sekitar 687 entitas, waktu tunggu 0,75 menit, jumlah antrian 8,46 entitas, dengan biaya Rp. 88.411,64. Pada waktu reguler diperlukan 1 buah alat pengecekan suhu otomatis dan 1 buah bilik desinfektan (Multi Channel - Single Phase). Rancangan ini menghasilkan output sistem sekitar 262 entitas, waktu tunggu 0,22 menit, jumlah antrian 2,01 entitas, dengan biaya Rp. 36.399,43
Pemecahan Asymmetric Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (ACVRPTW) dengan Algoritma Sequential Insertion (SI) dan Ant Colony Optimization (ACO)
One of the main aspects that determines the successful of managing a supply chain system or supply chain management (SCM) is transportation planning. The problem of determining vehicle routes or commonly known as the vehicle routing problem (VRP) is one of the important studies in transportation planning at the operational level. Determining the right vehicle routes can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a transportation system and related supply chain systems. This research focuses on the asymmetric capacitated vehicle routing problem with time windows (ACVRPTW), which is a vehicle routing problem that takes into account vehicle capacity, asymmetric return distances between customers, and delivery time constraints. A mathematical model is formulated based on the research objective to be achieved, i.e. minimizing the total shipping costs consisting of travel costs, overtime delivery costs, late delivery compensation costs, and re-delivery costs. Two alternative solution algorithms are developed, namely sequential insertion (SI) and ant colony optimization (ACO). A numerical example is provided to present the results of research on a clothing convection industry, where the ACO algorithm is proven to be able to produce better solutions than the SI algorithm.
Salah satu aspek utama yang menentukan keberhasilan pengelolaan suatu sistem rantai pasokan atau supply chain management (SCM) adalah perencanaan transportasi. Permasalahan tentang penentuan rute kendaraan atau yang biasa dikenal dengan vehicle routing problem (VRP) merupakan salah satu kajian penting dalam perencanaan transportasi pada tingkat operasional. Penentuan rute kendaraan yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dari sebuah sistem transportasi maupun sistem rantai pasokan yang terkait. Penelitian ini berfokus pada asymmetric capacitated vehicle routing problem with time windows (ACVRPTW), yaitu masalah rute kendaraan yang mempertimbangkan kapasitas kendaraan, jarak bolak-balik antar pelanggan yang tidak simetris, dan batasan waktu pengiriman. Sebuah model matematis dirumuskan dengan berbasis pada tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai, yaitu meminimumkan total biaya pengiriman yang terdiri dari biaya perjalanan, biaya lembur pengiriman, biaya kompensasi keterlambatan pengiriman, dan biaya pengiriman kembali. Terdapat dua alternatif algoritma solusi yang dikembangkan, yaitu sequential insertion (SI) dan ant colony optimization (ACO). Sebuah contoh numerik diberikan untuk menunjukkan hasil penelitian pada sebuah industri konveksi pakaian, dimana algoritma ACO terbukti mampu menghasilkan solusi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma SI
Analisis Ergonomi Kursi Kereta Api: Systematic Literature Review
The train is a popular mode of mass transit for a large number of passengers in Indonesia since it is reasonably priced. However, the existing passenger seats still do not pay attention to anthropometric measurements for Indonesian culture. The UIC standard, which is used as a standard for creating train seats, demonstrates this. Anthropometry is a science that involves measuring the human body and is used to identify variations between people, groups, and other entities. Ergonomic passenger seat design will have a good effect on both the company and the user. This study set out to ascertain the advantages of applying ergonomics to industrial tasks. A thorough literature review of 20 publications and papers published between 2012 and 2022 was done for this study. The results obtained are that there are many industrial activities that apply ergonomics to achieve comfort and the benefits of implementing ergonomics are new design recommendations and design development, knowing the relationship of vibration and energy to comfort, reducing discomfort, activities that affect comfort, the ability to estimate body size, knowing the risks diseases that arise, and knowing the level of importance of ergonomics.Kereta api merupakan salah satu moda transportasi massal dari segi volume penumpang yang banyak diminati masyarakat Indonesia karena memiliki harga yang cukup terjangkau. Namun, kursi penumpang saat ini belum memperhitungkan pengukuran antropometri untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penggunaan standar UIC yang digunakan sebagai standar pembuatan kursi kereta api. Antropometri adalah ilmu yang berurusan dengan pengukuran tubuh manusia yang digunakan unutk menentukan perbedaan antara individu, kelompok, dll. Perancangan kursi penumpang yang ergonomis akan berpengaruh baik pada dua pihak baik perusahaan maupun pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui manfaat dari penerapan ergonomi bagi aktivitas industri penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan systematic literature review terhadap 20 article dan paper pada rentang tahun 2012-2022. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terdapat banyak aktivitas industri yang menerapkan ergonomi untuk mencapai kenyamanan dan manfaat dari penerapan ergonomi adalah rekomendasi desain baru dan pengembangan desain, mengetahui hubungan getaran dan energi terhadap kenyamanan, pengurangan ketidaknyamanan, kegiatan yang mempengaruhi kenyamanan, kemampuan memperkirakan ukuran tubuh, mengetahui resiko penyakit yang muncul, dan mengetahui tingkat kepentingan ergonomi
Critique of Medical Perspective on the Beginning of Human Person Based on Biblical and Biological Insights
Many people and (Catholic) medical practitioners use or provide all kinds of contraceptives, including those that work by preventing implantation of zygote. Some medical experts affirm that preventing implantation of zygote is not an abortion because before the implantation, zygote is not considered as human person and does not have basic rights to live as human person. However, the Catholic Church affirms that human life must be respected and given the basic rights to live as human person since the conception. The difference between medical experts and the Catholic Church results from the different perspectives on the time of the beginning of human person. Both medical experts and the Catholic Church agree that human life begins at the time of conception, but they do not agree that human person begins at the time of conception. Many medical experts say that after the conception and before the implantation, zygote can split into identical twins so that human personhood cannot be determined before the implantation. In this article, the medical perspective will be criticized using biblical and biological insights. These insights may enlighten us that preventing an implantation of zygote is an abortion because zygote is already a human person
Konsep Lera-Wulan Tana-Ekan Orang Lembata dalam Tinjauan Filsafat Agama Hegel: Suatu Upaya Berdialog
Faith and culture are often considered as interesting areas of topics for the academic discussions. They can become fruitful dialogue partners in the search of truth. Each area refers to the sources of truth at different levels compared to others outside of their areas. This article is an effort to reconcile the truth claims on the ontological and empirical levels by way of dialogue. The dialogue raised here brings together religion in Hegel’s philosophy and the cultural belief of the Lembata people called Lera-Wulan Tana-Ekan. Both are on different paths, one is a series of philosophical ideas while the other is a local wisdom from a certain part of Indonesia, particularly among the Lembata people in East Nusa Tenggara. This article aims to elevate the claims of truth that exist in a belief from a certain culture to the public domain of philosophy. The method used in this writing is dialectical by analyzing whether the ideas in Hegel’s philosophy of religion are in line with the beliefs held by the Lembata people. The belief in the universe, the highest morality, and the origin of creation are analyzed in relation to the movement of the Spirit discussed by Hegel in the natural religion, the religion of art, and the revealed religion

The international network has a very important role in strengthening the solidarity and unity of the masses, in spreading information to the community by creating virtual communities. Al-Jazeera as one of the most reputable media outlets in the international arena and have considerable influence in society. They have a vital role in raising awareness to the people in case of religion, culture and issues in the world. In addition, more rapid and accessible information in the global media has been supported by information among countries that have changed the politics of the authorities. mass media in international relations that grow so fast recently by knowing that the media and politics are related each others with sharing the mutual benefit to each other. The author discusses Al- Jazeera achievements in changing and growing people\u27s opinions on politics, the media as a vehicle for community empowerment, and more. By producing new concepts through information and news that raise awareness of the Middle East community, the region\u27s unequal social and political conditions, and the Middle East\u27s position. In the Middle East, things are changing, and people are becoming more aware of the value of freedom and democracy.

SAMBUL: SANDAL TIMBUL DENGAN MENGAPLIKASIKAN FUNGSI HURUF BRAILE YANG DILENGKAPI SENSOR SUARA GUNA MEMUDAHKAN PARA PENYANDANG TUNANETRA SAAT BERJALAN DI TROTOAR
Abstract
Not all humans in this world are born with normal physical conditions. Some of them have physical disabilities, one of which is blind. There are many problems experienced by blind people so far. One of them is that they are not aware when they are walking on the sidewalk. This is of course very dangerous for them. Based on these problems, a tool for the blind was designed in this research, in the form of embossed sandals or SAMBUL, which can be used by the blind to travel, especially on the sidewalk. With the results of this study, it is hoped that the Government can help turn the resulting designs into ready-to-use items, so that they can help blind people when walking on the sidewalks.

Abstrak
Tidak semua manusia di dunia ini dilahirkan dengan kondisi fisik yang normal. Beberapa di antara mereka memiliki kelainan fisik, yang salah satunya ialah tunanetra. Banyak permasalahan yang dialami oleh penyandang tunanetra selama ini. Satu di antaranya ialah bahwa mereka tidak sadar jika sedang berjalan di trotoar. Hal ini tentu sangat berbahaya bagi mereka. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah alat bagi penyandang tunanetra, berupa sandal timbul atau SAMBUL, yang dapat digunakan oleh para penyandang tunanetra untuk melukan perjalanan, khususnya di trotoar. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan Pemerintah dapat membantu mewujudkan desain yang dihasilkan menjadi barang siap pakai, sehingga dapat membantu para penyandang tunanetra saat berjalan di trotoar.

ELEMEN-ELEMEN ARSITEKTUR NEO-GOTIK PADA GEREJA POUK LAHAI ROI JAKARTA
Abstract - POUK Lahai Roi Church is an Ecumenical Church located in Jakarta. At a glance, you can see elements of neo-Gothic architecture in this church, such as the tower, pointed arch, rose window, and other elements. The church, which was completed in 2007, is included in a new building that is interesting to study further because of the discovery of elements of neo-Gothic architecture which is an architectural style that developed in its final era. This study was made to identify the elements of neo-Gothic architecture found in the POUK Lahai Roi Church based on theories regarding neo-Gothic architecture. The elements of neo-Gothic architecture studied in this study based on literary sources are the roof, the ribbed vault, tower, infill wall, molding, stained glass, tracery, sculpture, door, window, rose window, column, porch, spatial arrangement, arches, materials, and colors. The analysis in this research was conducted by studying the elements of neo-Gothic architecture and then comparing them with the elements in the POUK Lahai Roi Church. Based on the analysis, found 13 elements of the 17 elements of neo-Gothic architecture in POUK Lahai Roi Church. The thirteen elements consist of the roof, the ribbed vault, tower, infill wall, stained glass, tracery, sculpture, rose window, porch, spatial arrangement, arches, material, and color, while the four elements that are not in accordance with neo-Gothic architecture are moldings, doors, windows, and columns. Thus, it can be said that the POUK Lahai Roi Church has a neo-Gothic architectural style.

Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengenali elemen-elemen Arsitektur neo-Gotik apa saja yang terdapat pada Gereja POUK Lahai Roi dengan didasarkan pada teori-teori mengenai Arsitektur neo-Gotik. Elemen Arsitektur neo-Gotik yang dikaji pada penelitian ini berdasarkan sumber literatur adalah atap, the ribbed vault, menara, dinding pengisi, molding, kaca patri, tracery, sculpture, pintu, jendela, rose window, kolom, serambi, susunan ruang, arches, material, dan warna. Analisis pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mempelajari elemen-elemen Arsitektur neo-Gotik kemudian dibandingkan dengan elemen yang berada pada Gereja POUK Lahai Roi. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan 13 unsur dari 17 unsur Arsitektur neo-Gotik pada Gereja POUK Lahai Roi. Ketigabelas unsur tersebut terdiri dari atap, the ribbed vault, menara, dinding pengisi, kaca patri, tracery, sculpture, rose window, serambi, susunan ruang, arches, material, dan warna, sedangkan empat unsur yang tidak sesuai dengan Arsitektur neo-Gotik adalah molding, pintu, jendela, dan kolom. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan Gereja POUK Lahai Roi memiliki gaya Arsitektur neo-Gotik.

Peran United States Agency for International Development (USAID) terhadap Kudeta Militer Myanmar
Myanmar has experienced a democracy crisis and is facing a violent war for human rights by the military junta. The conflict between the military and the victory of Aung San Suu Kyi\u27s party, namely the NLD (National League for Democracy) party, caused Myanmar to experience a coup since February 2021. The human rights urgency of the Myanmar problem caused international institutions and a number of countries such as the United States to help Myanmar in resolving the problem by both providing financial assistance and other government development assistance to Myanmar, through its agency USAID (United States Agency for International Development). The existence of USAID assistance to Myanmar indicates that there are things that encourage US assistance to Myanmar which raises questions; what are the interests of the US through USAID in helping Myanmar. Which questions will be answered in this paper with a historical approach based on the theory of liberalism.

Myanmar telah mengalami krisis demokrasi dan menghadapi kekerasan perampasan hak-hak kemanusiaan oleh junta militer. Konflik antara pihak militer dan kemenangan partai Aung San Suu Kyi yaitu partai NLD (National League for Democracy) menyebabkan Myanmar mengalami kudeta sejak februari 2021[1]. Urgensi HAM dari permasalahan Myanmar tersebut menyebabkan lembaga-lembaga internasional dan sejumlah negara seperti Amerika Serikat turut membantu Myanmar dalam menyelesaikan masalahnya baik memberikan bantuan dana maupun bantuan pembangunan pemerintahan lainnya untuk Myanmar, melalui lembaganya USAID (United States Agency for International Development) [2]. Adanya peran USAID terhadap Myanmar menandakan adanya hal yang mendorong bantuan AS terhadap Myanmar yang memunculkan pertanyaan; apa kepentingan AS melalui USAID dalam membantu Myanmar, apa saja tindakan AS sebelum-sesudah kudeta Myanmar terjadi terutama di era Joe Biden, dan apa saja upaya dan pengaruh USAID dalam mewujudkan kepentigannya di Myanmar. Yang mana pertanyaan-pertanyaan itu akan dijawab dalam tulisan ini dengan pendekatan historis berdasarkan teori liberalism.

The use of coal has increased due to the increasing use of electricity for human activities. On the other hand, action is needed to prevent the adverse effects of coal, namely greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions which result in increasingly warmer temperatures and cause climate change. This study aims to describe the advantages and disadvantages of using coal as the main energy resource. Because coal isn’t environmental-friendly, actions that can be taken to prevent climate change or reduce GHG emissions are to mitigate the energy sector by using new, renewable energy. Di sisi lain, perlu adanya tindakan untuk mencegah dampak buruk dari batu bara, yaitu emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) yang mengakibatkan suhu semakin panas dan dapat menyebabkan perubahan iklim. Studi ini bertujuan memberi gambaran keuntungan dan kerugian penggunaan batubara sebagai sumber energi utama di Indonesia. Karena batubara tidak ramah lingkungan, tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah perubahan iklim dan mengurangi emisi GRK adalah mitigasi sektor energi dengan menggunakan energi baru terbarukan. Tetapi pemanfaatan sumber energi baru terbarukan masih dibarengi dengan beberapa tantangan, sehingga batubara tidak dapat menggantikan efisiensi dan efektivitas batubara sebagai sumber energi.
