No full textThis journal explores the United Nations\u27 (PBB) intervention in the conflict between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia, with a particular focus on the tragic events depicted in the film "Quo Vadis, Aida?" The study delves into the challenges faced by the UN, an actor well-known for their conflict resolution since World War, but it is relatively new in finding resolutions in terms of conflict between ethnicity, and its attempts to balance humanitarian and military interests. Despite initial efforts created by the UN, the actions were deemed as failures as the pinnacle of the conflict is Srebenica Genocide. Through this research, the author aims to find the factors behind the failed efforts in peacekeeping in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Development of the Braga Art Website as a Means for UMKM Products as an Effort to Implementation of Digital Citizenship and Local Wisdom
No full textThe Art Braga website is a medium used to market MSME products in Braga to make them better known to a wider audience. The importance of digital media for marketing products is supported by the development of supporting internet technology. This is proven by the increasing number of people who use the internet. The aim of this research is to provide education regarding the importance of digital media for marketing products and applying IPR in works so that MSME actors can implement digital citizenship and maintain local wisdom regarding the works of art they own. Apart from that, it collects data on painting MSMEs to be input into a website, so that it can support the amount of information obtained by consumers when accessing the website. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis which provides an overview of the environment where MSMEs operate in Braga.Website Art Braga menjadi sebuah media yang digunakan untuk memasarkan produk UMKM yang berada di Braga untuk lebih dikenal ke khalayak lebih ramai. Pentingnya media digital untuk memasarkan produk, didukung dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi internet yang mendukung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang sudah menggunakan internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya media digital untuk memasarkan produk dan menerapkan HAKI dalam sebuah karya sehingga para pelaku UMKM dapat mengimplementasikan digital citizenship dan menjaga kearifan lokal terkait karya seni yang dimiliki. Selain itu mengumpulkan data pelaku UMKM lukisan untuk di input ke dalam sebuah website, sehingga dapat mendukung jumlah informasi yang didapatkan oleh konsumen ketika mengakses website tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis Deskriptif yang memberikan gambaran mengenai lingkungan pelaku UMKM beraktivitas di Braga
Pancasila Sebagai Alternatif Solusi Ideologi Era Postmodern
No full textThe postmodern era, as described by Jean-François Lyotard, is characterized by a deep paradigm of relativism, where truth and values are seen not as absolute but contingent upon perspectives and contexts. After World War II, the world was divided into two major ideological forces, Liberalism and Communism, which competed in the Cold War for global dominance. Although, after the Cold War, Liberalism was deemed relevant to the post-conflict world, various debates indicate that this ideology is not fully capable of addressing the challenges posed by relativism in the postmodern era. In this context, this study employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method to explore the relevance of Pancasila as an alternative solution to the complexities of postmodern relativism. The author argues that Pancasila, with its inclusive and universal values, offers an ideology that can provide stability and integration in a society that is increasingly plural and fragmented.Era postmodernisme, sebagaimana digambarkan oleh Jean-François Lyotard, ditandai oleh paradigma relativisme yang mendalam, di mana kebenaran dan nilai-nilai dianggap tidak absolut, tetapi bergantung pada perspektif dan konteks. Pasca Perang Dunia Kedua, dunia terbagi dalam dua kekuatan ideologi besar, yakni Liberalisme dan Komunisme, yang bersaing dalam Perang Dingin untuk mendapatkan dominasi global. Meskipun setelah berakhirnya Perang Dingin, Liberalisme dianggap relevan dengan kondisi dunia pasca-konflik, berbagai polemik menunjukkan bahwa ideologi ini tidak sepenuhnya mampu mengatasi tantangan relativisme yang berkembang dalam era postmodern. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi ideologi Pancasila sebagai alternatif solusi dalam menghadapi kompleksitas relativisme postmodern. Penulis berargumen bahwa Pancasila, dengan dasar-dasar nilai inklusif dan universal, menawarkan sebuah ideologi yang dapat memberikan stabilitas dan integrasi dalam masyarakat yang semakin plural dan terfragmentasi

No full textThe issue of identity as a member of the Church comes to the fore and is purified when placed within the framework of diversity and relationships with other ecclesiastical communities. Ecumenism is an effort to restore the unity of the Christian Church that emerges from the diversity of the Christian communities. In this case, identity as a member of a particular Church can actually grow and be enriched by these relationships. This article explores the self-perception of young Catholics as members of the Catholic Church amidst the diversity of the ecclesiastical communities. Using Paul Murray’s concept of Catholic learning, it observes how young people discover the uniqueness of their existence as members of the Catholic Church. Within this perspective, the Church instills an attitude of mutual respect and acceptance of the elements of truth within the Church itself and within other ecclesiastical communities. The author observes the ways of carrying out the Catholic learning by conducting an exploration of perceptions of self-identity among the Catholics, which aim to build an attitude of mutual respect, mutual acceptance, and mutual enrichment of each other. In this effort, the focus is directed towards young people who can be expected to witness as well as to learn from other ecclesiastical communities and that dialogue can be a means of purifying their identity
From the Particular to the Beyond: Christian Educator’s Identity Reimagined
No full textOne may not have answers to questions regarding identity solely by looking at one’s own self while neglecting its connection to others. Against the background of the more intricate world of today, it is necessary that a spiritual reflection on identity should begin by looking inward, that is, into what is particular in one’s self wherein one can find a connection to God, the Creator who created human beings in his image. This religious truth can manifest through various paths, especially through the particular role of a Christian educator. This article goes through this process of recognising identity in oneself that can move a person beyond personal identity towards relational identity: an awareness of being connected to the whole creation. Only when one has undergone this can one perform the act of crossing borders without doing away with one’s own identity. This article presents a perspective of how identity can be understood differently today

No full textThis research discusses the influence of infrastructure as a supporting factor for economic growth in Southeast Asian countries. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through literature study. The data used is from 2016 to 2022. The independent variable data used in this research are: Number of Mobile Legends Players, Number of Mobile Legends Venues and Information and Communication Technology Development Index in Southeast Asian Countries. Then the dependent variable is National Income in Southeast Asian Countries. The research results show that the number of players variable has a significant effect on national income, the number of venues has no significant effect on national income, and the information and communication technology development index variable has a significant effect on the national income variable. Then, if viewed simultaneously, the variables number of players, number of venues and the information and communication technology development index on simultaneous have a significant effect on national income. These three variables have an influence on national income of 68%, while the deficiency of 32% is influenced by other variables outside the research
The Failure of Neoliberalism and the Free Market in Cryptocurrencies: A Case Study of South Korea\u27s Role in the Crash of Terra Luna (LUNA)

This study investigates the failure of implementing neoliberalism and free market principles in cryptocurrencies, focusing on South Korea\u27s response to the collapse of LUNA. Despite the promise of decentralization and peer-to-peer transactions inherent in cryptocurrencies, the collapse of LUNA highlights the limitations of unfettered market dynamics in ensuring stability and security. Using a qualitative research approach, this study examines the case of LUNA\u27s collapse within the framework of neoliberal and free market concepts. Drawing on secondary sources such as articles, news, and internet sites, the research sheds light on the complexities of regulating decentralized financial systems. The findings reveal that the South Korean government intervened in the cryptocurrency market following the LUNA collapse to prevent similar incidents and establish regulatory frameworks for crypto assets. This intervention underscores the need for government oversight to maintain market stability and protect investors in the face of market volatility and manipulation. Furthermore, the study discusses the broader implications of these findings for cryptocurrency regulation and neoliberal economic policies. By examining the tensions between decentralized finance and neoliberal principles, the research contributes to a deeper understanding of the evolving relationship between government intervention and market dynamics in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of regulatory oversight in safeguarding the integrity of cryptocurrency markets and ensuring the long-term sustainability of decentralized financial systems.

Meskipun janji desentralisasi dan transaksi peer-to-peer terdapat dalam cryptocurrency, keruntuhan LUNA menyoroti keterbatasan dinamika pasar tanpa batasan dalam menjamin stabilitas dan keamanan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, studi ini menguji kasus keruntuhan LUNA dalam kerangka kebijakan ekonomi neoliberal dan konsep pasar bebas. Dengan merujuk pada sumber sekunder seperti artikel, berita, dan situs internet, penelitian ini menerangi kompleksitas dalam mengatur sistem keuangan desentralisasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Korea Selatan turut campur dalam pasar cryptocurrency setelah keruntuhan LUNA untuk mencegah kejadian serupa dan membentuk kerangka kerja regulasi untuk aset kripto. Intervensi ini menegaskan perlunya pengawasan pemerintah untuk menjaga stabilitas pasar dan melindungi investor di tengah volatilitas dan manipulasi pasar. Penelitian ini juga membahas implikasi lebih luas dari temuan ini untuk regulasi cryptocurrency dan kebijakan ekonomi neoliberal. Dengan meneliti ketegangan antara keuangan desentralisasi dan prinsip neoliberal, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang hubungan yang berkembang antara intervensi pemerintah dan dinamika pasar dalam ekosistem cryptocurrency. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengawasan regulasi dalam menjaga integritas pasar cryptocurrency dan memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang dari sistem keuangan desentralisasi.

Reviewing the Foreign Policy of the Republic of Indonesia Through President Jokowi\u27s Visit to South Africa in 2023
No full textIn August 2023, President Joko Widodo visited several African countries i.e. The Republic of Kenya, United Republic of Tanzania, The Republic of Mozambique and The Republic of South Africa. It was his first visit to Africa during his term since 2014. While the visit covered four African countries, this article discusses only his visit to South Africa where he attended the BRICS forum. In particular this article focuses on Indonesia’s multilateral diplomacy in the BRICS’ forum, the position of Indonesia in the global political stage and its role both at the global and regional levels. Despite Indonesia not yet becoming a member of BRICS, its presence in the BRICS forum in South Africa in 2023 shows that Indonesia’s position in the global political stage has been increasing. Moreover, the presence also opened an opportunity for Indonesia to establish the new direction of its foreign policy and diplomacy not only among BRICS member states but also with South Africa and other African countries for achieving the objective and interest of global in the future was very dynamic in everytime.
