ANALISIS KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK BAGI ORANG DENGAN GANGGUAN PENGGUNAAN ZAT PADA PEMERLU PELAYANAN KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL DI SENTRA INSYAF MEDAN
Kesadaran akan pentingnya komunikasi terapeutik, ditambah dengan besarnya permasalahan narkoba yang dihadapi Indonesia, telah mendorong peneliti untuk menyadari betapa mendesak dan krusialnya membahas strategi pemulihan bagi penggunanya. Sebelumnya belum diketahui jelas apakah komunikasi terapeutik yang diimplementasikan di Sentra Insyaf Medan juga berdampak baik, statis atau justru sebaliknya malah membuat residen semakin tenggelam dalam masalahnya. Karena itulah penelitian ini dilakukan. Pada dasarnya, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan bagaimana bagaimana komunikasi terapeutik bagi orang dengan gangguan penggunaan zat pada pemerlu pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial di Sentra Insyaf Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun temuan penelitan ini yaitu program rehabilitasi dengan komunikasi terapeutik di Sentra Insyaf Medan telah berhasil menciptakan perubahan yang luar biasa dalam kehidupan spiritual, sosial, dan keluarga para residen. Melalui bimbingan konselor adiksi dan pekerja sosial, para residen menjadi lebih rajin beribadah dan aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan, serta membangun kembali jaringan sosial dan meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasi. Selain itu, hubungan keluarga para residen juga membaik berkat dukungan dan pemahaman dari konselor dan pekerja sosial. Komunikasi terapeutik memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung perubahan positif ini, yang tidak hanya membantu residen secara individu, tetapi juga memperkuat lingkungan sosial dan keluarga mereka
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran SQ3R terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Resensi Kelas XI MAS PPQ Al Washliyah Firdaus Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024
Writing review skills are essential competencies for students, particularly in fostering critical thinking and effective communication. This study aims to assess the impact of the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) learning model on enhancing the review writing skills of eleventh-grade students at MA Swasta PPQ Al Washliyah Firdaus during the 2023/2024 academic year. The research focuses on the implementation of the SQ3R method and its effectiveness in improving writing skills. Employing a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design and a quantitative approach, this study involved 52 students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and pretest-posttest writing assessments. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in students' writing performance after the implementation of the SQ3R model, with a posttest average score of 80.4 compared to a pretest average score of 74 using conventional methods. These findings suggest that the structured steps of the SQ3R model effectively support students in comprehending texts and producing well-organized reviews, thereby contributing to the development of their academic writing abilities
Strategi Pemasaran Digital Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada Perusahaan Retail PT. Miniso International Company, Armada Town Square Magelang
This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by retail companies and their impact on increasing sales. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, customer surveys, and document analysis. The results showed that PT Miniso has implemented various digital marketing strategies, including the use of social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). These strategies proved effective in increasing brand visibility and attracting consumer interest, which contributed to a significant increase in sales. However, the study also identified several challenges faced, such as limited resources and the rapid changes in digital trends. Consumer perceptions of Miniso's digital marketing were largely positive, with many consumers feeling more connected and engaged with the brand through digital channels. From the results of the study, it was concluded that digital marketing plays a crucial role in increasing sales in retail companies
NARRATIVE STUDY OF FULBRIGHT FLTAS’ EXPERIENCES AT A U.S. UNIVERSITY
Transnational mobility programs, such as Fulbright scholarships, offer unique opportunities for academics to engage in scholarly collaboration and gain insights into diverse cultural perspectives. In recent years, more attention has been directed towards the internationalization of education, prompting educators to develop competencies needed to skillfully navigate culturally diverse learning environments. This research is a qualitative inquiry into the multifaceted experiences of nine (9) Fulbright scholars from the 2022-2023 cohort during their Foreign Language Teaching Assistantship (FLTA) at a private university in the United States of America. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted over video teleconferencing, wherein participants narrated the rewarding and challenging aspects of their experiences during the programs. Transcripts were then subjected to thematic analysis to identify emergent patterns and themes among the participants’ experiences. The findings reveal that the participants viewed student engagement and success, a renewed sense of nationalism, enhanced pedagogical skills, professional growth and impact, and heightened intercultural competence as the rewarding aspects of their experience abroad. However, the participants identified role ambiguity, restricted access to the host university’s resources, and culture shock as the challenges they experienced throughout the duration of the program. These findings emphasize the need for mobility program coordinators and host institutions to strengthen support systems and improve program structures to enhance the quality of international academic experiences. Addressing these issues would allow mobility participants to have more meaningful and impactful engagements, thereby reinforcing the success and ensuring the continuity of transnational academic programs
Analisis Kesalahan Penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas VII dalam Menulis Teks Deskripsi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Binjai
This study aims to analyze errors in the use of standard Indonesian language in descriptive texts written by seventh-grade students at State Junior High School 1 Binjai. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through comprehensive reading and systematic note-taking of students’ descriptive texts. The sample consisted of three texts analyzed across four linguistic aspects. The findings reveal four primary categories of errors: (1) capitalization errors, particularly in sentence openings, days of the week, and honorifics; (2) lexical errors, including the use of non-standard words and incorrect possessive pronouns; (3) punctuation errors, mainly involving the misuse of commas in compound sentences and periods at the end of sentences; and (4) sentence construction errors, encompassing problems of unity, coherence, and conciseness. These results highlight the necessity of strengthening instruction in standard Indonesian to enhance students’ writing skills, particularly in spelling, word choice, punctuation, and sentence structure. The study underscores the critical role of accurate language use in developing students’ communicative competence and lays the groundwork for further pedagogical interventions aimed at improving language accuracy in secondary education
Pengaruh Customer Bonding Dan Event Marketing Terhadap Repurchase Intention Pada Konsumen Vapormania di Kota Medan
This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, with a total of 96 respondents. Primary data was collected through distributing questionnaires online using Google Form, while secondary data was obtained through literature review. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings in this study indicate that customer bonding and event marketing have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the repurchase intention of
Vapormania consumers in Medan City. The coefficient of determination test results indicate a fairly strong relationship between customer bonding and event marketing on repurchase intention, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.735. Based on the Adjusted R Square value, it is known that the Customer Bonding (X1) and Event Marketing (X2) variables are able to explain the Repurchase Intention (Y) variable by 53%, while the remaining

Pengaruh Sales Growth, Liquidity dan Firm Size Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2022
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 25 perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yang digunakan sehingga terpilih 12 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI METODE EKSPERIMEN PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA MATERI SIFAT-SIFAT CAHAYA
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen pada materi sifat-sifat cahaya. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yaitu Siklus I dan Siklus II. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SDN Percobaan Medan yang berjumlah 37 siswa, terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dan 22 siswa perempuan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Indikator keterlaksanaan pembelajaran ditentukan berdasarkan skor ketuntasan minimal sebesar 75%, dengan skor maksimum sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan refleksi pada setiap siklus, diperoleh rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa pada saat pretes sebesar 38,10 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 2,70%. Setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada Siklus I, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 61,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 40,54%. Pada Siklus II, nilai rata-rata mencapai 86,7 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 89,18%. Hasil observasi pada Siklus I menunjukkan skor 75 dengan nilai rata-rata 3,75 dan kriteria baik (B). Pada Siklus II meningkat menjadi 80 dengan nilai rata-rata 4,0 dan kriteria sangat baik (SB)
PENINGKATKAN LITERASI SAINS SISWA MENGGUNAKAN TES PISA DENGAN MENERAPKAN PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL BERBANTUAN LMS
Permasalahan berawal dari rendahnya angka melek sains siswa dan indeks literasi sains siswa tergolong rendah di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1). Mengukur literasi sains siswa dan (2) Mengindentifikasi upaya sekolah dalam menimgkatkan literasi sains siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari Januari s.d Mei 2025 melibatkan 48 siswa jenjang SMP di Wilayah Kota Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian yakni penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen semu menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian ini menerapkan model pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan LMS (Learning Management System) yang dilakukan secara hybrid (daring dan luring) dengan fitur materi PDF, video pembelajaran dan latihan soal-soal PISA. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes sains PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment). Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi sains siswa kategori literasi nominal dengan capaian 80%, literasi sains siswa kategori literasi fungsional dengan capaian 80%, literasi sains siswa kategori literasi konseptual/prosedural dengan capaian 75% dan literasi sains siswa kategori literasi multidimensional dengan capaian 70% sehingga rata-rata nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,82 kategori tinggi. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil FGD bersama guru menghasilkan upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan literasi sains siswa dengan cara (1). Memperbanyak latihan-latihan soal PISA tahun sebelumnya. (2). Menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan ilmiah. (3). Memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan mengintegrasikan materi menggunakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung untuk mengaitkan sains dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. (4). Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru melalui pelatihan menyusun soal -soal berbasis literasi sains
Analysis of the Impact of House Prices and Income on Purchasing Decisions of Millennials and Generation Z in Bekasi Regency
This study examines the influence of price and income on home purchase decisions in Bekasi Regency, framed within the context of Indonesia’s improving housing conditions. National data show a reduction in the housing backlog from 16.14 million units in 2022 to 14.84 million units in 2023, reflecting notable progress in meeting residential needs. The population under investigation consists of millennials and Generation Z in Bekasi Regency, who are increasingly influential demographic groups in the housing market. Using non-probability sampling techniques, this study involved 100 respondents to collect relevant data. A quantitative approach utilizing SEM-PLS analysis was employed to evaluate the proposed hypotheses. The research findings show that house price significantly influences purchasing decisions with a p-value 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) analysis indicate that the purchase decision variable has an R² value of 0.473, suggesting that 47.3% of its variance is explained by the factors of housing price and income, while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by other external variables. These findings emphasize that, although income affects purchasing power, price remains the primary determinant of home-buying decisions.
