The Contemporary Landscape of Freelance Work Styles: Examining Corporate Initiatives and Strategies
Get PDFThis study provides an overview of contemporary freelance work styles and explores their relationship with freelance workers by examining companies’ novel business models.
The survey analysis revealed significant challenges from Japanese laws, regulations, and environmental considerations. Case studies demonstrated high satisfaction among freelance workers and a desire to establish long-term partnerships; however, certain disparities were observed concerning the workers’ underlying perspectives and their requirements for human resource development.
To foster robust relationships with freelancers, companies must invest further efforts, such as sharing career plans and instituting regular avenues for dialogue.articl
