PENERAPAN TARIF PPN TERHADAP PERATURAN NOMOR 7 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG UU HPP
PPN merupakan singkatan dari Pajak Pertambahan Nilai. Pajak ini merupakan salah satu sumber penerimaan pemerintah untuk konsumsi masyarakat. Dengan begitu PPN adalah pajak yang dikenakan atas transaksi penjualan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan nilai, biaya tambahan ditanggung oleh pelaku usaha yang telah menjadi Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP). Selain itu, kenaikan PPN awalnya naik sebesar 10% yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang (UU) No. 42 Tahun 2009 merupakan dasar hukum PPN dan PPNBM (pajak penjualan atas barang mewah), dirubah menjadi 11% pada 1 April 2022 yang diatur dalam UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP). Kemudian akan meningkat menjadi 12% lagi pada 1 Januari 2025. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Tarif PPN terhadap Peraturan Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 Tentang UU HPP
ANALISIS TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWA TEKNIK SIPIL PADA MATA KULIAH FISIKA TERAPAN SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN DARING
The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred throughout the world, especially Indonesia, is a situation that requires everyone to work, study and carry out activities from home. In the world of education, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major influence on learning activities from elementary to high (college) levels, where in the past learning could be done directly but currently requires all teachers, students and students to study online (on a network). Lecturers are required not only in mastering technology as well, but the delivery of material from lecturers also certainly has an important influence on students' understanding of the material. Lecturers must be able to make students understand what is conveyed in online learning. This research was carried out by the Civil Engineering study program at the Catholic Polytechnic of Saint Paul Sorong in the applied physics course. Research data was taken through a questionnaire distributed online to semester 1 students of the 2020/2021 academic year who had taken an online Applied Physics course with a total of 41 students as respondents. This research is descriptive quantitative. This study uses an instrument that is a questionnaire. The contents of the questionnaire relate to how much students are able to understand applied physics courses and student responses during online learning. The questionnaire used has been tested for validity and reliability using the SPSS version 23 application. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that the percentage of students' understanding of civil engineering in applied physics courses during online learning is 43% at most stating that online learning has been going well
MATADOR PESTICIDE TOXICITY TEST ON KERPER FISH (cyprinus carpio)
A toxicity test is carried out to determine the death of the tested organism caused by the concentration of certain chemical compounds in the environment which is recorded as the value of lethal concentration (LC50). The main ingredients needed in this study are kerper fish (cyprinus carpio), water, and pesticides. The experiment was carried out 4 times, namely fresh, wayu 2 days, wayu 7 days, and wayu 9 days. 10 individual test animals were placed into each experimental container (vol. 4 liters). Water and test material were observed every 24 hours for 2 days, and during the experiment, the test animals were fed and oxygenated. The results showed that the resulting LC50 value for fresh was 3.55 x 10-4 ppm, the resulting LC50 value was 4.23 x 10-3 ppm, wayu 2 days was 8.69 x 10-3 ppm, wayu 7 days 5.68 x 10-3 ppm, and the resulting LC50 value for 9-day wayu is 1.026 x 10-2 ppm. The toxicity of matador pesticides against kerper fish that has been transmitted for 9 days is less effective. This happens because the pesticide is in direct contact with the air and the longer it is, the ability to kill the target animal is getting smaller. Klasifikasi Kesegaran Daging Sapi Menggunakan Metode Ekstraksi Tekstur GLCM dan KNN
Meat is the soft part of the animal that is covered by skin and is attached to the bones which become food ingredients. This research was conducted to classify the types of fresh, inn and rotten beef using 120 samples of beef taken directly by the researcher. Before classifying the type of beef, the texture of the beef image was extracted using the GLCM method to produce texture parameters in the form of contrast, correlation, homogeneity and energy. Texture parameters are classified using the KNN method. The results in this study indicate that the extraction of beef image texture using the GLCM method can produce various values on the 4 parameters of the GLCM texture. In addition, the results of the classification of beef freshness using the KNN method to determine 3 types of meat quality, namely fresh, cooked and rotten beef, obtained an evaluation of the classification performance using the Confusion Matrix table with an Accuracy value of 0.82, Precision of 0.83, Recall of 0.82 and F-Measure of 0.82. So that the parameters of the beef image texture using the GLCM method can be classified properly using the KNN method.Daging merupakan bagian lunak pada hewan yang terbungkus oleh kulit dan melekat pada tulang yang menjadi bahan makanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan klasifikasi jenis daging sapi segar, inapan dan busuk dengan menggunakan 120 sampel daging sapi diambil langsung oleh peneliti. Sebelum mengklasifikasikan jenis daging sapi tersebut dilakukan ektraksi tekstur citra daging sapi dengan metode GLCM sehingga menghasilkan parameter tekstur berupa contrast, correlation, homogeneity dan energy. Parameter tekstur tersebut diklasifikasi menggunakan metode KNN. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstraksi tekstur citra daging sapi menggunakan metode GLCM dapat meghasilkan nilai yang beragam pada 4 parameter tekstur GLCM tersebut. Hasil klasifikasi kesegaran daging sapi menggunakan metode KNN untuk menentukan dari 3 jenis kualitas daging yaitu daging sapi segar, inapan dan busuk diperoleh evaluasi performa klasifikasi menggunakan tabel Confusion Matrix dengan nilai Accuracy sebesar 0,82, Precision sebesar 0,83, Recall sebesar 0,82 dan F-Measure sebesar 0,82. Sehingga parameter tekstur citra daging sapi menggunakan metode GLCM dapat diklasifikasikan dengan baik menggunakan metode KNN
Analisis Pengujian Tahanan Kontak Disconnecting Switch atau PMS Terhadap Rugi Daya Penghantar di Gardu Induk Telukjambe
One of the equipment contained in the Substation is a Disconnecting Switch or Separator (PMS), the equipment functions as an electrical circuit separator switch without a load current. The contact resistance test needs to be carried out to determine the value of the contact resistance and the resistance in the contact because it affects the power loss in the conductor. This research was conducted on Busbars 1 and 2 at the 150 KV Substation Telukjambe. After calculation and analysis, it can be said that the contact resistance value is included in the normal category because the permissible standard value is 100, so repairs do not need to be made. By assuming one month to calculate and analyze power loss, electrical energy loss, the largest power loss occurs in busbar 1 phase R, which is 0.0003 kW and the lowest power loss is on busbar 2 phase S and T, which is 0.00009 kW, loss The largest Electrical Energy occurs in Busbar 1 phase R, which is 0.216 kWh and the lowest Electrical Energy Loss is in Busbar 2 phase S and T, which is 0.0648kWh. The greater the value of Power Loss, the greater the Value of Electrical Energy Loss.Gardu Induk merupakan sub sistem penyaluran tenaga listrik dari pembangkit menuju konsumen. Salah satu peralatan yang terdapat pada Gardu Induk adalah Disconnecting Switch atau Pemisah (PMS), Peralatan tersebut berfungsi sebagai saklar pemisah rangkaian listrik tanpa arus beban. Pengujian Tahanan Kontak perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai Tahanan Kontak dan resistansi pada kontak tersebut karena berpengaruh terhadap rugi daya pada penghantar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Busbar 1 dan 2 di Gardu Induk 150 KV Telukjambe. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dan analisa maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Tahanan Kontak mempengaruhi nilai rugi daya dan nilai Tahanan Kontak tersebut masuk dalam kategori normal karena nilai standart yang diperbolehkan yakni 100 μΩ, maka perbaikan tidak perlu dilakukan. Dengan Mengasumsi waktu satu bulan untuk menghitung dan menganalisa rugi daya, Rugi Energi listrik maka Rugi Daya terbesar terjadi pada Busbar 1 phasa R yaitu sebesar 0,0003 kW dan Rugi Daya terendah pada busbar 2 phasa S dan T yaitu sebesar 0,00009 kW, Rugi Energi Listrik terbesar terjadi pada Busbar 1 phasa R yaitu sebesar 0,216 kWh dan Rugi Energi Listrik terendah pada Busbar 2 phasa S dan T yaitu sebesar 0,0648kWh Semakin besar nilai Rugi Daya maka semakin besar Nilai Rugi Energi Listriknya
IMPLEMENTASI SENSOR MULTI-MODAL MENGGUNAKAN RASPBERRY PI DAN ROBOT OPERATING SYSTEM PADA SISTEM KEAMANAN RUMAH
The purpose of this study to build a Sensor Multi-Modal (SMM) can be used for home security system using Raspberry Pi hardware and Robot Operating System (ROS) software. SMM is the combination of several types of sensors into one unit to becomes a new module sensor. Sensors used in this study are PIR sensor, PING sensor, DHT11 sensor, IR sensor, fire sensor, and camera. The method used to connect the sensors are based on the communication of ROS nodes that processes using Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pi. ROS is a robot control software can be used to control the hardware and devices for embedded system. The Arduino Uno function in this study is low-level hardware used to read the sensors data, then sent the data to the Raspberry Pi to process the sensor data using ROS software. This study result is the implementation of SMM for home security system where this device can give a warning in the form of a buzzer when this SMM detect the object motion and fire.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sensor Multi-Modal (SMM) yang dapat diimplementasikan pada sistem keamanan rumah menggunakan perangkat keras Raspberry Pi dan perangkat lunak Robot Operating System (ROS). SMM merupakan perpaduan dari beberapa jenis sensor menjadi satu kesatuan sehingga menjadi sebuah modul sensor baru. Adapun sensor-sensor yang dipadukan pada penelitian ini adalah sensor PIR, sensor PING, sensor DHT11, sensor IR, sensor Api, dan Kamera. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghubungkan seluruh sensor-sensor tersebut adalah berbasis komunikasi antar node ROS yang diproses menggunakan Arduino Uno dan Raspberry Pi. ROS merupakan perangkat lunak kontrol robot yang dapat digunakan untuk mengontrol perangkat keras pada embedded system. Fungsi Arduino Uno pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai perangkat keras level bawah yang digunakan untuk membaca data sensor, kemudian data tersebut dikirim ke Raspberry Pi untuk diproses menggunakan perangkat lunak ROS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan SMM yang dapat digunakan untuk sistem keamanan rumah, dimana perangkat ini akan memberikan peringatan berupa bunyi alarm ketika SMM mendeteksi pergerakan objek serta ketika mendeteksi nyala api
DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ADMISSION OF SINGLE TUITION MONEY SCHOLARSHIP AT VICTORY UNIVERSITY SORONG USING THE WEIGHTED PRODUCT METHOD
The Indonesian state is very aware of the importance of education and supports every citizen to achieve a proper education. This is written in the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 1. Indonesia through the government has shown its support through various programs provided to ensure that every citizen from all walks of life can access education. One of the government programs that is very useful is the UKT scholarship. UKT can be used by all universities in Indonesia, one of which is Victory Sorong University which is one of the private universities in West Papua Province. In conducting the selection of the scholarship, the university, in this case the University of Victory Sorong, has been computerized but is still experiencing difficulties due to the large number of prospective scholarship recipients. The Student Affairs Bureau as the data manager for prospective UKT student recipients still uses the system manually from the past until now using Microsoft Excel and has experienced problems other than because of the large number of prospective students who register for the selection of scholarship recipients also because the selection process takes quite a lot of time. So it is necessary to implement a Decision Support System for receiving single tuition scholarships at Victory Sorong University using the Weighted Product Method so that the SPK System is designed to be able to help speed up and facilitate the granting of scholarships in making accurate decisions for students who are eligible to receive scholarships or not.
 
ANALISIS PENGARUH PUTARAN TERHADAP KOMSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR DARI MOTOR BENSIN SUZUKI JIMNY KATANA
Sebuah analisis terhadap komsumsi bahan bakar suzuki jimny katana. Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah menganalisis pengaruh putaran terhadap komsumsi bahan bakar dari motor bensin suzuki jimny katana menghitung pemakaian bahan bakar yang terpakai. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Universitas Kristen Papua (UKIP) sorong. Data yang diambil adalah data pemakaian bahan bakar serta variasi putaran yang berbeda.Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa semakin besar putaran maka semakin besar pembakaran yang terjadi didalam ruang bakar sehingga membutuhkan bahan bakar yang lebih banyak. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa putaran 800 rpm pemakaian bahan bakar (Fc) sebesar 0,82584 kg/jam, pada putaran 1500 rpm pemakaian bahan bakar (Fc) sebesar 1,13664 kg/jam dan pada putaran 3000 rpm pemakaian bahan bakar (Fc) sebesar 2,886 kg/jam. Hal ini disebabkan karena semakin besar putaran semakin cepat juga penggunaan baahan bakar yang terpakai
PENGARUH PENEMPATAN SUMBU PENAMPANG MELINTANG KOLOM BAJA TERHADAP KINERJA STRUKTUR BAJA
Konstruksi bangungan gedung struktur baja terdapat komponen struktur bangunan dimana memiliki tugas menahan beban aksial tekan vertical yang disebut kolom. Kolom menempati posisi penting di dalam sistem struktur bangunan. apabila gaya tekan tersebut bekerja di suatu tempat berjarak e terhadap sumbu memanjang, kolom cenderung melentur seiring dengan timbulnya momen Jarak e dinamakan eksentrisitas gaya terhadap sumbu kolom. Dengan kondisi penampang melintang kolom yang eksentris maka penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh penempatan sumbu penampang melintang kolom baja terhadap Kinerja struktur baja Pengumpulan data dan informasi bangunan gedung yang diteliti, baik data sekunder maupun data primeryang didapat adalah Shop Drawing dan digunakan untuk pemodelan struktur 3D menggunakan software ETABS. Semua elemen utama struktur dimodelkan sesuai shop drawing. Untuk elemen pelengkap struktur dan non-struktur dimodelkan menjadi beban struktur. Hasil ouput dari analisis program ini adalah berupa Displacement, Centers of Mass and Rigidity, dan Modal Participating Mass Ratio guna menghitung simpangan, batas layan, batas ultimate dan partisipasi massa. Hasil analisis kinerja struktur pada simpangan, batas layan, batas ultimate, dan partisipasi massa dapat simpulkan bahwa gedung aman karena memenuhi syarat sesuai ketentuan
Peranaan Guru PAK dalam Mengatasi Stres Siswa (Studi SMA Negeri 12 Ambon)
Stress is an unavoidable reality of everyday life. The stress experienced by students at a mild level actually makes students excited to learn, but at a later stage stress can cause complaints from students such as often feeling sleepy at school because every day they have to go home at night and after that they have to do the assignments of the teachers. more and more day by day. This can consume all of the student's workforce, causing fatigue and tiredness. When this happens, the overload can cause stress, in the form of physical and mental fatigue, decreased endurance, and emotional instability. From the results of research conducted by the author at SMA 12 Negeri Ambon, it shows that excessive stress experienced by some students has a negative impact on students themselves, with the inability to carry out school activities and fear of failure to achieve achievement. Other manifestations of stress among students include alcohol use, drug abuse, suicide and premature pregnancy. Understanding this problem, the role of PAK teachers is very much needed in shaping the personality of the students themselves, for that PAK teachers play an important role in the mentoring process for every student who has problems, so that students can be guided to manage their stress so as not to have a negative impact on the student or the people around him
