PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK-EKSPLORATIF-DEMOKRATIS DALAM FISIKA MELALUI EKSPLORASI PENGALAMAN EMPIRIK MAHASISWA TENTANG AIR
Thematic-Exploratory-Democratic Learning (TED-L) is an instructional strategy that encourages students to engage in high-level thinking through exploring objects around them and democratic interactions. The aim of this study is to investigate: 1) The outcomes of exploring the physics context-concepts from students' empirical experiences themed around water in TED learning, and 2) How students' democratic interactions contribute to exploring the physics context-concepts from empirical experiences in TED learning. This research employs interpretative qualitative research methodology and data analysis using Miles and Huberman's model. It is part of a collaborative research comprising 3 stages out of the 6 overall stages of TED Learning: 1) Building TED Attraction Literacy, 2) Object Exploration, 3) Exploring individual learning attitudes and democratic learning attitudes. The findings of this study are: 1) Examining empirical experiences leads to a process of high-level thinking formed as an attempt to solve problems. 2) Democratic interactions enhance students' creativity, increase analytical levels, and foster critical thinking among learners, as well as boost engagement in exchanging and adding new information related to physics concepts in exploring empirical experiences
EFEKTIVITAS PGPB (Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria) DARI AKAR TUMBUHAN PUTRI MALU (Mimosa pudica) TERHADAP KANDUNGAN KLOROFIL DAN STOMATA CABAI RAWIT (Capsicum frutescens)

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens) is one of the vegetable commodities that people really need as an ingredient to add flavor to food. Problems often faced by chili farmers include the availability of fertilizer and the presence of pest plants for cultivated plants which affect plant productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving PGPB (Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria) from the roots of the putrimalu plant on the chlorophyll content and stomata of cayenne pepper leaves. This research was carried out at the Biology Department Laboratory, FMIPAK, Manado State University. This research used a Completely Randomized Design with five PGPB treatments, namely; P0= Control, P1= 10 ml, P2= 20 ml, P3=30 ml and P4=40 ml in three replications. The data was analyzed using Oneway Anova and continued with the Post Hoc LSD (Least Significant Difference) test at a confidence level of 95%. The results of this research show that PGPB treatment can increase plant growth such as plant height, number of leaves and root volume. 
THE USE OF LOCAL WISDOM-BASED INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN REGENCY
In English language teaching, integrating local wisdom into reading materials is frequently overlooked, leading to a disconnect between students and their cultural heritage. This gap often results from the reliance on external textbooks that do not reflect local culture, which can alienate students from their cultural identity and reduce their motivation to engage with reading materials. The research aims to describe the use of local wisdom-based instructional materials in English language teaching. Research focuses on junior high schools in Timor Tengah Selatan, emphasizing local cultural elements like historical sites, legends, and symbols. The data can be obtained through observation on the application of local wisdom-based instructional materials in English language teaching, analysis of lesson plan documents, using interviews, and a series of questionnaires. The interview is addressed to the teachers and students, while the questionnaire is addressed to the students, and the next is distributed to the teachers. The interview used to know how teachers apply local wisdom-based instructional material used in English language teaching. The researcher used questionnaire to find out the students’ and teachers’ responses on the use of local wisdom-based instructional materials in English language teaching. The researcher interviewed three teachers who have appropriate educational qualifications, more than 5 years of experience teaching English, and three students who get high level achievement, medium, and low achievement. The researcher adopted interview guidelines through a semi structured technique. Then the researcher distributed the questionnaires to know the students’ responses on the use of local wisdom-based instructional materials in English language teaching, and the teachers’ responses on the use of local wisdom-based instructional materials in English language teaching. This study included 60 students and 10 teachers engaged in activities featuring local cultural elements. Descriptive qualitative analyses were used to interpret the data, with responses categorized using Likert scale categories measure how strongly respondents agree or disagree with a statement. Local wisdom-based instructional materials in English language teaching incorporate regional cultural and contextual knowledge into the learning process. This approach makes learning more relevant and engaging for students, while also deepening their appreciation of their cultural heritage. Students generally respond favorably to these materials, finding them relevant, engaging, and culturally enriching. Teachers value the use of local wisdom-based materials because they connect students with their culture and enhance their English skills. This method also supports cultural preservation and makes learning more meaningful. The study recommends that English curricula include local folklore, myths, legends, and historical narratives. Texts, audio-visual aids, and interactive projects can strengthen students' cultural connections and improve their language acquisitio
ANALISIS PARAMETER KEGEMPAAN a-VALUE DAN b-VALUE DI PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA PERIODE 2019-2023
Indonesia is an area that is prone to natural disasters, one of which is earthquakes. Several strong earthquakes have occurred in North Sulawesi, causing extensive structural damage. This study aims to determine the seismicity parameter values a-value and b-value or to determine the level of fragility and seismicity in North Sulawesi. The earthquake data used is secondary data for the period 2019-2023 obtained from the Manado Geophysical Station, BMKG, North Sulawesi. The data obtained includes the date, time of occurrence, latitude, longitude, magnitude and depth of the earthquake. This study uses the Guttenberg-Richter method which is processed using Zmap software. From the distribution of earthquake data, it is known that a major earthquake occurred in 2019 with a magnitude of 7.1. The results of this study show that in 2019 it had a high a-value, namely 8.13. This shows that in 2019 in the North Sulawesi area there were relatively more earthquakes. The b-value results in this study show that in 2022 it has a high b-value, which is 1.32. This is influenced by elastic rocks that experience stress so that there is a change in shape or deformation called rock fragility. Seismicity vulnerability in the North Sulawesi region for the period 2019-2023 ranges from 6.16 to 8.13 with a rock fragility level range from 0.91 to 1.3
ANALISIS STRUKTUR DAN POLA PERTUMBUHAN IKAN PAYANGKA (Ophieleotris aporos) DI DANAU LIMBOTO
Payangka fish (Ophieleotris aporos) is a fish that lives in freshwater and has the ability to survive in the midst of competition with other fishes that are very tough. This study aims to analyze the structure of payangka fish and the growth pattern of payangka fish in Lake Limboto. Fish samples were caught using a 2 cm net with a net length of 7 m and then a 1 m serok (sibusibu) with a total sample of 1003 fish. The results of the length structure analysis of payangka fish obtained a length range of 9.15 - 19.05cm with an average of 12.45 cm and the results of the weight structure analysis obtained a range of 9.27 - 47.97 grams with an average of 13.57 grams. The results of the analysis of the relationship between length and weight of payangka fish obtained allometric growth pattern (b = 2.92), b < 3 which means that weight gain is faster than length gain.
SISTEM INFORMASI TIKETING HELPDESK PEMELIHARAAN ASET PADA UNIT INSTALASI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI RSU ST. ELISABETH PURWOKERTO MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK CODEIGNITER
Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto adalah sebuah lembaga yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pelayanan. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, rumah sakit ini menggunakan aset peralatan teknologi informasi yang diatur oleh unit instalasi teknologi. Aset tersebut sering mengalami kerusakan baik ringan maupun berat, sehingga diperlukan pemeliharaan. Namun, pencatatan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan masih secara manual, sehingga kegiatan tersebut menjadi kurang maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem informasi tiketing helpdesk berbasis website yang dapat mempercepat pencarian data pemeliharaan aset pada unit IT Rumah Sakit Umum St. Elisabeth Purwokerto. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode prototype, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan framework Codeigniter. Sistem yang dibangun sudah melalui beberapa tahap pengujian dan evaluasi menggunakan paired sample t-test, black box testing, white box testing, dan pengujian manfaat menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian manfaat menggunakan ISO 25010 dengan meneliti beberapa aspek diantaranya functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, dan reliability. Aspek tersebut mendapatkan hasil rata-rata functional suitability 98,87%, performance efficiency 94,27%, usability 100%, dan reliability 100%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah staff unit IT RSU St. Elisabeth dalam melakukan proses pemeliharaan aset
RANCANG BANGUN KENDALI TONE KONTROL BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK POWER AMPLIFIER 150 WATT OCL
Saat ini perkembangan teknologi semakin maju termasuk dibidang Sound Engineer, pada audio power amplifier secara umum masih dijumpai pengaturan potensio masih secara manual oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu inovasi baru dalam pengaturan audio pada power amplifier secara praktis dengan menggunakan Bluetooth berbasis Android. Pada aplikasi tone kontrol berbasis android terdapat hardware dan software yaitu modul Power Amplifier 150 watt, modul Power Supply, dan modul tone kontrol digital untuk hardware. Sedangkan software yang digunakan adalah software apk Mackie mixer connect. Pengaturan tone kontrol memiliki 2 cara bisa digunakan secara analog (pengaturan audio secara manual) atau menggunakan apk tone digital Android. tone kontrol berbasis android memiliki 6 channel didalam penambahan dan pengurangan audio (Gain, High, Middle, Low, Volume, dan Master volume). Nilai efisiensi dari daya input dan daya output saat volume tinggi 86,37%. Tone kontrol digital dapat tersambung melalui Bluetooth sampai jarak maksimal kurang lebih 10 mete
FACTOR ANALYSIS OF E-GOV ACCEPTANCE IN SOCIETY AND GOVERNMENT
As governments worldwide increasingly transition towards digital governance, understanding the factors that contribute to the acceptance of Electronic Government (E-Gov) initiatives becomes crucial. This literature review explores various studies conducted on the acceptance of E-Gov by both the public and government entities. The goal is to pinpoint and examine the critical elements that affect the effective deployment and uptake of e-government services. The review encompasses a comprehensive examination of academic articles, research papers, and reports published in the field, covering diverse perspectives such as technological, social, cultural, and institutional factors. Common themes emerge, including the impact of perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, security, and digital literacy on the acceptance of E-Government services among citizens. Additionally, the literature delves into the challenges and opportunities associated with the government's perspective, highlighting factors such as organizational readiness, policy support, and inter-agency collaboration. By synthesizing findings from various sources, this paper aims to provide a holistic view of the factors shaping the acceptance of E-Government, offering insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers. The outcomes of this literature review contribute to the ongoing discourse on enhancing the effectiveness of E-Government initiatives and fostering a digitally inclusive society
Implementasi Model Project Based Learning Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Sistem Peredaran Darah Pada Manusia
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi model Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem peredaran darah manusia pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Siau Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen one group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 10 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample T-tets dengan nilai signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05, maka tolak Ho dan terima Ha, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan implementasi model project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi sistem peredaran darah manusia pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Siau Timur
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SMA PADA MATERI TEKANAN HIDROSTATIS
Project based learning adalah sebuah metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA N 1 Tombatu pada materi tekanan hidrostatis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperiment dengan desain non equivalent pretest posttest control group design yaitu penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dalam bentuk soal essay test, penilaian proyek menggunakan rubrik. Pada proses pembelajaran kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan project based learning didapatkan hasil penilaian rubrik kinerja proyek yaitu pada penilaian persiapan alat dan bahan sebanyak 85%, rancangan 90%, Bentuk fisik 90%, Inovasi alat 85%, pengelola dan penyajian data 90%, laporan proyek 75%, dengan nilai rata-rata pada penilaian proyek sebanyak 85,8% , sehingga dalam hal ini masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Kemudian dilakukan analisis statistik berupa analisis uji T (Independent sampel t-test) yang menunjukan hasil belajar siswa dikelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa
