Sea level regime of the Black Sea in the analysis of shoreline dynamics based on remote sensing data: a case study of the coastal area near Lebedivka
No full textУ роботі представлені результати дослідження динаміки берегової лінії в межах північно-західного узбережжя Чорного моря на прикладі ділянки біля с. Лебедівка з використанням ДЗЗ. Проаналізовано вплив рівневого режиму моря на точність визначення довгострокових змін берегової лінії. Показано необхідність врахування коливань рівня моря під час аналізу берегової динаміки за супутниковими знімками.Problem Statement and Purpose. Under current conditions, remote sensing has become one of the few accessible sources of information for studying shoreline displacement, emphasizing the need to improve coastal monitoring methods using remote sensing data and to analyze their capabilities. This study aims to assess the role of sea level regime in the analysis of shoreline dynamics based on satellite imagery and to determine the necessity of accounting for the sea level variations in such analyses.
Data & Methods. The study used satellite imagery from Sentinel-2 and WorldView-2 satellite systems, bathymetric data from the Navionics Sonar Chart (TM) map, and hydrometeorological data of the Black Sea from the State Hydrometeorological Service of Ukraine. The delineation of water and land surfaces on satellite imagery was performed using the Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI). Statistical characteristics of shoreline displacement dynamics were calculated using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) module.
Results. It was found that the water level of the Black Sea varies significantly with clearly defined seasonal patterns. Accordingly, the most appropriate period for analyzing shoreline dynamics based on satellite images is summer, when the amplitude of sea level fluctuations is minimal, reducing the risk of errors in the absence of sea level data. The relationship between sea level and shoreline displacement, as observed in satellite imagery, shows a moderate positive correlation: an increase in sea level corresponds to landward shoreline displacement. This confirms the influence of sea level on shoreline positioning in satellite-based analyses. A comparison of shoreline change rates in the Lebedivka area for the period 2013–2021, calculated using DSAS without sea level correction, and the adjusted results that account for sea level fluctuations, revealed a significant difference. This highlights that ignoring sea level regime in satellite-based shoreline dynamics assessments can lead to substantial errors in determining the rate of shoreline movement
Formen von Gerichtsverfahren in Zivilsachen in der Ukraine aus der Perspektive eines effektiven Rechtsschutzes
No full textDieser Beitrag ist der Untersuchung der prozessualen Form und ihrer Arten im Zivilverfahrensrecht der Ukraine gewidmet. Die beiden wichtigsten Verfahrensgesetze der Ukraine für den Bereich des Zivilrechts sind die Zivilprozessordnung /ZPO) der Ukraine vom 18.03.2004 1 und die Wirtschaftsprozessordnung (WPO) vom 6.11.1992 2 (jeweils mit späteren Änderungen). Danach besteht heute eine große Vielfalt prozessualer Formen, die in verschiedenen Verfahrensarten zur Anwendung kommen. Dabei können in einzelnen Verfahrensarten alternativ mehrere Formen des Gerichtsverfahrens verwendet werden, deren Auswahl von verschiedenen Faktoren abhängt, die im weiteren Verlauf näher betrachtet werden. Das Thema der prozessualen Form ist von aktueller Bedeutung, da es in direktem Zusammenhang mit der Effektivität des rechtlichen Schutzes der Verfahrensbeteiligten steht. Die falsche Wahl der Verfahrensform führt entweder zu einer Minderung der Qualität der Entscheidungsfindung oder zu einer Verzögerung des Verfahrens. Die richtige Wahl der prozessualen Form ermöglicht eine zügige und qualitativ hochwertige Bearbeitung der Sache sowie eine Entscheidung, die auf einer umfassenden und vollständigen Prüfung der Akten beruht. Daher kommt der Phase, in der das Gericht die Verfahrensform bestimmt, eine wesentliche Bedeutung im Verlauf des Verfahrens zu, während die Schaffung verschiedener Verfahrensformen durch den Staat, die den Besonderheiten der jeweiligen Streitarten, die von unterschiedlichen Gerichten verhandelt werden, gerecht werden, eine zentrale Aufgabe des Verfahrensrechts darstellt, die dem Gesetzgeber obliegt
Functional possibilities at postpubertal cryptorchidism in men and treatment of this condition
No full textCryptorchidism, the most prevalent congenital condition involving male genitalia, is characterized by the absence of at least one testicle from the scrotum. This often manifests unilaterally or bilaterally, with a higher frequency of involvement observed in the right testicle. In addition, fertility disorders may occur, and are commonly ascribed to the harmful effects of the undescended testis on the contralateral one, or to related immunologic reactions.
A surgical approach such as orchiopexy is recommended for testes that remain undescended after six months of age. Orchiopexy is the most common surgery to fix a single undescended testicle. It has a success rate of nearly 100%. Most of the time, the risk of fertility problems goes away after surgery for a single undescended testicle.
Surgery with two undescended testicles brings less of an improvement. Contrary to cryptorchidism in children, orchiectomy has been mainly recommended for cryptorchidism in adults, because of the increased probability of neoplasms. In adult cryptorchid sufferers less frequently than pediatric patients. Therefore, the clinical characteristics of and therapeutic options for cryptorchidism in adults are not well established.
Cryptorchidism is a congenital developmental anomaly, as a result of which the testicles do not descend into the scrotum, but are localized in the abdominal cavity or inguinal canal. The disease can occur on one side or involve both testicles. Without timely and adequate treatment, cryptorchidism in adults can lead to serious consequences. One of the main risks is infertility, since the testicle remains in the abdominal cavity or inguinal canal, where the temperature is higher than in the scrotum, which negatively affects the development of sperm. Removal of two testicles leads to complete infertility, removal of one leads to a decrease in testosterone production and minor fluctuations in a man’s hormonal background. The left testicle is larger than the right. The differences between the paired genitals should be minor. In an adult man of average build, the testicles should be approximately 4-6 cms long and 2-3 cms wide.
For adult men, treatment of cryptorchidism is also based on surgical intervention. Orchiopexy helps to correctly position the testicle and reduce health risks. In case of hormonal disorders, such as testosterone deficiency, hormonal therapy may be prescribed to stimulate spermatogenesis and improve the production of healthy sperm.
Undescended testicles may develop structural abnormalities such as fibrous changes or atrophy, further impairing their ability to produce viable sperm. Therefore, timely diagnosis and treatment of cryptorchidism is extremely important for maintaining a man's reproductive health

Об’єкт дослідження – веб-сайт, як основна частина інформаційної системи, призначеної для продажу мережевого обладнання.
Предмет дослідження – організація процесу продажу мережевого обладнання, включаючи оформлення замовлень, доставку товару до міста споживача та перевірку якості продукції перед відправленням.
В результаті виконання кваліфікаційної роботи було реалізовано інформаційну систему, яка дозволяє автоматизувати ключові етапи процесу продажу мережевого обладнання. Розроблений веб-сайт забезпечує
зручний інтерфейс для користувачів, дозволяючи їм переглядати каталог товарів, здійснювати замовлення, а також відстежувати статус доставки. Система також включає адміністративний модуль, що надає можливість керувати товарами та замовленнями. Застосовані технології та структура системи відповідають сучасним вимогам щодо функціональності, масштабованості та зручності користування, що свідчить про досягнення поставленої мети дослідження.The qualification work is about developing the topic "Development of an information system for the sale of network equipment".

The object of the study is a website as the main part of the information system designed for the sale of network equipment.
The subject of the study is the organization of the process of selling network equipment, including
placing orders, delivering goods to the consumer's city and checking the quality of products before shipment.
As a result of the qualification work, an information system was implemented that allows you to automate key stages of the network equipment sales process. The developed website provides a
user-friendly interface for users, allowing them to view the product catalog, place orders, and track delivery status. The system also includes an administrative module that allows you to manage products and orders. The technologies used and the system structure meet modern requirements for
functionality, scalability, and ease of use, which indicates the achievement of the research goal

обліку замовлень.
У роботі проведено аналіз сучасних систем управління замовленнями, визначено їхні переваги та недоліки, а також специфічні потреби малих підприємств. На основі цього виконано проєктування та розробку системи, яка включає модулі управління замовленнями, клієнтською базою та створення звітів.
Основними перевагами розробленої системи є простота у використанні, доступність для малих підприємств та адаптивність до їхніх потреб. Результати тестування показали, що система знижує кількість помилок та оптимізує робочі процеси.
Робота має практичне значення для малих підприємств, які прагнуть автоматизувати свої бізнес-процеси. Перспективи подальшого розвитку включають інтеграцію з CRM-системами, розробку

Based on this, a system was designed and developed that includes modules for order management, customer database, and report generation.
The main advantages of the developed system are its ease of use, affordability for small businesses, and adaptability to their needs. Testing results showed that the system reduces the number of errors and optimizes workflows.
This work has practical value for small enterprises that aim to automate their business processes.
Prospects for further development include integration with CRM systems, development of a mobile application, and the use of cloud technologies
