Analisis Daerah Potensial Penangkapan Ikan (DPPI) Berdasarkan Parameter Oseanografi: Studi Kasus di Wilayah AOI 5 WPP 712
Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan (WPP) 712, khususnya Laut Jawa, memiliki potensi perikanan yang tinggi dengan keanekaragaman hayati dan produktivitas perikanan yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis Daerah Potensial Penangkapan Ikan (DPPI) berdasarkan parameter oseanografi seperti suhu permukaan laut, klorofil-a, dan salinitas. Data oseanografi berbasis satelit digabungkan dengan teknologi spasial untuk memetakan distribusi ikan, terutama ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi erat antara faktor oseanografi dan distribusi ikan, mendukung pengelolaan perikanan yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan pendekatan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan penangkapan ikan sekaligus menjaga ekosistem laut
Keragaman Karakteristik Morfometrik Dan Meristik Pada Ikan Layang (Decapterus macrosoma) Yang Didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Pekalongan
Ikan layang merupakan ikan pelagis kecil di Laut Jawa yang bernilai ekonomis. Jenis ikan layang (Decapterus sp) yang didaratkan di PPN Pekalongan terdiri dari Decapterus russelli (Rupell,1928) dan Decapterus macrosoma (Bleeker,1851). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik morfometrik dan meristik pada ikan layang (Decapterus macrosoma) yang didaratkan di Pelabuhan Perikanan. Data diambil pada bulan Juli 2024 dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sebanyak 30 ikan yang tertangkap terdiri dari 16 ikan Jantan dan 14 ikan betina. Karakter yang diukur pada penelitian ini yaitu 13 karakter morfometrik dan 6 karakter meristik. Rata-rata ukuran panjang ikan yang tertangkap berkisar antara 18,914-19,268 cm. Terdapat 7 karakter morfometrik ikan layang (Decapterus macrosoma) jantan yang lebih besar daripada betina yaitu pada TL, SL, HL, PelFH, AFH, AFL, dan ED. Karakter meristik ikan layang jantan lebih besar pada 5 karakter yaitu DFS1, DFSR2, SLL, AFS, dan PelFS. Berdasarkan hasil Uji-t tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara karakter morfometrik dan meristik pada ikan jantan dan betina
Pengaruh Leverage, Volume Perdagangan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Earning Volatility Terhadap Volatilitas Harga Saham
This research aims to analyze and understand the impact of Leverage, stock trading volume, firm size, profitability, and Earning Volatility on stock price volatility. The population of this study consists of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. This research bases its study on the signalling theory. The population of this study consists of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. A total of 63 company data were selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression analysis, classical asssumption test, and hypothesis testing with the help of Eviews 12 software. The research results indicate that: (1) Leverage does not affect stock price volatility, (2) Stock trading volume has a positive and significant effect on stock price volatility, (3) Firm size does not affect stock price volatility, (4) Profitability does not affect stock price volatility, and (5) Earning Volatility has a negative and significant effect on stock price volatility
Effect of Extraction Time Microwave-Assisted Solvent Extraction (MASE) Method on Decaffeination of Robusta Coffee (Coffea canephora) Java Ijen
Java Ijen robusta coffee is one of the potential coffee types to be developed as a low-caffeine product for sensitive consumers. The decaffeination process aims to reduce caffeine levels without eliminating the sensory characteristics of coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of variation in extraction time using the Microwave-Assisted Solvent Extraction (MASE) method on caffeine recovery, chlorogenic acid content, and organoleptic quality of coffee drinks. The extraction process uses water solvent and microwave power of 450 watts with time variations R1 = 4 minutes, R2 = 8 minutes, R3 = 12 minutes, R4 = 16 minutes, and R5 = 20 minutes. Analysis of caffeine content was carried out using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer, while chlorogenic acid content was determined by the titration method. Organoleptic assessment included colour, acidity and aroma attributes by 25 untrained panelists using median scores. The results showed that extraction time significantly affected caffeine recovery and chlorogenic acid content. The highest caffeine recovery of 57.34% and chlorogenic acid content of 19.19% were obtained at an extraction time of 20 minutes. The most preferred colour and acidity were also found in the 20-minute treatment, while the best aroma was at 12 minutes. Increasing extraction time increased colour intensity, acidity, and caffeine and chlorogenic acid concentrations. These results demonstrate the potential of the MASE method as an efficient alternative in decaffeinating robusta coffee while maintaining sensory quality
Application of Ultrasonic Waves on Decaffeination Process of Gayo Aceh Arabica Coffee
Gayo Aceh Arabica coffee is famous for its quality and unique taste. However, caffeine-sensitive consumers often stay away from this coffee because excessive caffeine intake can have a detrimental effect on health. Therefore, the decaffeination process is important in producing low-caffeine coffee without reducing its distinctive taste and aroma. The research focused on assessing the influence of ultrasonic waves on the decaffeination process of Aceh Gayo arabica coffee. This study employed an experimental method that included 6 treatments (extraction time): K1 (2 minutes), K2 (4 minutes), K3 (6 minutes), K4 (8 minutes), K5 (10 minutes), and K6 (12 minutes). The variables measured in this study included caffeine regain, chlorogenic acid levels, and organoleptic test results. The collected data was analyzed using (SPSS) software version 30. This study found the best results in treatment K4 (8 minutes), which showed caffeine recovery of 56.83%, chlorogenic acid content of 12.3%, and neutral sensory evaluation (4) for color, acidity, and aroma according to panelists
Muslim Consumer Preferences in Cirebon Toward Halal Certified Food Products
This study aims to understand how the preferences of Muslim consumers in Cirebon toward halal-certified products are influenced by the prevailing social, cultural, and religious values within their communities. Using a socio-anthropological approach and the theory of innovation adoption, this research examines the social processes shaping halal consumption decisions and how halal products are selected not only for religious reasons but also as expressions of social identity. The research employs a qualitative method with a mini ethnographic approach, including in-depth interviews with consumers, participant observation, and documentation in both urban and rural areas of Cirebon. The key findings reveal that families, Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), and religious organizations play significant roles as agents of change in promoting the adoption of halal products. Moreover, innovation characteristics such as observability and trialability emerge as critical factors in encouraging acceptance, especially when supported by trusted community or religious figures. The novelty of this study lies in uncovering that preferences for halal products are not solely driven by individual religious consciousness, but also by social pressure and a desire to maintain collective Muslim identity in Cirebon. Academically, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of innovation adoption dynamics within religious and cultural contexts and offers a new perspective on halal certification as a symbolic marker of morality and identity. It also provides a theoretical and practical foundation for developing more culturally contextualized halal education strategies
Mengenalkan Wisata Alam Sejak Dini: Pengabdian di Panorama Boyolali bersama TK Bakti Islam Sukoharjo
Pentingnya pengenalan alam sejak dini bagi anak-anak semakin mendesak, terutama mengingat dominasi gawai yang membatasi interaksi mereka dengan lingkungan fisik. Data menunjukkan tingginya penggunaan gawai pada anak usia 0-6 tahun (Vardia, et al., 2024), yang berpotensi menghambat perkembangan anak dan menimbulkan masalah kesehatan. Padahal, wisata alam terbukti meningkatkan kreativitas, kemampuan motorik, dan kesadaran lingkungan (Louv, 2008; Chawla, 2015). Menanggapi tantangan ini, program pengabdian masyarakat "Mengenalkan Wisata Alam Sejak Dini: Pengabdian di Wisata Panorama Boyolali bersama TK Bakti Islam Sukoharjo" dilaksanakan. Program ini bertujuan memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada 22 siswa TK Bakti Islam Sukoharjo dalam menjelajahi dan memahami kekayaan alam di Wisata Panorama Boyolali. Kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan, praktik wisata alam yang aman, interaksi dengan elemen alam, serta aktivitas fisik di area outbound dan kolam renang alami. Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi survei lokasi, perizinan, persiapan materi, pendekatan dengan wali murid dan siswa, hingga penyuluhan teoritis sebelum praktik langsung di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi siswa dalam berinteraksi dengan alam, memperkenalkan mereka pada potensi rekreasi dan edukasi alam lokal. Dampak positif program ini juga meluas kepada tenaga pengajar yang memperoleh wawasan baru mengenai metode pembelajaran di luar kelas, serta mendorong orang tua untuk lebih aktif dalam memperkenalkan anak-anak pada lingkungan alam. Secara lebih luas, program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model integrasi wisata alam dalam kurikulum pendidikan, sekaligus menumbuhkan rasa cinta dan syukur anak terhadap alam. Program ini juga turut memperkenalkan institusi pengabdi sebagai promotor wisata edukasi anak. Keberlanjutan program sangat diharapkan mengingat respons positif dan antusiasme peserta
Perancangan Dan Pembuatan Prototype Gagang Alat Rumah Tangga Berbahan Kayu Dengan Mesin Bubut Konvensional
Kayu merupakan material isolator yang umum digunakan dalam peralatan masak sejak dahulu hingga saat ini. Pemilihan kayu sebagai material utama didasarkan pada karakteristiknya yang estetis, alami, multifungsi, kuat, serta mudah diolah. Namun, proses produksi gagang kayu masih banyak bergantung pada keterampilan pengrajin tradisional, yang menyebabkan efisiensi produksi menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan desain gagang kayu yang dapat diproduksi menggunakan teknik pembubutan konvensional secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Melalui pendekatan rekayasa desain, penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan gagang kayu yang memungkinkan proses hanya dengan sekali bubut, sehingga mengurangi waktu dan biaya produksi. Selain itu, analisis kekuatan struktural dilakukan untuk memastikan keamanan penggunaan, dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa desain gagang kayu yang diusulkan memiliki safety factor di atas tiga, menandakan tingkat ketahanan yang baik terhadap beban penggunaan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi gagang kayu serta memastikan kualitas dan keamanan produk yang dihasilkan
HUBUNGAN TOTAL ERITROSIT DAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN TERHADAP TINGKAT PROLIFIKASI DAN UMUR PADA KAMBING KEJOBONG BETINA DI PURBALINGGA
This study aimed to assess the relationship between total erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, prolificacy rate, and age in Kejobong female goats in Purbalingga Regency. Blood samples from 26 adult Kejobong female goats were taken by survey method and blood examination using automatic hematology analyzer. The variables observed were total erythrocytes, hemoglobin level, prolificacy rate, and age of the goats. Analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive method and multiple linear regression. The results showed that erythrocytes and hemoglobin influenced (P>0.05) the prolification rate and age of female Kejobong goats. Goats with high prolificacy and normal erythrocyte and hemoglobin values tended to be healthier. Goats aged 1.40-1.80 years had erythrocytes of 2.96 x 10⁶/µL, while goats aged 2.22-2.62 years had erythrocytes of 2.50 x 10⁶/µL. Other factors such as nutrition and environment also influence these results
APPLICATION OF PROTEINASE K TO FACILITATE FUNGAL CELL LYSIS IN COMMERCIAL SILICA COLUMN-BASED DNA ISOLATION KIT
Efficient isolation of high-quality genomic DNA is essential for molecular analyses such as PCR and sequencing in Fungal studies. However, the rigid cell walls of mold, composed predominantly of chitin and β-glucans pose significant barrier to standard lysis protocols. This study investigates the integration of Proteinase K into a commercial silica column-based DNA isolation kit to enhance lysis efficiency and DNA recovery from mold cells. Multiple isolates of fungi were subjected to DNA isolation using modified protocol incorporating Proteinase K treatment during the lysis step. The resulting DNA was quantified spectrophotometrically and evaluated for amplifiability via PCR using fungi specific barcoding of Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) region, consisting of ITS 5 and ITS 4 primer. The findings demonstrate that the inclusion of Proteinase K along with incubation time significantly improves cell disruption, leading to increased DNA yield and successful PCR amplification of ITS region across all tested isolates. These results underscore the utility of Proteinase K as a robust, cost-effective enzymatic supplement to conventional fungi DNA isolation workflows, especially when working with structurally complex cell wall mold taxa
