Overview of Adherence Diet Management in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients at Kabila Public Health Center
Diet is a crucial part of managing type 2 diabetes mellitus. One way to achieve this is by following the 3J (Type, Amount, and Schedule) of dietary management. Dietary adherence remains variable, even though patients receive regular education through the PROLANIS program. Dietary non-compliance can result in uncontrolled blood glucose levels and an increased risk of chronic complications. This study aims to describe the 3J diet management compliance in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients at the Kabila Community Health Center. This study used a descriptive quantitative design. The research variable was 3J diet management compliance. The population was 289 type 2 DM patients, and a sample of 75 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques. The instrument used was a 3J diet compliance questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately using frequency distribution to describe the level of respondent compliance. The results of the study based on indicators, compliance with the type of diet showed that 45 respondents (60.0%) were non-compliant, the number of calories showed that 41 respondents (54.7%) were non-compliant, while the meal schedule showed that 47 respondents (62.7%) were compliant. These findings illustrate that most patients still experience difficulties in managing the type and amount of food, even though they have been quite good at complying with the meal schedule. The Community Health Center is advised to conduct monitoring activities and further research is suggested to develop peer tutoring-based intervention methods
Association Between Lumbar Vertebral MRI Findings and Neuropathic Pain in Patients With Low Back Pain at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital
Background: Low back pain (LBP) is a common musculoskeletal condition that may be accompanied by neuropathic pain due to irritation or compression of lumbar neural structures, often associated with structural abnormalities detected on MRI. Objective: This study aimed to assess the association between lumbar MRI findings and neuropathic pain in patients with LBP at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital. Methods: An analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted involving 68 patients, using lumbar MRI data and neuropathic pain screening with the ID Pain questionnaire. Associations were analyzed using Chi-square tests and multivariate logistic regression with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results: The most frequent MRI findings are herniated nucleus pulposus (85.3%), spinal stenosis (57.4%), spondylosis (38.2%), and spondylolisthesis (19.1%), while neuropathic pain is identified in 66.2% of patients. Significant associations are observed between neuropathic pain and all MRI findings, with lumbar spinal stenosis identified as the strongest predictor. Conclusion: Lumbar MRI abnormalities are significantly associated with neuropathic pain in patients with LBP, and spinal stenosis represents the most influential factor, emphasizing the importance of radiological evaluation in the management of LBP with neuropathic components.
Transformasi Digital UMKM Desa Sawangan melalui Implementasi QRIS serta Pemetaan Google Maps
This study examines the outcomes of a community-based digital transformation program for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawangan Village through the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) and the integration of business locations into Google Maps. Prior to the program, most MSMEs relied on cash-based transactions and had limited digital visibility due to the absence of online location mapping. The intervention was implemented across all six hamlets in Sawangan Village and consisted of digital marketing socialization, hands on assistance in QRIS registration, Google Maps business listing, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in MSMEs’ understanding, readiness, and confidence in adopting digital payment systems and utilizing Google Maps as a promotional and accessibility tool. QRIS implementation facilitated faster, safer, and more efficient non-cash transactions, while Google Maps listing enhanced business visibility and consumer accessibility, particularly for customers outside the village area. Despite challenges related to limited digital literacy and technical constraints such as internet connectivity, practical and participatory mentoring proved effective in overcoming these barriers. Overall, the findings demonstrate that sustained, practice-oriented assistance plays a crucial role in accelerating MSME digital adoption, strengthening competitiveness, and supporting sustainable local economic development in rural areas.

The Analysis of the Influence of Trade Openness, Inflation, Exchange Rates, Foreign Direct Investment and Foreign Debt on Indonesia's Foreign Exchange Reserves 2012-2023
Over the past decade, the trend of rupiah exchange rate depreciation and increasing global uncertainty such as the Covid-19 pandemic and the trade war between the United States and China are evidence that the availability of adequate foreign exchange reserves is very important. With the increasing demand for the provision of foreign exchange reserves, the value of foreign exchange reserves has become increasingly important to pay attention to. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of trade openness, inflation, exchange rates, foreign direct investment and foreign debt on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 2012-2023. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is the Engle Granger Error Correction Model (EG-ECM) through the E-views 10 program. The results of this study indicate that in the short term the exchange rate has a significant negative effect on foreign exchange reserves and foreign debt has a significant positive effect on foreign exchange reserves. While in the long term the exchange rate has a significant negative effect on foreign exchange reserves and trade openness and foreign debt have a significant positive effect on foreign exchange reserves. Thus, policies to encourage increased export value, such as the raw material downstreaming program, need to be increased in scope, in addition to the government's role in maintaining the stability of the rupiah exchange rate and investor confidence also need to be further improved
THE EFFECT OF SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER STORIES TOWARD PURCHASE INTENTION: THE ROLE OF BRAND ENGAGEMENT AND BRAND TRUST AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE
This study comprehensively examines the impact of Social Media Influencer Stories on Purchase Intention, specifically analyzing the mediating roles of Brand Engagement and Brand Trust. The research context focuses on Instagram Stories by @fadiljaidi as a form of Influencer Marketing. The investigation targets Generation Z consumers who actively view Fadil Jaidi’s content. Adopting a quantitative methodology, the study utilizes Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 to analyze data obtained from 146 respondents selected via purposive sampling through online questionnaires. The empirical findings reveal that Influencer Marketing exerts a positive and significant effect on both Brand Engagement and Brand Trust. However, the direct impact of Influencer Marketing on Purchase Intention was found to be negative and statistically insignificant. Conversely, the results demonstrate that Brand Engagement and Brand Trust significantly mediate the relationship, serving as essential bridges between Influencer Marketing and Purchase Intention. Additionally, the analysis indicates that Brand Reputation does not act as a moderator in the relationship between Brand Trust and Purchase Intention. This suggests that Purchase Intention is driven more by direct Brand Trust than by general Brand Reputation. Consequently, this study concludes that maximizing Purchase Intention requires strengthening the indirect pathways of engagement and trust rather than relying solely on direct promotion. Managerially, brands are advised to form strategic collaborations with influencers like Fadil Jaidi, particularly on Instagram Stories, as his strong personal branding and ability to provide engaging visual product experiences are proven to effectively cultivate the consumer trust needed to drive sales.
