Collaborative Governance in the Execution of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Agenda in Indonesia: RAN-P3AKS Policy
The global framework of UN Security Council Resolution 1325, namely the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda, has been adopted by Indonesia through Presidential Regulation Number 18 of 2014 concerning the Protection and Empowerment of Women and Children in Social Conflict (called: RAN P3AKS). At the national level, Indonesia has a National Action Plan. The implementation of the RAN at the national level is carried out by involving intersectoral and multi-actor approaches. This study aims to determine the process of collaborative governance of the government in implementing the WPS agenda in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through literature studies. The results of the study concluded that the process of collaborative governance in implementing WPS in Indonesia has experienced progressive development. This is evidenced by the establishment of constructive dialogue from various intersectoral actors involved, the formation of commitment and a sense of shared responsibility with the issuance of national policies down to the regional level, and the increasing participation of women and youth in the prevention, resolution, and recovery of conflicts to build social cohesion
Election Supervisory Board as the Constitutional Watchdog: Ensuring Human Rights and Electoral Neutrality in Indonesia
The integrity of Indonesia’s democratic elections depends on the impartial enforcement of electoral laws and the protection of citizens’ political rights. The Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu), although not explicitly established in the Constitution, serves as a key institution mandated by statutory law to oversee electoral neutrality and protect the fairness of electoral processes. Its supervisory mandate intersects with broader constitutional principles and human rights norms, particularly in addressing violations of political neutrality by state officials and safeguarding the right to political participation. This study aims to critically analyze the extent to which Bawaslu incorporates constitutional oversight and human rights considerations into its supervisory practices and how these frameworks influence its effectiveness. Using a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, the study evaluates national legal instruments, Bawaslu regulations, and selected case studies. Findings indicate that Bawaslu’s oversight capacity is constrained by gaps in legal clarity, inconsistent inter-institutional coordination, and the absence of explicit constitutional grounding for its human rights obligations. Strengthening its institutional independence, refining the legal framework, and aligning domestic electoral oversight with international human rights standards are crucial steps for enhancing both electoral integrity and political neutrality. Beyond the Indonesian context, this study contributes to the global discourse on the role of non-constitutional electoral oversight bodies in consolidating democratic governance, offering comparative insights relevant to emerging democracies worldwide
Pemisahan Anomali Gayaberat Regional dan Residual Menggunakan Metode Gaussian Low Pass Filter pada Daerah Potensi Panas Bumi Way Ratai Lampung
This study aims to separate regional and residual components from complete Bouguer anomaly data using the Gaussian Low Pass Filter method in the geothermal prospect area of Way Ratai, Lampung. Spectral analysis was applied to determine the optimal cutoff frequency that distinguishes regional, residual, and noise components. The spectrum analysis identified three linear segments with R² values of 0.8332 (regional), 0.9655 (residual), and 0.9518 (noise), supporting the accuracy of the segmentation. The complete Bouguer anomaly map displays a decreasing gravity trend towards the northeast, indicating large-scale subsurface density variations. After filtering, the regional anomaly map shows smooth contours reflecting broader geological structures, while the residual anomaly map reveals sharper local features such as faults and fractures, which are potential geothermal fluid pathways. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the Gaussian Low Pass Filter in enhancing geophysical resolution and geological interpretation for geothermal exploration.

THE EFFECT OF APPLICATION A MODIFIED T-MODEL PLATE ON GD2JPP LEVELS AND AVERAGE GLYCEMIC LOAD OF DMT2 PATIENTS MENU
Background: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease with a high prevalence in Indonesia. Its management emphasizes TNM using the "T-shaped plate" concept as a modification of the 3J principle . Although the effectiveness of a similar portion approach has been shown globally, there has been no specific study in Indonesia that analyzes the effect of the T-shaped plate concept on levels 2HBP and the average daily glycemic load of the menu in patients with Type 2 DM. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of using a T-shaped plate on 2HBP and the average daily glycemic load of the menu in patients with Type 2 DM. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a pre-test post-test control group design, involving two groups, namely treatment and control for one month of intervention. Using paired t-test statistical test Results Type 2 DM patients are elderly (60-74 years), female, elementary school graduates, with cardiovascular disorders, DM <5 years, and regularly taking medication. There is an increase in energy, carbohydrate, and fiber intake, as well as changes in the type of food ingredients and the accuracy of meal schedules. The results showed no significant effect of the modified T-plate on GD2JPP levels in type 2 diabetes patients. The statistical test result for the control group was 0.66 (>0.05), while for the treatment group, the p-value was 0.07 (<0.05). A significant effect was found in the treatment group with a p-value of 0.00 (<0.05). However, there was no significant effect in the control group with a p-value of 0.25 (>0.05). Conclusion: the results show that the use of T-shaped plates is not significantly related to GD2JPP levels but is significantly related to the average daily glycemic load
Fiscal Dynamics and Financial Capacity in South Sulawesi Province
This study examines the effects of the flypaper effect, fiscal stress, and tax effort on the financial capacity of South Sulawesi Province over the period 2002 to 2024 using the VECM method. In the short term, none of the identified factors exerts a significant influence on fiscal capacity. However, in the long term, the flypaper effect and fiscal stress are found to negatively affect financial capacity, whereas tax effort is found to have a positive effect. The flypaper effect indicates dependence on central transfers, reducing fiscal efficiency. Fiscal stress arises from imbalances that weaken capacity, while tax effort enhances fiscal autonomy by maximizing local revenue. These findings emphasize the importance of reducing fiscal dependence, improving spending efficiency, and promoting good governance to strengthen financial sustainability. The quality of institutions and governance also plays a crucial role in determining the success of fiscal policy at the regional leve
