THE POSITION OF THE AMICUS CURIAE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION RIGHTS TO RESTITUTION FOR CHILDREN VICTIMS OF CRIME SERIOUS ABUSE
A child who is a victim of a crime is someone who is not yet 18 years old (eighteen) years, including children who are still in the womb. Maltreatment is a criminal act that is often experienced by young children aged in acts carried out intentionally to cause feelings of pain from injuries to another person's body. Based on this, the aim of this research is to know the position of the Amicus Curiae can provide a basis the judge's legal considerations in deciding the case of abuse being studied from a philosophical, sociological and juridical perspective, so that judges can use it as a basis for consideration in deciding children's cases without having to sacrificing children's rights, including in the Implementation of the Right to Restitution For Children Victims of Crimes of Serious Abuse. DESIGN OF A METAL MATERIAL CORROSION RATE TEST TOOL AS A SUPPORT FOR MARITIME INDUSTRY OPERATIONS AT THE CENTRAL JAVA SEA PORTS
Indonesia is one of the countries that has a vast ocean so that Indonesia is also called a maritime country. The sea transportation sector is a very important element in the development, distribution and unity of the population separated by the ocean. Ports are an important part of sea transportation services such as berthing, loading and unloading goods, loading and unloading passengers and export and import services. One of the damages to port infrastructure is corrosion. This research aims to make a corrosion test tool that can be used to calculate the corrosion rate of metals such as steel, aluminium, copper and brass. The results of making a corrosion rate test tool can be used by maritime industry players in carrying out maintenance and repairs, predicting the life of tools made of metal that can be corroded by corrosion environments such as the sea and ports, so as to avoid work accidents due to infrastructure damage and increase the age of port infrastructure made of metal by repairing and maintaining before the equipment is damaged
THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING MATERIALS FOR POETRY COURSES BASED ON BORG & GALL MODEL
The special purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials for poetry courses. The long-term goal of this research is to increase knowledge in meeting the needs of teaching materials for poetry courses. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) design. This research was conducted for three years. The results of the first year's research are (1) students and lecturers do not have a poetry handbook that contains the practice of writing and reading poetry, (2) the textbooks needed by students are those that can support learning learning objectives, (3) the materials in the textbooks contain learning poetry appreciation, learning to write poetry, and learning to read poetry, (4) textbooks are developed based on language aspects, content, presentation, and graphics, and (5) the textbooks provided are not only in the form of printed books, but can also be accessed digitally. The results of the second year's research are (1) linguists declare valid for the development of poetry teaching materials, (2) content experts declare it very valid for poetry teaching material development products, (3) presentation experts declare it very valid for poetry teaching material development products, (4) graphic experts declare it very valid for poetry teaching material development products, and (5) poetry teaching materials in the form of monographs consist of three chapters, namely chapter I, chapter II, and chapter III. Chapter I contains learning to appreciate poetry, chapter II contains learning to write poetry, and chapter III contains learning to read poetry
THE ABILITY OF NITRIFYING BACTERIA IN THE BIODEGRADATION OF ORGANIC WASTE AT DIFFERENT INCUBATION TIMES
Nitrifying bacteria play a key role in converting ammonium into nitrate, which helps eliminate foul odors and increase nitrate availability during composting. This study aimed to determine the effect of the addition of nitrifying bacterial consortium and varying incubation times on organic waste degradation, as well as to identify the nitrifying bacterial isolates involved. This research was conducted using a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by the Tukey HSD test. Identification of nitrifying bacterial isolates was conducted based on Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology. The results showed that the nitrifying bacterial consortium of SA14, SA37, BA26, and BA38 could oxidize ammonium but had no significant effect on the increased nitrate content. However, the incubation time and its interaction with the bacteria significantly increased the nitrate content of the compost. The highest nitrate content was achieved at the interaction of bacterial consortium and 42 days incubation at 0.304 ppm. Phenotypic characterization identified isolates SA14 and SA37 as belonging to the genus Nitrosomonas, BA26 as a species of the genus Nitrobacter, and BA38 belonging to the genus Nitrococcus
FUNCTIONAL GROUP AND IONIC CONDUCTIVITY OF CARBOXYMETHYL CELLULOSE (CMC)/LITHIUM TRIFLATE (LiCF3SO3) POLYMER MEMBRANE DISPERSED WITH RICE HUSK ASH SILICA AS SOLID ELECTROLYTE IN SECONDARY BATTERY
One of the components of the battery is an electrolyte that acts as an ion transfer medium. The solid electrolyte is currently being developed as a membrane because of its higher level of safety. The solution casting method modifies the solid electrolyte by adding rice husk ash silica to the CMC/LiCF3SO3 membrane. The rice husk ash silica concentration was 0% and 12% w/w. The characterization carried out in this study was Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). The results of FTIR showed the presence of functional groups of CMC formed on each polymer membrane, namely O-H, and COO- stretching at wave numbers 3380-3396 cm-1 and 1593-1595 cm-1. Adding rice husk ash silica to the polymer membrane causes the formation of Si-O-Si functional groups at wave numbers 641 cm-1 and 1028 cm-1. The EIS result of CMC, CMC/LiCF3SO3, and CMC/LiCF3SO3/Silica produced ionic conductivity of 1.262 × 10-7, 6.792 × 10-7, and 2.684 × 10-6 S/cm, respectively. This study concluded that rice husk ash silica is evenly dispersed in the CMC/LiCF3SO3 solid electrolyte polymer membrane to be used as a solid electrolyte for the secondary battery

Peningkatan Kapasitas Ekspor UMKM Banyumas Melalui Coaching Clinic
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banyumas possess considerable potential to contribute to the regional economy through export activities. However, numerous MSMEs encounter significant challenges, particularly in understanding export procedures, adhering to international quality standards, and developing effective global marketing strategies. Our community engagement initiative aims to enhance the preparedness of Banyumas MSMEs to access international markets through a structured coaching clinic program, conducted in collaboration with Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and Industries of Banyumas (ASPIKMAS) The implementation methodology encompasses comprehensive training sessions and targeted mentoring programs. The anticipated outcomes include an improvement in the knowledge and competencies of MSME actors regarding export processes, as well as an expanded understanding of international market opportunities. It is expected that this initiative will significantly enhance the global competitiveness of Banyumas MSMEs, thereby fostering economic growth and sustainability in the region.Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Banyumas memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian daerah melalui kegiatan ekspor. Namun, banyak UMKM masih menghadapi kendala yang signifikan, terutama dalam memahami prosedur ekspor, mematuhi standar kualitas internasional, dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran global yang efektif. Inisiatif pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM Banyumas dalam mengakses pasar internasional melalui program coaching clinic yang terstruktur, dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan Asosiasi Pengusaha dan Industri Kecil Menengah Banyumas (ASPIKMAS). Metodologi pelaksanaan mencakup sesi pelatihan dan program pendampingan yang terarah. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kompetensi pelaku UMKM terkait proses ekspor, serta perluasan pemahaman mengenai peluang pasar internasional. Diharapkan inisiatif ini dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan daya saing global UMKM Banyumas, sehingga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan keberlanjutan di Banyumas
Extraction of Cardamom Seeds Using the Microwave Assisted Extraction (Mae) Method and Phytochemical Testing
Cardamom (Amomum cardamomum) is a plant from the Zingiberaceae family which is used as a spice and medicine. Productivity in Indonesia reaches 124,766 tonnes per year, with exports increasing to 10,462 tonnes in 2021. Cardamom seeds contain bioactive compounds such as phenols, tannins, terpenoids, flavonoids and sterols which have antioxidant and antibacterial properties. To maximize its use, extraction of bioactive compounds from cardamom seeds needs to be carried out, and the Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) method is considered more efficient than conventional methods. This study aims to determine the effect of the type of solvent (polar, semi-polar and non-polar) and the length of extraction time using the MAE method on the content of bioactive compounds (flavonoids, phenols, tannins, alkaloids and saponins) in cardamom seed simplicia to determine the optimal extraction combination. In this research, cardamom seeds were extracted using various types of solvents (aquades, ethyl acetate, N-hexane) and extraction times (5, 7, 9 minutes). The results showed that the MAE method was effective for extracting phenolic compounds and alkaloids, but failed to identify flavonoids, tannins or saponins. Tests show that extraction time influences the extraction results of bioactive compounds
Penetapan Bilangan Asam dan Uji Organoleptis Beberapa Minyak Nabati Yang Dijual Secara Online
Beberapa tahun terakhir ini banyak terjadi permasalahan dalam dunia perdagangan khususnya dalam perdagangan minyak nabati yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Beberapa minyak yang memiliki harga yang cukup tinggi antara lain minyak jintan hitam, minyak cengkeh, minyak virgin coconut oil (VCO), minyak alpukat dan minyak serai. Sampel uji untuk masing-masing minyak adalah sebanyak 3 merek yang berbeda yang dibeli secara online. Kisaran harganya mulai dari Rp 89,90/ml sampai dengan Rp 3.100/ml. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas minyak yang dilakukan secara uji organoleptis dan melalui penetapan bilangan asam. Uji organoleptis menggunakan indera penglihatan antara lain bentuk, warna, bau dan rasa. Penetapan bilangan asam menggunakan titrasi asam basa dengan larutan standarnya adalah NaOH. Hasil uji organoleptis menyatakan hampir seluruhnya berbentuk cair encer kecuali untuk beberapa minyak alpukat dan minyak vco yang kental. Hampir seluruh minyak berwarna jernih kekuningan kecuali minyak jintan hitam yang berwarna kuning kecoklatan dan minyak VCO yang jernih. Semua minyak memiliki aroma khas masing-masing minyak dan rasa bervariasi mulai dari getir, pahit, hambar dan pedas. Beberapa sampel minyak nabati memiliki bilangan asam yang rendah dan ada yang sangat tinggi mulai dari yang terendah 0,92 mg NaOH / gram pada sampel minyak alpukat dan tertinggi 120,54 mg NaOH/ gram pada sampel minyak cengkih. Standar mutu SNI yang terkait dengan bilangan asam atau asam lemak bebas hanya ada pada minyak kelapa murni yaitu SNI 7381: 2008 yang menyatakan maksimal 0,2 %. Sampel minyak kelapa murni pada penelitian ini belum memenuhi standar SNI
Analisis SWOT Peningkatan Produktivitas Ternak Domba Berbasis Silase di Desa Legok, Bantarkawung, Brebes
Indonesia memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan peternakan domba, terutama di wilayah Desa Legok, Kecamatan Bantarkawung, Brebes, yang kaya akan hijauan odot. Hijauan ini cocok dijadikan silase untuk pakan domba, memberikan nutrisi tinggi sepanjang tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengevaluasi potensi dan tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi silase. Melalui metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kekuatan seperti ketersediaan pakan dan fleksibilitas manajemen, serta peluang seperti dukungan pemerintah dan potensi pasar yang besar. Namun, ditemukan pula kelemahan terkait keterbatasan teknologi dan pengetahuan peternak, serta ancaman dari perubahan iklim dan penyakit ternak. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi silase mampu meningkatkan produktivitas domba dan pendapatan peternak. Untuk keberhasilan penerapannya, direkomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas peternak melalui pelatihan, kemitraan strategis, diversifikasi usaha, dan adopsi teknologi modern.
