Digital Marketing untuk Pengembangan UKM di Kecamatan Lumbir, Kabupaten Banyumas
Lumbir Subdistrict in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, holds significant economic potential through various Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sectors, including traditional food industries, handicrafts, garment production, as well as service and retail trade. However, the majority of SME actors still rely on conventional marketing methods and possess low levels of digital literacy, which limits the market reach of their products. This community engagement activity aims to enhance the capacity of SME actors in utilizing digital marketing through intensive training and mentoring. The methods employed include needs assessment, training in digital content creation, the use of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, and local marketplaces), as well as branding strategy implementation. The results of the program indicate increased awareness among SME participants regarding the importance of digital marketing, a higher number of SMEs actively marketing their products online, and improved interaction and engagement on digital platforms. Digital marketing assistance has proven effective in strengthening SME competitiveness and expanding market access, particularly for business actors in semi-rural areas such as Lumbir Subdistrict
RISK FACTOR ANALYSIS OF STUNTING IN THE KEMBARAN 1 PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER’S WORKING AREA
This study aimed to identify the dominant risk factors contributing to stunting in the working area of the Kembaran 1 Public Health Center, Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. A cross-sectional approach was employed from May to June 2025, involving 130 mothers of stunted children selected through purposive sampling. Data were gathered using a validated and reliable structured questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, which assessed demographics and stunting-related risk factors. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate methods using SPSS version 22 and Pearson chi-square tests to evaluate associations. The results showed that most respondents were housewives with low household income, and a majority of children were male and over two years old. Despite a high prevalence of good maternal knowledge about stunting (65.4%), statistical analysis revealed no significant associations between maternal knowledge and variables such as education level, income, age during pregnancy, nutritional status, breastfeeding duration, or child immunization status (p > 0.05). These findings suggest that maternal knowledge alone may not directly influence key determinants of stunting, highlighting the role of structural and environmental factors in shaping outcomes. This study contributes to the growing evidence that comprehensive, multisectoral strategies beyond individual knowledge are needed to effectively address stunting
Formulasi Pelet Ikan Menggunakan Tanaman Azolla microphylla di Pokdakan “Mina Jeger” Sokanegara, Kabupaten Banyumas
Pelet sering digunakan pembudidaya ikan karena praktis. Kebutuhan pelet sebenarnya dapat dipenuhi sendiri apabila petani memahami proses pembuatannya. Bahan dasar pelet juga dapat menggunakan bahan-bahan yang ada di sekitar. Pemanfaatan Azolla microphylla untuk membuat pelet, merupakan alternatif untuk mengatasi melimpahnya hasil budidaya. Formulasi protein pelet dapat dikombinasikan dengan bahan-bahan lain sehingga menarik ikan sebagai pemangsa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberi pelatihan tentang pembuatan pelet menggunakan A. microphylla dalam formulasi. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat mampu membuat pelet berprotein tinggi sesuai kebutuhan ikan. Metode yang digunakan untuk tercapainya kegiatan meliputi transfer teknologi membuat pelet berbahan A. microphylla serta demplot untuk memberi keterampilan kepada masyarakat cara membuat pelet ikan berprotein sesuai kebutuhan ikan dengan A. microphylla sebagai formulasi. Sasaran yang dilibatkan kegiatan adalah masyarakat anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan “Mina Jeger” Sokanegara di Kabupaten Banyumas, khususnya yang telah membudidayakan A. microphylla sebagai pakan alami sehingga dapat membuat pelet dari A. microphylla yang telah dikembangkan. Peserta yang hadir 70% mampu menyusun formulasi pelet menggunakan A. microphylla sesuai kebutuhan ikan gurami. Dengan kegiatan ini masyarakat dapat membuat pelet berbahan A. microphylla untuk kebutuhan pakan ikan sendiri dan mengatasi melimpahnya hasil budidaya A. microphylla. Tujuan jangka panjangnya dapat memproduksi pelet untuk meningkatkan pendapatan.

Petrogenesis of Intrusive Rocks in Galela, North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province
Halmahera Island has a row of volcanoes stretching from North to South, known as the Halmahera volcanic belt. In general, intrusive rocks in the belt are associated with the potential for mineral deposits such as those in the Gosowong gold deposit (PT. NHM). This condition provides an opportunity to find considerable mineral resource potential in North Halmahera, so research related to the genesis of intrusive rocks carrying mineralization (host-rock) needs to be carried out comprehensively to understand the genesis to the characterization of magma. The study aims to understand the genesis and characterization of magma and to conduct initial investigations related to the fertilization of magma in the research location. The study was conducted using the surface mapping and sampling of intrusive rocks carrying mineralization in the research area. Furthermore, it was analyzed petrographically and geochemically—geochemical analysis using X-ray fluorescent (XRF) to determine the levels of oxide elements in rock samples. From the petrographic data, the rocks in the research area can be classified as a hornblend diorite. The whole-rock geochemical analysis (XRF) results show an average composition of SiO2 (49.87-55.18 wt.%), Al2O3 (17.74-20.00 wt. %), CaO (9.25-13.03 wt. %), Fe2O3 (5.57-10.14 wt. %), Na2O (3.31-4.22 wt. %), MgO (1.96-2.95 wt. %), K2O (1.20-2.60 wt. %), TiO2 (0,79-1.06 wt. %), MnO (0.18-0.31 wt. %), P2O5 (0.13-0.31 wt. %). Based on the geochemical classification of intrusive rocks in the research area, they are included in the gabbroic-diorite group. In general, intrusive rocks in the research area are affiliated with a series of calc-alkaline magmas with intermediate characteristics formed in tectonic settings associated with oceanic arcs
Clustering Jakarta Islamic Index Stocks Using Fuzzy C-Means Clustering and Determining Optimal Portfolio Using Capital Asset Pricing Model
Investment is an activity of investing fund or capital to earn profits in the future. One investment instrument that many people prefer is stocks, especially those included in stock market index, such as Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). To maximize returns and minimize risks, portfolio is formed. Stock clustering by their financial performance can be done using the so-called Fuzzy C Means Clustering, a method to cluster data based on membership degrees. This research aims at clustering the stocks included in JII using the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm. Four financial ratios, namely Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover, were employed to do this. The resulting clustering was then used to form an optimal portfolio using a method known as Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). This model aimed to calculate the expected returns and risks of each portfolio. Two methods were used in this research, they were literature review and a case study in the stocks included in JII. Based on the Silhouette coefficient value, this research generated three optimal clusters of stocks included in JII. The portfolio made using CAPM method produced INKP and UNVR stocks in cluster 1, at an investment weight of 5% and 95% respectively. In cluster 2, the stocks of ACES, ADMR, EMTK, ICBP, ITMG, and MIKA formed a portfolio with investment weights of 1%, 1%, 1%, 1%, 1%, and 95% respectively. In cluster 3, the stocks of ADRO, AKRA, ANTM, ASII, BRIS, BRMS, CPIN, EXCL, INDF, INTP, PGAS, SMGR, and UNTR, formed a portfolio with investment weights of 6.66%, 2.01%, 4.95%, 20.86%, 7.65%, 10.68%, 6.69%, 5.64%, 21.08%, 3.14%, 1.91%, 3.98%, and 4.75% respectively. The portfolio performance was evaluated using Sharpe ratio and it led to negative results, i.e., 0.2501 for cluster 1, -0.0405 for cluster 2, and -0.0587 for cluster 3. It is, therefore, recommended that investors invest more in the cluster 2 portfolio or choose risk-free assets instead
EFFECTIVENESS OF YOGA THERAPY EDUCATION ON KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDES OF T2DM PATIENTS IN TAKALAR REGENCY
Background: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by increased blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) and glucose intolerance caused by the pancreas not producing enough insulin or the body being unable to use the insulin produced effectively. Objective: to determine the effectiveness of yoga therapy education on knowledge and attitudes in T2DM patients in Takalar Regency. Method: This research uses an experimental approach with a one-group pre-post test design. The number of respondents was 30 using the Accidental Sampling sampling method. The statistical test used is the paired sample test with ρ<0.05. Results: In this study, pre-intervention knowledge results were obtained with a mean of 5.47, and mean post-intervention knowledge increased to 8.47 with a value of ρ=0.001, while pre-intervention attitudes had a mean of 20.20, while post-intervention attitudes the mean increased to 26.83, with a value of ρ=0.001. Conclusion: there is an influence of yoga therapy education on the knowledge and attitudes of T2DM patients in Takalar Regency
PENERAPAN METODE REGRESI ROBUST ESTIMASI-M UNTUK KASUS DATA PDRB PERKAPITA PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2021
Economic growth and a more even distribution of income are needed to improve social welfare. One of the most important indicators for measuring the economic growth of a region is the growth value of the gross regional domestic product (GRDP). The size of the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in Central Java can be predicted using a regression model. One of the estimation methods used in linear regression models is the LS method. The use of LS method becomes less appropriate if there is a violation of classical assumptions caused by outliers in the data. The M-estimation robust regression method can be used to solve outliers problem in the data. In this study, the M-estimation robust regression method was applied to the case of district or city GDP per capita data in Central Java Province in 2021. The weighting functions used were the Tukey bisquare weighting function and the Huber weighting function. The adjusted R-squared value and mean squared error (MSE) are used to determine the criteria for the best model. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that robust M-estimation regression with the Huber weighting function is the optimal parameter estimate for determining the best model. This is because the Huber weighting function has a higher adjusted R-squared value than the bisquare Tukey weighting function, and the Huber weighting function has a lower MSE than the bisquare Tukey weighting functio

Employee performance is a common issue in organizations, including the Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Office of Lampung. The employees' performance has not yet met the established standards. As a government institution responsible for quarantine operations in Lampung Province, Lampung Quarantine strives to improve the performance of its civil servants. This study focuses on organizational climate, workload, and work motivation factors affecting employee performance. The research examines the direct influence of organizational climate and workload on employee performance and their indirect effects through mediating motivation. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents. The data analysis method used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of the direct effect test showed that organizational climate directly impacted performance, with a coefficient of 0.409 (T-stat 2.620, P-value 0.009). The workload positively and significantly affected performance, with a coefficient of 0.260 (T-stat 2.829, P-value 0.005). Work motivation also positively and significantly impacted employee performance, with a coefficient of 0.504 (T-stat 4.804, P-value 0.000).
Furthermore, organizational climate positively and significantly influenced work motivation, with a coefficient of 0.409 (T-stat 2.620, P-value 0.009 < 0.05), while workload positively influenced work motivation, with a coefficient of 0.260 (T-stat 2.829, P-value 0.005). The results of the indirect effects test indicated that organizational climate affected performance through work motivation with a coefficient of 0.131 (T-stat 2.198, P-value 0.028), and workload influenced performance through work motivation with a coefficient of 0.206 (T-stat 2.788, P-value 0.005). The study concludes that all research hypotheses were accepted. Therefore, to enhance employee performance, the Animal, Fish, and Plant Quarantine Office of Lampung is expected to improve the organizational climate, manage workload effectively, and strengthen employee motivation
Prevalence and characteristics of potential drug-drug interactions in hospitalized atrial fibrillation patients receiving anticoagulant therapy
Background: Anticoagulants are essential for stroke prophylaxis in atrial fibrillation but carry significant interaction potential with commonly used medications. Understanding the prevalence and patterns of these interactions is crucial for optimizing therapy.
Objective: To assess the incidence and characteristics of potential drug-drug interactions (DDIs) in hospitalized atrial fibrillation patients receiving anticoagulant therapy.
Methods: This retrospective, descriptive observational study analyzed medical records of 324 atrial fibrillation patients hospitalized between January 2019 and December 2021 at a regional hospital in Banyumas Regency. Potential DDIs were assessed using Lexicomp, Drugs.com, and Merck Manual databases, and categorized by severity, mechanism, and clinical manifestation.
Results: Nearly all patients (98.90%) experienced at least one potential DDI. Of 1,249 identified DDI events, most were moderate in severity (83.27%) and primarily involved warfarin (69.73%). Pharmacodynamic mechanisms predominated (51.24%), and decreased anticoagulant efficacy was the most common potential clinical manifestation (64.21%). Warfarin accounted for most pharmacokinetic (10.49%) and pharmacodynamic (32.42%) interactions. Elderly patients (>65 years) constituted the largest population group (40.74%), and most patients (65.74%) had atrial fibrillation as a secondary diagnosis.
Conclusion: The high prevalence of potential DDIs involving anticoagulants in hospitalized atrial fibrillation patients underscores the need for vigilant medication management, particularly for patients receiving warfarin and those with multiple comorbidities
