Analysis on the Diffusion Mechanism of Electrification of the Transjakarta Bus Policy in Jakarta
This research aims to analyze the roles of international actors, state actors, and non-state/private actors in the diffusion of electric bus policies within the context of public-private collaboration. The selected case is the electrification of the Transjakarta Bus units. The urgent need to address climate change is driving the transition towards environmentally friendly transportation systems, particularly in urban centers like Jakarta. One significant source of air pollution stems from vehicles that rely on fossil fuels. To tackle this challenge, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has mandated Transjakarta, the city's bus rapid transit system, to lead the shift towards battery-powered electric vehicles as part of its public transportation fleet, in accordance with Governor's Decree Number 1053 of 2022. Using a qualitative descriptive case study approach, supported by interviews and literature review, the study applies the framework of international diffusion mechanisms to understand how these actors contribute to the electrification of Transjakarta. The findings suggest that international, national, and private actors play different roles in promoting and facilitating the policy diffusion process of electrification policy, each contributing through a combination of expertise, funding, and technological innovation. This collaboration is seen as essential for achieving sustainable development goals in Jakarta's public transportation sector
Sustainable Tourism Cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Indonesia: Implementation of the 2022 Ministerial MoU
As Saudi Arabia implements its Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify its economy from oil-and-gas dependency, extensive tourism development initiatives have been launched as one of the key elements of the Saudi Vision 2030 agenda. Meanwhile, the Government of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, has identified an opportunity to support Saudi Arabia's tourism development efforts by promoting sustainable tourism, as outlined in Indonesia's National Long Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2005-2025. In 2022, both countries signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the auspices of their respective tourism ministries, agreeing to cooperate on joint tourism promotion, information exchange, and sharing best practices. This qualitative research uses Lawrence B. Mohr’s physical causality approach to chronologically describe the causes and effects from implementation of this cooperation, highlighting the efforts made by both countries from 2022 until 2024. Recent findings indicate that cooperation in the exchange of information and the sharing best practices still requires significant attention, while joint tourism promotion undergo fruitful impacts for both nations
Effect of Cosolvent and Polymer HPMC P.603/PVA-based Lamotrigine Orodispersible Film: Optimization and Physicochemical Characterization
ABSTRACT. Lamotrigine (LTG), classified as BCS class II, is dissolved in cosolvent ethanol (EtOH) or ethyl acetate (EA) to enhance solubility. The objectives of this study are to identify the appropriate formulation of LTG orodispersible film (OF) based on hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Pharmacoat® 603 and polyvinyl alcohol (HPMC P.603/PVA) polymer with EtOH or EA solvency using Central Composite Design in Response Surface Methodology (CCD-RSM). An experimental approach was utilized to investigate the effect of cosolvent amount and HPMC P.603/PVA ratios on the film disintegration time (DT) and folding endurance (FE). The optimized OF-EA composition was 0.46 HPMC P.603/PVA ratio and 3.66% EA with a desirability of 0.817. In comparison, the optimal OF-EtOH composition was 0.87 HPMC P.603/PVA ratio and 6.19% EtOH with a desirability of 0.843. The characteristic data for the optimal formulas include: OF-EtOH: weight variation 92.05±4.81 mg, thickness 0.15±0.01 mm, DT 36.11±1.48 sec, and FE 310.33±5.03; and OF-EA: weight variation 93.72±1.50 mg, thickness 0.16±0.00 mm, DT 26.73±3.32 sec, and FE 470.6±37.44. Based on the OF-EtOH FE, the HPMC P.603/PVA ratio had a greater effect compared to the amount of EtOH (p<0.05). The analysis of variance (ANOVA) demonstrated that the amount of EA had a greater impact compared to the HPMC P.603/PVA ratio, with statistical significance (p<0.05). The EtOH cosolvent was preferable to EA based on the LTG solubility and OF dissolution profile. LTG OF had favorable physicochemical properties and showed promise as a rapid-dissolving formulation for therapeutic purposes.

Band Gap Energy of Some Kekuléan Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon as Finite-Size Graphene: A DFT Study
Abstract. The effect of size and shapes of some Kekuléan Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon (PAH) were studied using the density functional theory with B3LYP hybrid function and LANL2DZ basis set using Gaussian09 software program. Four different geometries of PAH: Linear (L), Hexagonal (H), Zigzag (Z) and Rhombus (R) were evaluated. The results showed that band gap energy (Eg) tends to decrease as the size of the increase, but some geometry decrease faster. Simple analysis also showed that |log(N)| = o(Eg(N)) for L, H and R geometries, indicating that Eg will become 0 for a finite size. These trends indicate that PAH size and shape can be tuned to modulate electronic properties and redox behavior, offering routes to optimize PAH-based anodes for LIBs. In terms of industrial relevance, the ability to tailor Eg through geometry provides design guidelines to achieve higher energy density, faster charging, and improved cycling stability, while potentially enabling scalable and cost-effective synthesis and processing of carbon-based organic electrode materials. The findings support the development of PAH-based anodes as a viable pathway to enhance performance and manufacturability in lithium-ion battery technology.

Colletotrichum sp. from Nutmeg Leaves Shows Antiproliferative Activity Against MCF-7 Cancer Cells: In Vitro Evaluation, Metabolite Profiling, and Docking Analysis
ABSTRACT. Endophytic fungi are recognized as a valuable source of bioactive compounds with significant therapeutic potential, with species from the genus Colletotrichum being particularly noted for their prolific production of structurally diverse secondary metabolites. This study aimed to evaluate the antiproliferative activity of the endophytic fungus Colletotrichum sp., isolated from the leaves of Myristica fragrans Houtt., commonly known as nutmeg against MCF-7 human breast cancer cells using an integrated in vitro and in silico approach. Bioassay-guided fractionation of the fungal extract followed by LC-HRMS analysis led to the identification of three major compounds: 2-amino-1,3,4-octadecanetriol, L-α-palmitin, and muscone-like compound. The antiproliferative activity of each subfraction was assessed using the MTT assay, while molecular docking studies were conducted to evaluate their binding affinities and interaction profiles with estrogen receptor α (ERα). Among the tested subfractions, F2.3 demonstrated the strongest antiproliferative activity, reducing MCF-7 cell viability to 22.08% at a concentration of 50 µg mL-1. The identified compounds demonstrated notable antiproliferative potential, with L-α-Palmitin showing the moderate binding affinity to ERα as indicated by a binding energy of -6.406 kcal mol-1. Molecular docking analyses revealed key interactions, including hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic contacts, contributing to receptor-ligand stability. These findings highlight Colletotrichum sp. as a promising source of antiproliferative agents, thus warranting further investigation into the isolation, structural characterization, and in vivo validation of its active constituents for potential pharmaceutical development.

Types and Symbolic Meanings of Food in the Cupu Panjala Tradition in Gunungkidul
Tradition is one of the customs of society that has been passed down from generation to generation and is still preserved by people who consider that existing methods are the most correct. This research produces types and symbolic meanings of food in the Cupu Panjala Gunungkidul Tradition. This research was analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The data that is the object of this research is ubarampe food (offerings) in the Cupu Panjala Tradition. Data sources in this research consist of informants, events and documents. The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling technique to collect the required data. The data collection process in this research was carried out by means of observation, interviews and document analysis. The validity test used in this research uses data source triangulation and theory triangulation. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman technique which consists of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Sushi Diplomacy as an Instrument of Gastrodiplomacy Implications for Japan’s Public Diplomacy and National Identity
This study examines the strategic use of sushi as a central instrument in Japan’s gastrodiplomacy, aiming to enhance public diplomacy, soft power, and national identity on the global stage. Utilizing a qualitative case study design combined with media discourse analysis, the research maps the engagement of state and non-state actors—including government agencies, renowned chefs, international restaurants, and digital media platforms—in shaping cultural narratives through culinary diplomacy. Data are drawn from policy documents, academic literature, global media sources, and digital trend analysis via Brand24. The findings reveal that sushi serves not only as a gastronomic product but also as a cultural symbol representing Japanese values, including aesthetics, omotenashi (hospitality), health consciousness, and craftsmanship. Cross-sector collaborations have fostered a dynamic diplomatic ecosystem that advances Japan’s cultural positioning while stimulating trade and tourism. Challenges persist in managing authenticity and commercialization, particularly in markets where sushi has undergone significant local adaptation. Compared to gastrodiplomacy campaigns such as Thai Select and Kimchi Diplomacy, Japan’s approach is marked by strategic flexibility and a commitment to preserving culinary heritage. This study enriches scholarly discourse by providing a comprehensive conceptual mapping of sushi diplomacy as a geopolitical tool and cultural branding strategy, offering practical insights for policymakers and cultural practitioners seeking to leverage cuisine in international engagement.

Masculine Foreign Policy: Geopolitical Codes Interpretation of Donald Trump 2nd Term
This study offers an alternative explanation of Donald Trump's foreign policies during his second presedential term through a feminist lens in International Relations. Using the concept of hegemonic masculinity as the main analytical framework, combined with the geopolitical codes framework Through a speech analysis of ten of Trump’s foreign policy speeches and remarks delivered between January 21 and September 30, 2025, the study dissects his discourse across five dimensions of geopolitical reasoning. The findings reveal that Trump’s foreign policy consistently enacts and reproduces the logic of hegemonic masculinity by privileging dominance, transactional loyalty, coercive strength, and uniteralism. In this configuration, statecraft is remasculinized: protection becomes synonymous with control, and diplomacy is subordinated to unilateral power
BMI, WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE, VITAMIN D INTAKE , AND CALCIUM INTAKE IN RELATION TO HYPERTENSION AMONG MENOPAUSAL WOMEN IN BANDUNG
Menopausal women are more vulnerable to hypertension due to hormonal changes, particularly the decline in estrogen. This vulnerability is further increased by lifestyle-related factors such as excess body weight, abdominal fat, and inadequate nutrient intake.Menopause and hypertension are prevalent health issues in Bandung, yet studies examining how body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, vitamin D intake, and calcium intake affect the risk of hypertension remain limited. This study was conducted to address that gap. To examine the relationship between BMI, waist circumference, vitamin D intake, and calcium intake with the occurrence of hypertension among menopausal women in Bandung. A cross-sectional study was carried out from January to March 2025 among 70 menopausal women aged 45–60 years in Sukajadi District, Bandung. Data were obtained through interviews, anthropometric measurements, blood pressure assessments, and dietary evaluations using a semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). Associations were analyzed using the Chi-square test. Hypertension was significantly associated with BMI (OR=11.27; p<0.05), waist circumference (OR=7.85; p<0.05), and low vitamin D intake (OR=9.67; p<0.05). Calcium intake showed no significant association. Excess weight and low vitamin D intake are major contributors to hypertension among menopausal women. Preventive strategies focusing on weight control and sufficient nutrient intake are essential
Pengenalan Konversi Energi Terbarukan sebagai Penguatan Kualitas Pembelajaran Rekayasa dan Teknologi di MTs Sains Karimiyya Kebasen Kabupaten Banyumas
Education in Indonesia continues to face significant challenges in achieving equitable access and improving quality, thereby requiring the strengthening of teacher competencies, the development of a relevant curriculum, and the provision of adequate learning facilities. Through the implementation of the Independent Learning (Merdeka Belajar) Curriculum and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, P5), the government aims to promote a more flexible, contextual, and character-oriented learning approach that fosters 21st-century skills. At MTs Sains Karimiyya Kebasen, Banyumas Regency, the implementation of the engineering and technology theme within the P5 program aligns with the school’s vision as a science-based Islamic institution. The research-based community service activity focusing on renewable energy conversion serves as a practical step toward realizing this vision, while also fostering creativity, innovation, and environmental awareness among students. The renewable energy conversion outreach activity at MTs Sains Karimiyya Kebasen proved effective in enhancing students’ understanding of energy conversion principles through the application of solar power kits and simple electrical generators as learning aids. A comparison of pre-test and post-test results demonstrated a significant improvement across all assessed aspects, indicating that practice- and demonstration-based learning effectively increased student engagement, enthusiasm, and conceptual understanding. Evaluation results based on questionnaires further revealed highly positive responses toward the use of renewable energy conversion learning aids. The strong enthusiasm among participants also suggests that the use of such teaching tools effectively stimulates students’ curiosity and interest, making teaching-aid-based learning methods highly feasible for further development to improve the quality of science education.Pendidikan di Indonesia masih menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam pemerataan akses dan peningkatan mutu, sehingga diperlukan penguatan kompetensi guru, kurikulum yang relevan, dan fasilitas belajar yang memadai. Melalui penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dan program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), pemerintah berupaya menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter serta keterampilan abad ke-21. Di MTs Sains Karimiyya Kebasen Kabupaten Banyumas, implementasi tema rekayasa dan teknologi dalam P5 selaras dengan visi madrasah sebagai lembaga sains berbasis pesantren. Kegiatan PKM berbasis riset yang mengusung topik konversi energi terbarukan menjadi langkah nyata dalam mendukung visi tersebut, sekaligus menumbuhkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa. Dengan pendekatan ini, guru dan siswa diharapkan mampu berperan aktif sebagai pelopor pengembangan sains dan teknologi berbasis energi terbarukan di masa depan. Kegiatan sosialisasi konversi energi terbarukan di MTs Sains Karimiyya Kebasen terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip konversi energi melalui penerapan alat peraga PLTS dan generator listrik sederhana. Hasil perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan di seluruh aspek yang diujikan, menandakan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis praktik dan demonstrasi mampu membuat siswa lebih aktif, antusias, dan memahami konsep secara konkret. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PKM menggunakan kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga konversi energi terbarukan mendapatkan respon sangat positif dari peserta. Tingginya antusiasme peserta juga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan alat peraga efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat dan rasa ingin tahu siswa MTs Sains Karimiyya, sehingga metode pembelajaran berbasis alat peraga layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Sain
