Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease that can cause various complications, including liver and kidney fibrosis. Angiotensin II is a substance that plays a role in the development of fibrosis through the mechanism of insulin resistance. Ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) contains various active compounds, including physalin B, D, and F, with physalin B and D known to have antifibrotic effects. This study aims to determine the effect of different doses of Ciplukan on Angiotensin II levels and blood glucose in a diabetic rat model. The study design used a pre and post-test with a control group design. A total of 25 male Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) were divided into five groups: healthy control group [1], disease control group [2], administration of Ciplukan extract at a dose of 75 mg/kgBW [3], 150 mg/kgBW [4], and 300 mg/kgBW [5]. The results of the paired t-test showed significant differences in Angiotensin II levels in groups 3, 4, and 5, with p-values of 0.001, 0.004, and 0.05, respectively, and significant differences in blood glucose levels in groups 4 and 5 (p=0.001 and 0.035). The ANOVA test showed that Ciplukan did not affect Angiotensin II levels but affected blood glucose levels, with an effective 150 mg/kg BW dose

LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF AUTOMATICALLY ISSUED PERMITS IN A RISK-BASED BUSINESS LICENSING SYSTEM

This study aims to analyze and explain the risk-based business licensing process and the legal implications of licenses that are issued automatically in the risk-based business licensing system. This research used juridical-normative research methods with a statutory and conceptual approach. Based on the research results, the Job Creation Law divides business licensing based on the level of business risk and business scale. Business actors first register their business activities through O.S.S. to obtain the N.I.B. (Business Identification Number). The business licensing document for low-risk is the N.I.B., and for low to medium-risk, it is the N.I.B. and Standard Certificate, which are automatically issued after the business actor provides a self-declare. Business licensing documents with medium to high risk are the N.I.B. and Standard Certificate, while for high-risk are the N.I.B. and Permit. The Standard Certificate and Permit are issued after verification. The implications of the automatically issued N.I.B. and Standard Certificate as an Administrative Decision have eliminated the opportunity for government agencies or officials to make decisions and take actions in government administration. This results in confusion when determining the object of dispute against administrative lawsuits filed by the public whose interests are affected by the issuance of the N.I.B. and automatically issued Standard Certificates

UTILIZATION OF BIO-AGENCY AND ORGANIC FERTILIZER ON FOOD CROP MANAGEMENT IN UNPREDICTABLE CLIMATE CHANGE: A REVIEW

Climate change cannot be predicted with precision, so the aspects of mitigation and adaptation in food crop agriculture are merely plans and actions based on data regarding climate factors, land, as well as plant growth and production. The success of adapting food crops is a triumph of the farmers' mindset and the agricultural field advisors. Several key aspects determining the success of food crop adaptation can be traced through articles from both journals and textbooks; among them are the use of biological agents and organic fertilizers to enhance soil quality functions and strengthen plants in food crop production. This article is a review of various journals and textbooks. Actually, farmers are gradually implementing mitigation and adaptation strategies to cope with unpredictable climate changes, resulting in very distinctive planting patterns in response to shifting climate disruptions. The use of biological agents and organic fertilizers has indeed been proven to enhance soil quality and the resilience of food crops. This review uses the SWOT comparison method of relevant articles and is linked to survey base research on food agriculture practises. Biotic agents such as nitrogen-fixing organisms, phosphate solubilizers, and secondary metabolite producers play a synergistic role with the use of organic materials as fertilizers and soil amendments

This research aims to determine the influence of height factors and the provision of biochar on the yield of sugar palm sap. The research was carried out in areas where sugar palm plants grow which include river basins and hills in Semaya Hamlet, Sunyalangu Village, Karanglewas District, Banyumas Regency and the Food Technology Laboratory, Jenderal Soedirman University with a split plot experimental design with 2 factors each. 3 levels each. The first factor, altitude, is 250 < x ≤ 450 m above sea level (K0), 450 < x≤ 650 (K1), and > 650 m above sea level (K2). The second factor is the administration of various doses of biochar consisting of 0 g biochar (B0), 750 g biochar (B1), and 1,500 g biochar (B2). The variables observed are the volume of sap per day, sugar content in Brix degrees, pH of the sap, sugar sucrose, and reducing sugar. The experimental data obtained were analysed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level and continued with the DMRT test (Duncan Multiple Range Test). The research results obtained were that the altitude factor had a significant effect on the volume of sap per day, sugar content in degrees Brix, and viscosity of the sap. Meanwhile, administering various doses of biochar affected the variable volume of sap per day. There was no interaction between the altitude factor and the provision of biochar on all observation variables

The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a widely used theory to measure technology adoption. It combines the Technological Readiness (TR) and Readiness Theory theories. This study aims to expand the TRAM model by incorporating technology-related training as an antecedent variable. A structured questionnaire was administered to SMEs in Indonesia to assess their readiness and acceptance of Digital Marketing Technology. As many as 180 valid responses were collected and analysed using SEM. The research supports all the hypotheses that training (digital marketing training) significantly impacts technology readiness (TR), and Technology readiness significantly impacts perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). It also suggests that increased PU and PEU lead to a more positive attitude towards digital marketing technology and increased intention to use it. The study concludes that SMEs should prioritize digital marketing training quality to enhance SMEs technological readiness, as it consequently impacts their intention to use technology. Integrating Training, technology readiness (TR) and technology acceptance model (TAM) is very useful in predicting SMEs intention to adopt technology. This paper is the first to explore the role of training in an extended TRAM model in SMEs in Indonesia
