DIGITAL MARKETING FOR SMEs OPERATED BY HOUSEWIVES OF MALAKA SARI IN PANDEMIC SITUATION
Covid-19 pandemic affected people’s lives and economic situation. In Malaka Sari, East Jakarta, Housewives were adapting to the situation by establishing home industry SMEs that produced several products, including products from used cooking oil as material. Due to pandemics, physical marketing was restricted, and these housewives could not promote their product physically and only has customers from the vicinity. Binus assisted by providing training to these housewives in Digital Marketing to increase their exposure and strategies. Four training sessions were held with topics in Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Customer Engagement, and Social Media Marketing. This training was held successfully with positive feedback from participants.
 
PREVENTION OF DRUGS ABUSE BY IMPROVING ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS
Drug abuse and illicit trafficking is a complex problem, both causative and related factors. The countermeasures require a multidisciplinary approach, as well as integration across government sectors, as well as the integration of all parties, as well as the role of commitment and the entire community. In this regard, to determine the extent of public understanding and understanding of drugs, there is a positive relationship between improving the quality of human life and its maintenance. Society as a whole and the interaction between the two, it is necessary to empower the community through improving the quality and capacity of human resources in the context of preventing and overcoming drug trafficking. There are many creative ways to invite people to preventing drugs. One of the things that can be maximized is creativity and local wisdom such as urban farming as a medium for drug prevention. The Participants knowledge before socialization can be identified from the pre-test activities, most of which 60% have less knowledge about drugs and 70 % have less knowledge about urban farming. while after socialization the post-test results are mostly good 90% regarding the types of drugs and the impact of drug abuse compared to those with good knowledge regarding urban farming 95% The results of the activity showed that the youth organization had understood the dangers of drugs abuse for their character building. In addition, they were eager to be entrepreneur regarding urban agriculture. The Education Institution such as Universitas Mercubuana together with the local government seeks to empower the community, especially in areas prone to illicit drug trafficking, so as not to fall into the illicit business by providing training and entrepreneurial skills so that people in the area are able to live independently and have a stable economy
UTILIZATION OF SPACE TO REALIZE A GREEN ALLEY IN CIBOGOR VILLAGE, BOGOR CITY
Greening activities along the alley by the housewives and several youths in RT01/RW03, Cibogor Village, Bogor City. Plant management is still individual or not collective and not in a neat and unplanned way. Therefore, it is necessary to assist the management of plants in the alley as a beginner step towards creating an attractive green. The purpose of the Community Service program is the optimal management of space along the alley for reforestation to create beauty and cleanliness in the alley environment. In this activity, the material taught is to carry out socialization activities to residents; Carry out training/assistance on plant management activities; and Carry out plant arrangement activities in the alley room and evaluate the understanding of the residents before and after the mentoring. The application of community service through plant arrangement activities in the alley room using this mentoring method is useful for introducing and practising and is easily applied at the community level. Technical assistance provided to residents based on residents' preferences in creating greenery in front of beautiful alleys. Efforts to optimize space along the alley have succeeded in creating beauty and cleanliness in the alley environment. The managerial implication is the residents can adopt other alley space utilization techniques by presenting various plants available around residents' homes such as varied from fruit plants, vegetables, medicinal, and ornamental plants
RENOVATION OF MUSHOLLA AL IKHLAS AT JL. RAWASARI TIMUR NO.18, RT.18/RW.2, CEMPAKA PUTIH TIMUR, JAKARTA PUSAT
The current condition of Mushollah Al Ikhlas needs to be developed because the congregation of Mushollah Al Ikhlas is increasing and increasingly unable to be accommodated. In addition to the height of the bathroom floor which is not comfortable to use, the number of toilets is only one, there is only one ablution area, there is no division of ablution areas for men and women. When Friday prayers are often not accommodated, the congregation is often not accommodated, especially when the month of Ramadan arrives, the congregation is not accommodated so that they are forced to worship in the road area around the Al Ikhlas Mosque. To overcome this problem, the manager of the Al Ikhlas Mushollah wants to increase the Mushollah room to 2 floors. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to develop and add facilities for the Mushollah Al Ikhlas, thus it is necessary to design the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas as a first step before the construction of the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas. The method of implementing the activities uses the Architectural Design Process. Where the design of the renovation of the Mushollah Al Ikhlas is adjusted to the input from the manager of the Mushollah, while the working drawings of the design of the renovation of the Mushollah are adjusted to architectural standards. The purpose of the Mushollah renovation design is so that the Mushollah is able to accommodate worshipers when performing Friday prayers and tarawih activities during the month of Ramadan in accordance with architectural standards and in accordance with the concept of the Cempaka Putih Mushollah, so that provide comfort for the congregation of Mushollah. The stages of implementing the activity begin with licensing the implementation of activities, site surveys or location observations, coordination with the mosque management, measuring and drawing the mosque to be renovated, making working drawings, Budget Plans, and 3D drawings of buildings, drawing consultations, construction of mosque renovations, monitoring development progress. The result of this activity is the application of architectural design in the construction of the renovation of the Al Ikhlas mosque in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta.  
EXAMINING THE EFFECT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING IN INDONESIAN SMES
Tremendous change in environment during the Corona virus pandemic has put organizational agility as one of the most important discussion topics among scholars in the world. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with limited resources, need to have strong agility to thrive in today's increasingly competitive market. It is, therefore, crucial to study the factors that may affect organizational agility. This study aims to examine the effects of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational agility through organizational learning in the perspective of organizational behavior. There was a scarcity of evidence on which entrepreneurial leadership could significantly influence organizational agility through organizational learning. The respondents are 200 employees who work at SMEs within the Small Industrial Village which is called Perkampungan Industri Kecil (PIK) in East Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were obtained through the survey method and quantitatively analyzed using SEM – LISREL 8.8. The results indicated that each entrepreneurial leadership and organizational learning has significantly affected organizational agility, and entrepreneurial leadership has significantly affected organizational learning. This study also found that organizational learning partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organizational agility. These results provide recommendations for SMEs entrepreneurs to promote organizational learning in order to enhance the effect of entrepreneurial leadership to increase organizational agility

Extension method; used for deliver material in the form of theory. 2). Question and answer method; used to provide opportunities for participants who are not yet clear in their understanding; 3). ANALYSIS OF RECEPTION AND CRITICAL DISCOURSE OF THE EYECANDY RUBRIC ON ADULT MEN MAGAZINE
Eyecandy is a rubrik in the adult men's magazine “Popular”, featuring sensual content from many of its models, and what happens when the rubric is interpreted critically by female readers. When the workers and editors at the magazine are dominated by men who have full power in determining the value of women in a society's social life through the discourse that appears in it. Meanwhile, women are positioned as objects that do not have the power to determine these values. The purpose of this study is how audience reception interprets the perspective of critical discourse on the text wrapped in the pose of a woman's body shape in the eyecandy rubric in the December 2017 issue of "Popular" magazine. This research uses a qualitative approach with the study method of critical discourse reception by Norman Fairclough's model. The results of the research show that the text in the eyecandy rubric gives a sensual meaning, where that meaning still binds women as the main sexual commodity that is traded in the form of visual objects. The text is only a complementary narrative of the many sensual poses of female models. The production in the process of making this text is dominated by men, where men seem to understand very well how a text and images are used as representations of attractiveness that is able to attract their people, thus proving that women are objects of sexuality where the media constructs according to the wishes of their male readers
IMPROVING ENGLISH SKILLS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CHILDREN IN CITENGAH VILLAGE, SUMEDANG
Citengah Village is one of the beautiful and exciting places in the Sumedang area that can be developed as a tourist destination. To achieve that goal, all preparations are required, including the English language skills of the children of Citengah elementary school. English learning at the elementary school level is one of the efforts to build qualified Indonesian people ready to compete globally. There are many obstacles found in English language learning in rural schools, such as student conditions, environment, and English teachers' competence. Therefore it is necessary to explain to students and teachers more accessible and fun methods of learning English. The implementation of English learning training consists of stages of introduction, learning, and evaluation. The introduction stage explained the importance of English language skills related to the development of tourism potential in Citengah and future challenges for millennials. At the learning stage, we begin to explain the existence of English as a language that should be seen as a culture and knowledge. At the evaluation stage, all students and teachers expressed delight with learning English that is not boring and helps to understand quickly. TANGERANG CITY GOVERNMENT POLICY TO DEVELOP CHILD FRIENDLY CITY
Community service research aims to find out the Policy Development of the City Government (Pemkot) of South Tangerang (Tangsel) in implementing Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Number 11 of 2011, concerning Child Friendly City Development Policies (KLA) in South Tangerang City Government Banten Province. Using a descriptive qualitative approach research method. That is to explain the phenomenon in depth through data collection. This type of research provides an overview, objectively precise explanation of the actual state of the object under study. Research design in research writing uses the theory of public policy making according to Metter and Horn. The results of the research on the development of South Africa's KLA generally went well. Among them; the achievement of basic health and welfare, the large number of breastfeeding facilities and the ASI corner, the high percentage of complete basic immunization for children, the low prevalence of malnutrition in children under five, the low infant mortality rate (IMR), and the active and successful PIKKRR (Adolescent Reproductive Health Counseling Information Center)
SOCIALIZATION OF REGIONAL REGULATIONS OF TELUK BINTUNI REGENCY NUMBER 1 YEAR 2019 DEALING RECOGNITION AND PROTECTION OF TRADITIONAL LAW COMMUNITIES IN TELUK BINTUNI DISTRICT
This activity was carried due to the issuance of Regional Regulation of Teluk Bintuni Regency Number 1 of 2019 dealing with Recognition and Protection of Indigenous Law Communities in Teluk Bintuni Regency. With the issuance of the regional regulation, consequently the life system, the rights of indigenous peoples that have existed for generations have been recognized by the government and can be carried out in a corridor that is in accordance with general norms, in the field implementation the application of this rule has not been fully understood by the local indigenous community. with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia that the State recognizes and respects and protects customary law community units and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with community development and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia through the recognition and protection of customary law communities. Weak socialization and public understanding of the importance of this Regional Regulation (PERDA) so that this activity aims at 1). provide an understanding of what it means to protect indigenous peoples and their rights in the community in accordance with their local wisdom contained in the PERDA, 2) To encourage local governments intensely and routinely to socialize this PERDA so that it is conveyed to indigenous peoples.
