    IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHING FACTORY TO IMPROVE THE SKILLS OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL TEACHERS IN VISUAL TECHNOLOGY-BASED INTERACTIVE LEARNING DESIGN AT SMK KEBANGSAAN PONDOK AREN

    This Community Service activity aims to socialize the concept of Teaching Factory to teachers at SMK Kebangsaan Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, with the aim of improving their understanding and skills in implementing learning models that are in accordance with industry needs. This activity involves training on the use of visual design technologies such as Canva to help teachers create more interactive and relevant learning materials. The methods used include concept presentations, hands-on training, and evaluation through pre- and post-test questionnaires to measure the effectiveness of the program. The results of the activity showed an increase in teachers' understanding and skills in implementing the Teaching Factory and utilizing visual technology. However, infrastructure constraints and limited resources are the main challenges faced. This activity concluded that more intensive collaboration with the industry and infrastructure support from the government is needed to ensure the implementation of the Teaching Factory runs optimally. Further development is recommended through further training and facility upgrades to produce a broader and sustainable impact

    The 2024 Community Service Program was implemented in Meruya Selatan Subdistrict by taking the topic of the obstacles experienced by the community when using e-marketing and e-commerce. This obstacle greatly influences the use of e-marketing and e-commerce technology which is believed to simplify and increase the efficiency of community activities. This program provides input and additional insight for the community to be able to overcome these obstacles so that internet-based technology can be used optimally. The main barriers for participants were access to marketing and funding.     DIGITAL PROMOTIONAL CONTENT DESIGN TRAINING WITH CANVA FOR MSME CIOMAS, BOGOR

    This training activity aims to improve the ability of MSME actors in Ciomas to create attractive and professional digital promotional content through the Canva application. This application was chosen because of its ease of use by MSME actors who do not have in-depth technical skills in graphic design. During the training, participants are taught to create logos, business cards, as well as other promotional content that suits their business identity. This activity aims to overcome common problems faced by MSMEs, such as lack of knowledge about technology applications and difficulties in creating attractive content for product promotion. The training was conducted with a hands-on discussion and hands-on method, where participants used Canva on their respective devices to produce the desired design. The results of this activity showed that participants improved their ability to design digital promotional content, thereby helping them strengthen branding, expand market reach, and increase competitiveness in the digital era. This training was attended by 17 MSME actors in Ciomas consisting of food & beverage businesses

    MEDIA DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION AND PROMOTION BASED ON LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) AT NURUL HIDAYA ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL, CIJERUK-BOGOR

    This paper identified two main problems at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School (Pondok Pesantren). First, the school has limited access to learning materials and relies on printed books. Learning assessment there are conducted conventionally through face to face by giving memorization test. Students (called Santri) have to take a written test every six months. Second, the existence of the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah is less know. Their promotional activities only carried out by word-of-mouth. This community service activity (PKM) proposed a solution to address those problems. To improve learning process at Pondok Pesantren, PKM developed a Learning Management System (LMS). To improve its visibility, it installed a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on the LMS website. This PKM uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, consisting of several stages: problem identification at the Ponpes (to know); problem analysis (to understand); activity planning (to plan); LMS development; administrator training (to act); and evaluation (to change). As an outcome, PKM in Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah has established an LMS structure for online learning. Their teachers (called Ustad and Ustadzah) have been trained for LMS usage. SEO adjustment have been installed to increase their visibility in search engines

    This community service aims to be able to provide information or knowledge to the public who use the national health insurance  how to apply the principles of quality control and cost control applied in health facilities to control inefficiencies so that they can provide JKN continuity and equality in getting access to health services, so JKN collaborates with health facilities to always be effective, efficient, rational,  in accordance with the needs of patients and synergize with the local government to carry out supervision and coaching. The methods used in this community service are lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. The target of this community service activity is especially for BPJS users in Jatiasih sub-district, South Bekasi. With this socialization, it is hoped that the people of Jatiasih District will better understand the importance of the health insurance program and can make maximum use of it to reduce the economic burden when they need health services. This socialization went smoothly and the community was very enthusiastic about participating in the activity. which can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest that the participants have filled in

    Fishery products are commodities that are easily damaged, so intervention is needed in the processing process. One of the factors that determines the sustainability of this industry is producing products of good quality and safe for consumption. Any processed food that is produced for trade inpackaging retail before circulated must fulfil condition CPPOB to obtain a distribution permit. This activity aimed to provide understanding for pindang fish small business fish pindang group in Lombang Village, Indramayu Regency about CPPOB order that products produced can be distributed legally with a distribution permit in accordance with the provisions. Method counseling or socialization is carried out through straight awayamount 20 persons with several stages including activity preparation, counseling, as well as discussions and questions and answers. The knowledge that has been obtained then becomes a guide for small business pindang fish group in identifying the suitability of several pindang fish production houses aspect condition CPPOB which includes location, buildings, sanitation facilities, machines/equipment, materials, final products, employees, packaging, storage, maintenance and sanitation programs, transportation, documentation and recording, and implementation of guidelines. The results of this activity show that there is still a mismatch between the basic production requirements and the CPPOB implementation requirements

    EMPOWERING COST OF GOODS SOLD TO MSMEs OWNERS IN CIOMAS, BOGOR

    Various types of MSMEs business have problems, for example (1) has not enough knowledge about determining the cost of goods sold, (2) determining the cost of finished goods, and (3) preparing profit reports. Based on this situation, as a lecturer from faculty economic and business, accounting program, Sahid university we are interested to provide community service to MSME in Ciomas, Bogor, West Java. MSMe in Ciomas, West Java have not calculated the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in right ways to determining the goods prices. As we know, the business owners only determined the costs only using estimation costs and they have not reflected the appropiate costs. Based on this situation, counseling and assistance activities are carried out to determine COGS for MSMEs. The activity was carried out by using participatory approach and in the end we hope business owners can find out and compile COGS reports for their goods so that the selling price and the desired profit achievement are measured

    THE INFLUENCE OF THE DIGITAL CAMPAIGN “ BEAUTY IS UNIVERSAL” ON DEAR ME BEAUTY PURCHASE DECISION

    Dear Me Beauty, which has been established since 2017, conducted a digital campaign in February 2021 entitled Beauty is Universal. In this digital campaign, Dear Me Beauty wants to say that beauty is a relative thing, regardless of gender, skin color, and other differences. Dear Me Beauty wants Indonesian women to understand that every human being is born with their own uniqueness. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of the "Beauty is Universal" digital campaign on purchasing decisions for Dear Me Beauty products. The research is grounded in the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) theory and employs a quantitative survey method. The population for this study consists of followers of Dear Me Beauty's Instagram account, with a sample size of 400 respondents. The findings reveal that digital campaigns have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, accounting for 49% of the decision-making process. Furthermore, based on the regression coefficient test, the study shows a significance value of 0.000, which is less than the threshold of 0.05. This indicates that the hypothesis suggesting the digital campaign (X) has a meaningful effect on purchasing decisions (Y) is accepted

Sustainable businesses provide both short-term and long-term benefits, making it essential for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to develop high-quality human resources (HR). HR competency is crucial for MSMEs to thrive in the face of global competition. This community service project aims to equip MSME owners and employees with the knowledge of HR competency development to enhance performance and implement business sustainability strategies. By improving the skills and quality of their workforce, MSMEs can increase their competitiveness and ensure business continuity. The level of competence possessed by HR will directly influence the overall performance of the MSMEs, as well as their ability to remain competitive in the market. Thus, by fostering professional and competitive HR competencies, MSMEs can improve their operational effectiveness and enhance their chances for sustainable success in a globalized economy

    Community service activities This aims to increase the understanding of 16 Jakarta vocational high school students regarding cash flow statements through applied accounting education. Cash flow statements are an important component of financial statements, which are often difficult for students to understand, so a more practical and interactive approach is needed. Activities This is done through workshops and case study simulations to introduce the draft basic operating cash flows, investments, and financing. Through this approach, students are invited to directly practice compiling and analyzing cash flow reports. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding of the importance of cash flow statements in financial management. This education not only enriches students' accounting competencies, but also prepares them well to face challenges in the world of work. This program is expected to be sustainable and part of the additional curriculum in schools. Students' enthusiasm and active participation show that more interactive learning methods can increase their motivation and involvement in the learning process. In addition, this program also provides a new perspective for teachers in adopting learning methods that are more relevant to the needs of students and the demands of the world of work
