PROMOTION OF INDONESIAN WOMEN JAZZ MUSICIANS WITH E-ZINES: STRATEGIES AND BEST PRACTICES
Apart from being an education city, Malang City is famous for educational tourism. The city of Malang has an interesting place that can be a reference for studying the history, development and variety of music in the country, namely the Indonesian Music Museum (MMI) which is located which holds a collection of more than 26,000 musical works. This museum is the only music museum in the country. The obstacle encountered by MMI as a service partner is the limited museum promotional content uploaded on digital platforms. So far, the content usually produced is limited to museum collections, such as collections of cassettes, vinyl, and books about musicians as well as photos of activities. This paper explores the use of e-zines as a strategic tool for promoting Indonesian women jazz musicians, focusing on effective strategies and best practices for maximizing their impact. The study examines how e-zines, leveraging their multimedia capabilities and interactive features, can provide a dynamic platform for showcasing the talent and achievements of these artists. By analyzing various case studies and successful examples, the paper identifies key strategies such as engaging storytelling, high-quality content production, and targeted audience outreach. These strategies are crucial for enhancing visibility, building a dedicated fan base, and fostering greater appreciation for Indonesian women in the jazz genre. In addition to outlining effective promotional tactics, the paper delves into best practices for e-zine development and distribution. It emphasizes the importance of consistent content updates, professional presentation, and integration with social media channels to maximize reach and engagement. The findings offer valuable insights for e-zine creators, music promoters, and the artists themselves, providing a comprehensive framework for leveraging digital platforms to support and elevate the profiles of Indonesian women jazz musicians. This approach not only aids in the individual advancement of these artists but also contributes to the broader recognition and growth of Indonesia’s jazz scene on the global stage
SUSTAINABILITY OF FLOWER VENDORS AT PASAR BUNGA RAWA BELONG, JAKARTA, INDONESIA
Pasar Bunga Rawa Belong, established in 1989, is the largest flower market in Jakarta and Southeast Asia, offering a wide variety of fresh and dried flowers, along with agricultural supplies. The market supports around 600 traders, many of whom have been selling for over 20 years. This paper proposes strategies for the market's long-term sustainability. A literature review, a discussion with the Flower Traders Association, and interviews with flower traders were conducted to explore their success stories and challenges. A SWOT analysis was then developed based on these findings. The analysis led to key strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of Pasar Bunga Rawa Belong. These strategies include strengthening collaboration between market stakeholders and the government, enhancing infrastructure, providing technical training and financial support, and improving traders' skills in flower arrangement, financial management, and marketing. Furthermore, marketing efforts should emphasize the emotional and cultural significance of flowers to strengthen customer engagement. These strategies aim to secure Pasar Bunga Rawa Belong’s ongoing contribution to the local economy
DISSEMINATION OF THE USE OF THE AL-QURAN PILLAR ARCHITECTURAL MODEL AT AL MA'MURIYAH BOARDING SCHOOL PASIR ANGIN
10 to 20 students every month, specially sent from Al Ma'Muriyah Megamendung Islamic Boarding School, to memorize the Qur'an to Al Ma'Muriyah Pasir Angin Islamic Boarding School. In motivating students to memorize the Qur'an, a new memorization technique is socialized, namely by using an aid in the form of the Qur'an Pillar Architecture. The method of memorizing letters and verses using the Qur'an Pillar Architecture is a method that was first discovered by the Architecture Study Program of Budi Luhur University in collaboration with the Hafisun Alim 74 Foundation. The education and distribution methods are used to socialize the Qur'an Pillar Architecture to students at the Pasir Angin Islamic Boarding School. The education carried out is through training in the use of the Qur'an memorization application through a web application and an Android system. The distribution of aids in the form of 3D models is carried out by educating students on how to use them. The results of this socialization made the Tahfiz enthusiastic to use this memorization tool to improve their ability to memorize the letters and numbers of the verses of the Al-Quran visually and virtually
DIFFERENCES KNOWLEDGE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD CARIES (ECC) PREVENTION AMONG PRIMIPAROUS AND MULTIPAROUS BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS
Early Childhood Caries is a common dental health issue among children. According to the Basic Health Research of Lampung Province in 2018, the prevalence of active dental caries ranged from 19.6% to 20.67%. Multiparous breastfeeding mothers (> 1 child) tend to have more experience and are likely to possess better knowledge regarding oral health compared to primiparous mothers (1 child). The aim of this study is to analyze the differences in knowledge about Early Childhood Caries prevention between primiparous and multiparous breastfeeding mothers at the Maternal and Child Health Clinic of Satelit Public Health Center Bandar Lampung City. This study is a quantitative cross-sectional study with comparative analytical testing using the Mann-Whitney test. A sample of 100 participants was selected through quota sampling. The participants were interviewed using a questionnaire consisting of 8 questions. The results showed that the average knowledge score for primiparous breastfeeding mothers was 4.09±1.176, while for multiparous breastfeeding mothers, it was 4.79±1.160. Bivariate analysis showed a significant difference p=0.019 in knowledge about Early Childhood Caries prevention between multiparous and primiparous breastfeeding mothers. This study indicates a significant difference in Early Childhood Caries prevention knowledge, with multiparous breastfeeding mothers having greater knowledge compared to primiparous breastfeeding mothers
IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL GAME “FIRE MITIGATION” AUDIO BASED FOR BLIND PERSONS DISABILITIES WITH MDA FRAMEWORK METHOD
Fire is disaster with the largest percentage, in matter this is the victim, isn't it just public general living normally, but sometimes there are also friends disabilities who are victims. Mitigation disaster fires in urban areas for sufferer disability still focus on socialization shaped descriptive. Even though sufferer disability is the most vulnerable groups moment happen disaster. One of the group disability are the tuna. Along with with rapid development of media and technology, disability blind now start can using a smartphone that can emit voice for navigation. Then it was found problem in the form of "how understanding group blind related mitigation disaster specifically fire based on application education". In context activity devotion public this, we do activity located at SLB-A Pembina Tingkat Nasional Jakarta. With have a basic idea in the form of innovation in designing educational games for group blind. In matter this we will focus on design design made with to apply approach LeBlanc MDA Framework method. Approach this is a method consisting of from three components main namely Mechanics, Dynamics and Aesthetics for see experience user when interact with devices, one of which is educational games. So that expected with the existence of educational games This can make means learning for group blindness and prevention beginning to disaster fire
BUILDING A DATAMART FOR DASHBOARD DESIGN TO DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM OF LEGAL DIVISION
The goal of development and implementation is to identify, analyze needs, design datamart and making a dashboard for Decision Support System, especially in the data analysis process of the legal division at PT.XYZ. The design of business intelligence uses a Business Intelligence Roadmap approach that refers to justification, planning, and application prototyping. The analysis is carried out on ongoing business processes, then the results of the analysis are used as a reference in the design of the datamart and dashboard for Legal division consisting of a contract dashboard, brand dashboard, opinion dashboard, licensing dashboard, SPSK dashboard, and produce legal reports that meet the provisions of PT.XYZ. The resulting datamart and dashboard can help the Legal division of PT.XYZ perform data analysis and facilitate the decision-making process.  
GREENPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR THE YOUNG GENERATION: INCREASING THE ECONOMIC VALUE OF COCONUT FIBER WASTE
Economic development activities based on natural resources and the environment, apart from aiming to support development and economic growth, also significantly improve people's welfare. Coconut fiber processing is one of the efforts to support economic development based on natural resources and the environment to increase financial value. The activity Team was carried out by the PKM Team with partners, namely Gerakan Peduli Pesona Alam, domiciled in Gaga, Larangan, Tangerang. Gerakan Peduli Pesona Alam provides education about environmental conservation to the surrounding community. The program implemented is elementary so that it is easy for the community to follow, including managing coconut fiber. This activity began withholding outreach, counseling, and training for trainers (ToT). The result of this PKM activity is the formation of a team of trainers who will later socialize and train the local community so that their awareness will increase and expand in preserving the environment through coconut fiber waste
ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING DESIGN TO INCREASE CULINARY BUSINESS SALES IN NAGASARI VILLAGE, KARAWANG
Currently, environmental issues are a concern and business competition is getting tighter, MSMEs are required to have added value by being more creative in maximizing product design. One of them is through an attractive and informative eco-friendly packaging design, packaging design is the result of a product creation that combines elements of function and aesthetics so that it is useful and valuable. However, many MSMEs in Nagasari Village, West Karawang District, Karawang Regency still use plastic and styrofoam for their product packaging, do not understand the concept of green business, and cannot design independently. Therefore, this community service aims to provide assistance in making eco-friendly packaging designs to increase product sales in Nagasari Village, Karawang. This community service program is implemented for 6 (six) months consisting of 3 (three) stages: 1) Coordination, 2) Mentoring, and 3) Evaluation. It is hoped that MSMEs can use environmentally friendly packaging, and utilize technology in creating graphic designs, not only for packaging, but also other promotional media, such as social media content, banners, advertisements, and so on
TRAINING TO IMPROVE PUBLIC COMMUNICATION IN WRITING PUBLIC RELATIONS IN DIGITAL MEDIA FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS STAFF OF POLDA METRO JAYA
In the midst of the development of digital era communication, the ability of public relations personnel to manage information is very much needed, considering that public relations have the goal of creating, maintaining, and protecting the good name of the organization. Public relations are also tasked with displaying ideals that support, developing relationships and "good will" through a two-way communication process in order to achieve mutual understanding, changing negative things that the community projects towards the organization into positive things. Police Media Hub is a digital communication channel between the police and the community. Through the content presented, the community is expected to be able to understand how the Police work in handling various crime problems, from street crimes to cybercrimes or international crimes. Police Media Hub also provides a clear picture of police actions in maintaining public order which helps the community understand the important role of the Police in protecting and serving the community. Therefore, providing training to improve the competence of public relations personnel is very much needed as a strategic and effective step in conveying information to the community
IMPROVING DIGITAL LITERACY OF HUMAN RESOURCES THROUGH THE UTILIZATION OF VILLAGE INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN WANAGIRI VILLAGE, PANDEGLANG
This community service activity aims to improve the digital literacy of Wanagiri Village devices through the web-based Recapitulation Reporting Information System (SILAMPID). This activity is carried out by developing a system and providing workshops. The workshop given was about digital literacy, good governance, and SILAMPID. The target users of this application are the Wanagiri village apparatus and the head of the RT. The method used in this activity is needs analysis according to partner problems, application design, and workshop and application evaluation. The application evaluation uses Blackbox while the evaluation of workshop activities is based on the provision of pre-tests given before the activity and post-tests given after the workshop activities. Assessment of the SILAMPID system development resulted in all modules or units running according to expectations. The evaluation of the workshop activities resulted in 75% of the participants who attended increasing their knowledge of the importance of Good Governance
