No full textThis article aims to examine the implementation of the debt tax in the framework of the National Program for Accelerating Land Registration in a complete systematic land registration program. The application of the Land and Building Acquisition Fee for the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program by the Regency/City in accordance with Law Number 28 of 2009 becomes tax payable, which according to the provisions of Article 9 paragraph (1) of Law Number 21 of 1997 contains the time owed the tax on the acquisition of land and or building rights is payable from the date of signing and issuance of the Decree on the Granting of Rights, the community participants of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program sign a statement which is then written on the second page of the certificate that the certificate owner agrees and is aware of signing the agreement that the certificate issued that will be issued has tax payable and must be paid at the time of the acquisition of rights, in other words when the tax payable Acquisition Duty on Land and Buildings is the time for the taxpayer to pay, the place of the tax payable is in the regency, city or province which includes the location of the tax payable land and or buildings.

No full textIn this study the authors aim to the effect of price, brand image and product quality on consumer the purchase decision at the Jersey Bajuri Sport shop Sukoharjo Districts either partially or silmutanously. The hypotheses in this study are: It is suspected that price, brand image and product quality have a significant effect on purchase decision in apparel jersey consumers in the Bajuri Sport Sukoharjo Districts partially or silmutanly. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained in the questionnaire method from a sample of 51 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the price quality, brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of consumers in apparel jersey at the Bajuri Sport shop Sukoharjo Districts partially or silmutanly

No full textThis research was conducted to analyze the influence between the variables of work motivation, work discipline and leadership style on the performance of the Karanganyar Environmental Service employee. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample technique in which all of population of the Karanganyar Environmental Servive were 82 people as samples. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The research model uses descriptive quantitative data analysis technique using multiple linier analysis and classical assumption tests. Processing data using SPSS version 25. Result obtained that there is a significant effect on work motivation on employee performance, work discipline variables result significant effect employee performance and leadership style result significant effect employee performance. Overall, the variables of work motivation, work discipline, and leadership style simultaneously influence the employee performance
Exploring EFL Graduate Students' Perspectives and Strategies to Improve English Speaking Skills
No full textEven though Indonesian EFL learners have been studying English since elementary school, many may still consider speaking one of the most challenging language skills. Consequently, when they move to the advanced level, they are required to master more complex speaking skills. Indonesian EFL graduate students faced some problems during learning that can contribute to their speaking performance. Therefore, it is urgent for this study to investigate EFL graduate students’ perspectives on their speaking challenges and strategies used to improve their speaking skills. This study used a qualitative method and a semi-structured interview to obtain deep insight into participants’ perspectives. The participants were EFL graduate students who are taking an English Education Master’s Program. Results showed that some factors influenced their speaking skills in an academic context, such as a lack of accurate pronunciation and lack of vocabulary knowledge and that they used effective speaking strategies for improving their ability in speaking. It is expected that the findings would assist EFL graduate students in uncovering their speaking challenges so that they could perform better when using their spoken English

Rumah Ketandan termasuk dalam ketetapan Warisan Budaya dan Cagar Budaya karena mempunyai nilai historis yang kuat sejak masa Pemerintahan Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat yang dipimpin oleh Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono III. Upaya pelestarian Arsitektural rumah ketandan dari kerusakan merupakan wujud tanggung jawab Pemerintah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta serta seluruh Stakeholder terhadap Warisan Budaya dan Cagar Budaya (WBCB). Kategori kegiatan pelestarian yang akan dilakukan pada Rumah Ketandan yaitu; perlindungan bangunan yang merujuk pada hasil analisis kerusakannya melalui pendokumentasian dengan metode survey manual dan Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) sehingga menjadi gabungan kegiatan yang saling melengkapi, dimana implementasi dari hasil dokumentasi rumah ketandan tersebut akan digunakan sebagai dasar rekomendasi terhadap perlindungan dan pemugaran bangunan tanpa mengabaikan keaslian nilai kesejarahan, arsitektural, maupun budaya yang terkandung di dalamnya

No full textThis study aims to identify how much influence price and brand have on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at the Al-Kafi Store, Jatipuro District. And this research was conducted in October 2021. Sampling in this study was used as many as 50 respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test its reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the F test and t test with a significant level of 10%. Researchers used SPSS Version 25 tools. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by price and brand variables. The result of determination (R2) uses the adjusted r square value, because it uses regression with more than one independent variable, which is 0.582, which means that the price and brand variables are able to explain purchasing decisions by 58,2% while the remaining 41,8% is influenced by other variables not examined. From the calculation of the F test and t test, it can be seen that the price and brand variables jointly affect purchasing decisions and the dominant variable is the price variable

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of training, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit in Karanganyar Regency both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data of this study were obtained from questionnaires with a number of respondents 50 people, while secondary data were obtained by the documentation method. The data in this study were tested by t-test, f-test, coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression tests.The results of the study are: 1) Training has no significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency, 2) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency, 3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency, 4) Training, Motivation, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Karanganyar Regency. This is supported by previous research. Where the training variable has no effect on employee performance, for this reason there needs to be an improvement in terms of job training in order to improve the performance of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit in Karanganyar Regency

No full textThis study aims to determine how the influence of accounting information systems, internal control, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Regional Bank Karanganyar either partially or simultaneously. The researcher uses quantitative method to analyze the data. This study uses primary data which obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 42 respondents which acquired by using purposive sampling technique. The researcher uses multiple linear regression test, t test, F test techniques, and coefficient of determination test which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 computer program for Windows.The results of this study shows that partially the accounting information system variable (X1) had no significant effect on employee performance, while the internal control variable (X2) and work motivation variable (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, accounting information system variables, internal control, and work motivation have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. BPR Regional Bank Karanganyar

No full textWork Accidents are accidents that occur related to work, including diseases that arise due to work relations, as well as accidents that occur on the way to and from work. Work accidents can occur with risks ranging from low, medium, or high, one of which is when steel smelting which is an activity to melt steel so that an iron rod (billet) is produced which is then formed into various materials needed. Work safety can certainly be measured using a method called HIRADC. This method is able to provide identification of hazards, assessments and risks that may occur in steel smelting using a scale based on the resulting potential. This study aims to identify hazards and assess the risk of accidents in the steel smelting process at CV Sumber Wahyu using the HIRADC method. The result is that there are 36 risks with low, medium and high risk variations. The level of safety control on CV Sumber Wahyu is still very low, so various additional safety tools are needed must be owned

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation ands organizational commitment on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, Wonogiri Regency partially or simultaneously. The research data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and direct research. The total population in this study were 32 respondents using the census method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression test with hypothesis testing, namely F test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, motivational variables significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, organizational commitment variable has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo. And the three variables of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Giriwoyo, Wonogiri Regency
