No full textThe purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of net sales, promotion costs and direct labor costs on the net income of primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique is carried out using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained is 31 companies in the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017- 2019 period, with a total of 93 observational data for 3 years of observation. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple regression analysis with SPSS application tools. The results obtained from this study are (1) net sales have a positive and significant effect on net income, (2) promotion costs have a positive and significant effect on net income, (3) direct labor costs have a negative and insignificant effect on net income

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Bintang Asahi Textile Industry Sragen. This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data were obtained from direct research by distributing questionnaires. The research population was 1,600 employees. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The number of samples used in this study was 94 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially the leadership style and work discipline variables had a significant effect on employee performance, the second variable had a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of production employees at PT. Bintang Asahi Textile Industry Sragen. The influence of leadership style and work discipline variables on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Bintang Asahi Textile Industry by 35.7%

No full textQuality financial reports presented by UMKM aims to provide information and as a basis for making economic decisions for interested parties. The presentation of quality financial statements will be influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the owner's perception of financial statements (X1) and the competence of human resources (X2) on the quality of financial reports (Y) on UMKM in Sukoharjo District. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach. The determination of this research is based on purposive sampling method. Based on the sample criteria determined based on the Lemeshow (1997) formula, there were 100 UMKM selected as samples. The sample taken must meet the requirements, namely UMKM that have made financial reports. This study uses primary data obtained directly from the respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study explain that the owner's perception of financial statements and the competence of human resources have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements. This means that the better the owner's perception of the financial statements and the higher the competence of human resources, the higher the quality of the financial statements produced

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Regional Original Revenue (PAD) on Regional Expenditures in the Regency/City of the Ex-Residency of Surakarta in 2015-2019. This research is a comparative causal research. The research data consists of, DAU, DAK, PAD, and Regional Expenditures originating from the Local Government Budget Realization Report which has been audited by the Supreme Audit Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (hereinafter abbreviated as BPK RI) for the period 2015 to 2019. The population in this study is all districts/ Cities in the Former Surakarta Residency in 2015-2019, which amounted to 7 Regencies and Cities. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The prerequisite test of data analysis used normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) DAU had an effect on Regional Expenditure with sig. (0.000) with a level of = 5%. (2) DAK has an effect on Regional Expenditure with sig. (0.003) with a level of = 5%. (3) PAD has an effect on Regional Expenditure with sig. (0.001) with a level of = 5%. 1. Partially and simultaneously the three variables including DAU, DAK, and PAD have an influence on Regional Expenditures in the Regency/City Government of the Ex-Residency of Surakarta in 2015-2019. (3) PAD has an effect on Regional Expenditure with sig. (0.001) with a level of = 5%. 1. No full textStress dapat dialami oleh mahasiswa dan dapat mengganggu kegiatan sehari-hari. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi stress berasal dari aspek lingkungan termasuk kampus, dalam arsitektur teori biofilia dengan prinsip nature of the space dapat menjadi aspek pendukung pengurang stress karena teori ini membahas hubungan manusia yang memang memiliki kedekatan dengan alam. Akan tetapi penerapan nature of the space menjadi kendala bagi kampus dengan lahan terbatas karena pengaturan pembagian zona hijau yang tidak memungkinkan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pedekatan desain secara khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh prinsip nature of the space yang diterapkan pada contoh model kampus dengan luas lahan 204 m2. Hasilnya pendekatan prinsip nature of the space dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan efisiensi tata guna lahan antara lain, memanfaatkan area dinding sebagai lanskap vertikal sebagai bagian dari penciptaan visual alam, memaksimalkan area ground sebagai sebagai implementasi stimulus non visual dan memanfaatkan area sky dengan menggunaan efek bayang dan cahaya perubah suasan

No full textThis study aims to evaluate the system of recording cash receipts and disbursements applied to Warung Sate Kambing Bang Tigor, Surakarta. In this study, it will be discussed how the implementation of the system for recording cash receipts and disbursements at Warung Sate Kambing Bang Tigor, Surakarta. The main point in this paper is "How is the system for recording cash receipts and disbursements applied to Warung Sate Kambing Bang Tigor, Surakarta?" The object of this research is the cash receipt and disbursement system that is applied to Warung Sate Kambing Bang Tigor, Surakarta. This research is expected to find out the weaknesses of the system that has been applied to the stall. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, and observation. The method of data analysis is exploratory descriptive analysis. The results show that the system of recording and disbursing cash that is applied has several shortcomings that must be corrected immediately for smooth operation. The following are some findings of weaknesses in the system for recording cash receipts and disbursements at Warung Sate Kambing Bang Tigor. Academics are expected to take advantage of the information from the results of this study. Researchers are expected to deepen further about implementing a good cash receipts and disbursements recording system

No full textThe hypothesis in this study is that communication, motivation and work environment significantly influence employee performance in offices Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Jebres Surakarta. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of respondents' assessment about communication, motivation, work environment and employee performance. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires and literature studies on books relating to the issues discussed. The data analysis technique in this study used the Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The population in this study were 99 people. From this population 50 people can be sampled from the total population. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling that is sampling where not all members of the population can be research samples. The results of data analysis in this study about the effect of communication, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in offices Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Jebres Surakarta can be concluded that from the results of this study it can be seen that the hypotheses in the study proved all true (significant)

Along with the development of the times, there is a new media with the type of social media Instagram. Instagram is in great demand by many people, so it is easier to convey any information in the form of writing, photos or videos. The purpose of this study is to find out how account managers can attract other Instagram users to participate in promoting tourism in Jember Regency and how to respond to tourist uploads on the @pesonajember Instagram account. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this study are Instagram can be used to convey information in the form of promoting tourism in Jember Regency. The communication process is appropriate in the mass communication process and there are several effects that are caused to other Instagram users who see travel posts. The existence of the @pesonajember account makes some tours more known by many people

Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif.
