Implementasi Google Drive untuk Mendukung Pelayanan Administrasi dalam Jaringan pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Surakarta
The task of the administrative staff is to provide services to lecturers and students, but the ratio of administrative staff to lecturers and students is not ideal, and the CoViD-19 pandemic demands changes to the service system in order to keep performing well. This study examines the use of Google Drive in assisting online administrative services for lecturers and students. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques from interviews, observations and documentation. The validity of the data with triangulation techniques, and interactive models were used for data analysis. This research shows that Google Drive is quite successful in supporting the implementation of online administration services. This is evidenced by the perceptions of lecturers and students who feel that they get the convenience of service, although there are still inhibiting factors. Administration staff should carry out regular monitoring to improve Google Drive implementation
PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, PELATIHAN, DAN PENGELOLAAN KUALITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP SURAKARTA
This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of work experience, training, and quality management of human resources on employee performance either partially or simultaniously. This research is a quantitative research which collects data using questionnaires and uses 94 respondents as the research sample. The analysis technique that used in this research are multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficients of determination ( ). Based on the analytical technique can be concluded that work experience, training, and human resource quality management and either partiall or simultaneiously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
PERANCANGAN EDUPARK SUKOHARJO MENGGUNAKAN TEORI BERMAIN ANAK MENURUT FRIEDRICH FROEBEL
Sukoharjo adalah kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berbatasan dengan Kota Surakarta di utara, KabupatenKaranganyar di timur, Kabupaten Wonogiri dan Kabupaten Gunungkidul (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta) diselatan, serta Kabupaten Klaten dan Kabupaten Boyolali di barat. Dilihat dari perkembangan zaman, mulai timbulsuatu tuntutan akan sarana pendidikan yang bersifat informal. Salah satu metode untuk menyampaikan ‘pesan’edukasi kepada masyarakat adalah melalui sarana pendidikan yang bersifat rekreatif atau sering disebut denganedupark. Berdasarkan dari Data Demografi Kabupaten Sukoharjo, edupark mempunyai peluang yang sangat besarsebagai sarana Pendidikan yang akan mampu menarik wisatawan terutama anak usia sekolah. Edupark yangdirancang kali ini menggunakan teori bermain Friedrich Froebel dengan menggunakan tiga prinsip yangdiaplikasikan pada kawasan bangunan edupark, antara lain (1) kreativitas, (2) kebebasan dan (3) pengamatan danperagaan. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa konsep perancangan edupark dengan penerapan teori Friedrich Froebel,yaitu (1) kreativitas yang diterapkan pada bangunan Gedung Peraga Iptek Interaktif dan Perpustakaan, (2)kebebasan yang didalamnya terdapat bangunan Gedung Serba Guna dan Playground, dan (3) pengamatan danperagaan yang didalamnya terdapat bangunan Gedung Pameran dan Pelatihan
PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. KUSUMAHADI SANTOSA JATEN, KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
In the face of competition in the global era, companies are charged to work more efficiently and effectively, increasing competition causes companies to be charged to be able to increase competitiveness in order to maintain company’s survival. This study have to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and compensation the performance of employees in PT. kusumahadi santosa jaten, karanganyar, both partially and simultaneously.The research is a quantitative research. Secondary data obtained from library research and primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The population of this research is 68 employees taken 10 % of the total number of 686 employees in PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar. The data is tested by multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test and determination test.The result of the study are: 1) work discipline has a positively influences and significantly to the performance of the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar, 2) work environment has a negative and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar, 3) compensation not significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa Jaten, Karanganyar. 4) work discipline, work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. LAW ENFORCEMENT AGAINST COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT THROUGH INTERNET MEDIA
This paper presents about violations of copyright through the internet and law enforcement of copyright through the internet. A form of violation of copyright through internet media in the form of violation of the economic rights of creators and copyright holders. The copyright infringement is carried out through two main activities on the internet, namely, uploading and downloading, this activity is carried out in an illegal way without giving rewards or royalties to the creator / license holder. While the law enforcement is considered not optimal. This is due to the many obstacles in its implementation, such as copyright laws that cannot keep pace with developments in technology and information. Institutions related to copyright protection have not shown optimal performance. Public legal awareness of the basic concept of copyright is still minimal. This is also based on low economic factors that encourage people to prefer to infringe copyright.

PROTECTION OF OUTSOURCING WORKERS IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF LAW NUMBER 11 OF 2020 CONCERNING JOB CREATION
The purpose of this article is to find out the legal protection for outsourcing workers according to the
provisions of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The type of research used is empirical
legal research. Associated with the type of empirical legal research, the data used in the form of primary
data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews while secondary data were
obtained from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The results
of the study can be concluded that legal protection efforts against outsourcing workers/labor must be
carried out maximally and more specifically, considering that in the practice of outsourcing there is a
triangular employment relationship involving the employer (principal), the employer (vendor) and the
worker/laborer. Under these conditions, outsourcing workers/laborers are very vulnerable to
exploitation and inhumane acts, either because of their status as non-permanent (contracted)
workers/laborers or because of the treatment of entrepreneurs who tend to act like capitalists who seek
profit from their hard work. The vendor's business is to employ workers/laborers for the benefit of the
principal, while the vendors themselves benefit from the difference between the wages/services
provided by the principal to the vendor and the wages paid by the vendor to the workers/laborers. This
practice has been analyzed by Marx, who said that workers are alienated (exiled) from work, because
once the worker/laborer is in an outsourcing situation, the worker will work based on the purpose of
the vendor who pays and pays wages, and they (the worker/labor) it will be exploited for the benefit of
the vendor and principal.

DETERMINAN KINERJA DOSEN BERSERTIFIKASI DI POLITEKNIK PRATAMA MULIA SURAKARTA
The success of a university is very dependent on the performance of its lecturers, for that the performance of lecturers must receive the main attention. Pratama Mulia Surakarta Polytechnic is a private university with 34 permanent lecturers, 28 of whom have been certified, of which 64% are over 50 years old. With an age that is no longer young, the lecturers are required to continue to have good performance by always following changes in both teaching, research and community service.This study aims to examine the effect of competence, work motivation, commitment, lecturer certification and work discipline on the performance of certified lecturers at Politama Surakarta. The population in this study were all 27 certified lecturers. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all lecturers who were certified lecturers. The empirical test uses Multiple Regression with the dependent variable: Lecturer Performance and 5 independent variables: competence, work motivation, commitment, lecturer certification and work discipline. The results showed: competence and commitment affect the performance of lecturers; while work motivation, lecturer certification and discipline do not affect lecturer performance. With this research, it is hoped that it can be used as input to improve the performance of certified lecturers
IDENTIFIKASI PENGGUNAAN COMPANY PROFILE PENGRAJIN LURIK KLATEN DALAM DIGITAL MARKETING
In the digital era like today, digital/on-line-based marketing methods are things that must be followed by business people. Building a good digital marketing infrastructure requires a company profile, data content, creation and processing of data content. Digital marketing activity is conveying company information to consumers on an ongoing basis. The Klaten Lurik Industry is a superior product of the Klaten Regency which still requires assistance in terms of using digital marketing and preparing digital marketing infrastructure. The aims of this research are 1. To identify the use of the Klaten lurik craftsman company Profie in digital marketing, 2. To find out the availability of product databases (digital content), and its manufacture, 3. To find out digital marketing activities through any media, and their management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study are 1. The use of company profiles and product data bases is still slightly owned by craftsmen, 2. The creation of digital content still uses smart phones and without any editing process, 3. Digital marketing web services are still used predominantly through social media and e-commerce
PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PEGAWAI INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN MADIUN
AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of communication effect, organizational culture, and physical work environment on job satisfaction, by taking samples on employees at the Madiun Regency District of inspectors office which numbered 37 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5 point Likert scale. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling method. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regressions processed with SPSS program version 27.00. The results of this study indicate that : 1) Communication partially had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, 2) Organizational culture partially had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and 3) The physical work environment partially had no effect on job satisfaction
EFEK MODERASI SIKAP KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM MEMPERKUAT PENGARUH MODAL KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA UMKM BATIK DI SURAKARTA
This study aims to analyze effect working capital on sales as a proxy of MSMEs performance, and to analyze the effect of working capital on MSMEs performance moderated entrepreneurial attitude. This study using sample of 108 batik MSMEs in Surakarta, with purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by using moderating regression analysis. The conclusion of the hypothesis test results (1) working capital has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance, (2) entrepreneurial attitude is moderating variable have moderates in the effect of working capital on MSMEs performance
