    This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Data Energi Info Media in Sragen Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling by taking the entire population as a sample. The population in this study were 77 employees. The method in this research is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25 for windows computer program. The results of this study indicate that leadership, work discipline and work environment partially have a significant positive effect on employee performance.     The contribution of employees in the company is very important. Poor employee work productivity will have a bad impact on the company itself. Good work rotation and work environment as well as appropriate workload can have a good influence on employee work productivity. This study aims to determine the influence between work rotation, work environment and workload on employee work productivity in the Solo Murni Security Printing Division (SMS). The number of samples used was 70 people with the sampling method used was saturated sampling (census). Data collection was obtained through questionnaires. The analytical techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and determination test. The result of this study is that partially work rotation, work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. In addition, simultaneously work rotation, work environment and workload have a positive and significant effect on work productivity

    This study aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership, work ethics and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Surakarta either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that spiritual leadership, work ethics and work discipline have an influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Rosalia Indah Transport Surakarta. This research is a survey research with quantitative research type. The data used in this study used primary data from respondents' answers to questionnaires.     This study aims to determine the expectations and reality felt by bus passengers of PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia and knowing the satisfaction of bus passengers of PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia while using it on a trip out of town. Customer satisfaction is measured by the difference in comparison between expectations (X) and reality (Y) using indicators of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. This research is a quantitative case study. Secondary data was obtained from the company. The research population is part of the bus passengers PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis, paired t-test, and grafics.     Kabupaten Karanganyar merupakan salah satu daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang menjadi daerah tujuan wisata, yang mana daerah ini didukung dengan kondisi dan keindahan alam yang masih alami. Pada tahun 2020 jumlah wisatawannya mencapai 309.047 pengunjung dengan tingkat penghunian hotel sebesar 24,27% dengan rata-rata lama menginap 1,08 hari. Sebagai daerah tujuan wisata perlu adanya fasilitas yang mewadahi dan menunjang aktivitas wisata. Atas dasar pemikiran tersebut, penulis mengajukan konsep perencanaan dan perancangan Family Resort Dengan Konsep Ekowisata di Kabupaten Karanganyar.     Kebutuhan lahan dewasa ini telah meningkat pesat akibat perkembangan penduduk sehingga urban infill dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang efektif. Kawasan Cagar Budaya Kawasan Kota Tua Jakarta memiliki Gang Pendjaringan Jl. Tiang Bendera V yang sejak masa kolonial sudah dijadikan tempat pergudangan, belum terdapat guideline penerapan urban infill secara spesifik pada lahan dalam hal ini Jl. Tiang Bendera V No. 20. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk , 1.) mengidentifikasi karakter fasad dari langgam arsitektur kolonial di Jl. Tiang Bendera V dan 2.) menerapkan urban infill sesuai dengan langgam arsitektur. Makalah ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan analisis dari series façade serta aplikasi dari penggunaan guideline urban infill. Hasil makalah ini adalah 1.) identifikasi fasad Jl. Tiang Bendera V memiliki karakter arsitektur kolonial transisi 2.) simulasi penerapan dengan guidelines dari ICCROM.     This study aims to determine the customer service communication strategy at AnterAja. This    research is a qualitative descriptive study.
