No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap perempuan yang mengalami unwanted pregnancy korban human trafficking dalam sistem hukum pidana saat ini dan penerapan perlindungan hukum terhadap perempuan yang mengalami unwanted pregnancy korban human trafficking dalam sistem hukum pidana Indonesia kedepan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian normatif dimana merupakan prosedur penelitian ilmiah untuk menemukan kebenaran berdasarkan logika keilmuan hukum dari sisi normatifnya. Hasil yang didapat bahwa perlindungan hukum terhadap perempuan yang mengalami unwanted pregnancy korban human trafficking dalam formulasi hukum pidana dan saat ini masih kabur substansi aturan walapun sudah ada pengaturan tentang human trafficking di Indonesia dalam Undang-Undang Nomor Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang, dan penguatan formulasi pengaturan Undang-Undang Nomor Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang dengan mengatur pemberian sanksi pidana yang lebih berat terhadap pelaku tindak pidana human trafficking yang berdampak bagi kehamilan tidak diinginkan yang dialami oleh korban. education. This legal research used non-doctrinal. This type of study is a scientific study with the intention of only wanting to learn not to teach a doctrine, so the method is referred to as a nondoctrinal method. The result indicated that the problem of limiting corruption can not only be done by law enforcement officials, it is expected that the world of education can play a role in preventing corruption early on. Education as a forum to form the next generation of the nation becomes an effective forum for preventing corruption. Eradicating corruption is not enough to punish and give lectures or anti-corruption seminars. In order to avoid growing corruption in Indonesia, it is necessary to look for it from the root of the problem. Providing adequate anti-corruption education will provide protection to prospective future generations of the nation from the rampant acts of corruption. The subject of this study is to identify preventive measures for corruption through the role of higher education. To against the corruption is the responsibility of all components of the state and if only one of the parts is weak, it could be an obstacle to the effort to fight corruption.
One of the preventive efforts of corruption starts from the important role in higher education as the land of integrity that will create individual characters. Evaluation Results from the policy of against corruption in higher education is effective because all indicators of effectiveness are in the policy.

CRIMINAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OF BRAND RIGHTS IN THE INDUSTRY ERA 4.0
No full textThe purpose this study is to identify element of error in trademark infringement based on the Trademark and Geographical Indication Law and the Criminal Law enforcement for trademark infringement based on the Trademark and Geographical Indication Law. In this study, the authors conducted normative legal research. Where in this study using the normative Juridical approach, namely research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. Research materials used are secondary data, namely data obtained from official documents, books related to the object of research, research results in the form of reports, theses, dissertations and statutory regulations.
The result indicated that first, the elements of error in the violation of marks in the Trademark Law and Geographical Indications are seen in the actus reus and mens rea perpetrators of trademark infringement. Where actus reus is manifested as an evil act that is deliberately committed, and mens rea is manifested in the form of evil intent, namely using it without rights. Second, enforcement of criminal law for violation of marks based on the Trademark and Geographical Indication Law is manifested in the imposition of criminal sanctions as stipulated in the provisions of Article 100 and Article 101 of the Trademark and Geographical Indication Law. Where in addition to the form of criminal sanctions there are also fines.

Dalam hal ini penulis menemukan permasalahan karena persaingan penjualan di wilayah kabupaten Sukoharjo yang cukup banyak dan omset penjualan masih rendah ,jadi harus ada sebuah inovasi baru untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dengan cara memperluas target pasar menjadi keseluruhan Indonesia. Mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis membuat website penjualan .Maka karena sebab tersebut penulis akan mengungkapkan bagaimana caranya membangun dan merancang serta memeperluas target pasar menjadi keseluruhan Indonesia.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan pemilik Panda Home Industri.Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya website penjualan sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan dengan cara memperluas target pasar menjadi keseluruh Indonesi

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and location on food purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at the Super Chicken restaurant in Jambangan, Kedawung District, Sragen Regency. The population in this study were all consumers who came and bought at the Super Chicken restaurant in September 2019. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality, price, and location simultaneously or jointly. have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

PENGARUH HARGA DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PERUMAHAN DI PT. RESSAN GEMOLONG
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of prices and promotions on housing purchase decision making at PT. Ressan Land Gemolong. The population in this study are all consumers who have come and made purchases at PT. Ressan Land Gemolong. The sample in this study consisted of 70 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is done by using a survey through a questionnaire filled out by customers. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, the regression equation obtained the results Y = 19.113 + 0.462 X1 + 0.505 X2 + e. Based on the analysis of static data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In testing classic assumptions, multicollinearity regression models, heteroscedasticity do not occur, and have a normal distribution. Individually, the variable that has a greater influence is the price with a regression coefficient of 0.505 and followed by a promotion variable with a regression coefficient of 0.462. Hypothesis calculation using t test shows that the price and promotion variables studied are proven to be significant. Then through the F test, it is clear that the independent variable is feasible to test the dependent variable of the purchase. The adjusted R square figure shows that 22.4% of purchasing decisions can be explained by promotion and price variables. While the rest is explained by other factors outside the research model
