SEXUAL EDUCATION (SEX-ED) SINCE AS REPRESENTATIVE ACT NUMBER 36 OF 2009 CONCERNING HEALTH TOWARDS REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH PROBLEMS
Get PDFAdolescent reproductive health problems in Indonesia are increasingly worrying. The high level of adolescent reproductive health problems which is increasingly growing is a serious problem that must be immediately addressed and resolved by the government. This problem certainly has a negative impact on the growth and development of adolescents in Indonesia, especially women. The occurrence of sexually transmitted diseases caused by free sex and ignorance of adolescents about the dangers of free sex is one of the triggers for reproductive health problems for adolescents. Because of this, education is needed for adolescents and even children so that they understand that reproductive health is something that is important for them to protect. Here is the importance of S e x u al E d u c a tio n or (SEX-ED) to provide knowledge, education, and insight to children and adolescents so that they understand more about reproductive health issues, about sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and about important reproductive matters the other. Because in Indonesia, reproductive health is not studied as a curriculum in schools, and neither at home nor in the environment do many understand sexual education. This is the importance of having to have Sexual Education (SEX-ED) for children and teenagers from an early age. The results of this writing are that there is a need for S e x u al E d u c a tio n (SEX-ED) or the so-called sexual education of adolescent children in Indonesia carried out by the government, the community in the surrounding environment, as well as the participation of parents in order to prevent and overcome the increasing level of reproductive health problems for young people in Indonesia.

Students’ Perception of Politeness in Communicating with Teachers Through Instant Messaging Application:A Narrative Inquiry
Get PDFABSTRACTThis paper aims to determine students' perceptions about etiquette and politeness that must be considered by students when communicating with teachers in an instant messaging application. This study is a qualitative study with a narrative inquiry. The object of research was 8th grade students of Al-Abidin Islamic Middle School Surakarta.The data were collected by interviewing five students from the 8th grade of Al-Abidin Islamic Middle School Surakarta.The results showed that most students already understood the concept of politeness, although it was still simple. Students also understood the reasons why they have to be polite in sending messages to the teachers, although the reasons were more due to age differences.In assessing the contents and the procedures how the way they send massage, the students have already known which one polite or not.ABSTRAKMakalah ini bertujuan untuk menentukan persepsi siswa tentang etiket dan kesopanan yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh siswa ketika berkomunikasi dengan guru dalam aplikasi pesan instan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pertanyaan naratif. Objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 8 Sekolah Menengah Islam Al-Abidin Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan mewawancarai lima siswa dari kelas 8 Sekolah Menengah Islam Al-Abidin Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa telah memahami konsep kesopanan, meskipun itu masih sederhana. Siswa juga memahami alasan mengapa mereka harus sopan dalam mengirim pesan kepada guru, meskipun alasannya lebih karena perbedaan usia. Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to find out: 1) the influence of the bureaucratic system on service user satisfaction, 2) the effect of facilities on service user satisfaction, 3) the effect of fulfilling sharia concepts on service user satisfaction, 4) the influence of the bureaucratic system , facilities and fulfillment of sharia concepts to service users' satisfaction. This study included quantitative descriptive research whose conclusions were obtained based on the results of statistical analysis with the object of research at KSPPS BMT Tumang Boyolali. A sample of 161 people from a population of 300 people with incidental sampling techniques. Instruments used with questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. Regression analysis results obtained regression equation: Y = 3.223 + 0.249 X1 + 0.255 X2 + 0.298 X3, which means that service user satisfaction is influenced by the bureaucratic system, facilities provided and fulfillment of sharia concepts (compliance). Based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) the bureaucratic system influences the satisfaction of service users. (2) facilities affect the satisfaction of service users. (3) fulfillment of sharia concepts affects the satisfaction of service users. (4) the bureaucratic system, facilities and fulfillment of the concept of sharia together affect the satisfaction of service users. Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of trust, ease of transaction, and promotion of online purchasing decisions of Shopee site users. This type of research is quantitative. This research is aimed at Shopee site users. Research time October-December 2019. Sample 100 respondents using incidental sampling techniques. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression with SPSS software version 20. The results of the F test indicate that trust, ease of transaction, and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on online purchasing decisions of Shopee site users, while the results of t test indicate that trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Shopee site users online. Ease of transaction has a positive and significant effect on the online purchasing decisions of Shopee site users. Promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on the online purchasing decisions of Shopee site users

Get PDFDifferent cultures can be seen from the aspect of the speech code that interacts between ethnic Batak and Javanese cultures. Slang or communication pattern, intonation, speech, expression, fluency and speaking can be a benchmark for the speech code of the Batak people interacting and adapting to Javanese culture which seems subtle and in comparison inverted with the Batak people is very typical of the rudeness in communication, so that the Batak Ethnic requires to mingle with the new environment as a way to adapt, resulting in an adequate perception. Research purposes. This study aims to determine the speech code adaptation of the Batak ethnicity in its new environment as migrants with Javanese culture as the host. This research lasted for 3 (three) months with qualitative ethnographic study research methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis. Data validity uses triangulation. Research result. Shows that ethnic Bataks as migrants still retain their original speech code, so that Batak ethnic migrants can still blend in and often Javanese dialogue as a form of negotiation and adaptation to produce an adequate perception of ethnic Javanese as the host

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer income, socialization, service quality and tax sanctions on compliance in paying land and building taxes. The data collection method used was a questionnaire distributed to all residents in Manjung Village, Boyolali Regency, which consists of 7 hamlets. The sample of this study consisted of 92 residents in Manjung Village, Boyolali Regency. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis by looking at the goodness of fit, namely the value of the F statistic, the t statistic, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis, that the taxpayer's income has an effect on compliance in paying land and building taxes. Socialization affects taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. Service quality affects taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes. Tax sanctions do not affect taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes

Human resources are seen as the main driving factor in determining the success of an organization. The success of an organization is very dependent on the activities and work of employees in carrying out the tasks assigned to them. To create high performance, there needs to be mutations in work and compensation according to the work and responsibilities carried out so that employees want to work to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Operations Area 6 Yogyakarta, operational unit area 6B. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data obtained from the document PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Operations Area 6 Yogyakarta. The analysis uses correlation and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS vertion 23 program, Microsoft Excel for Windows 2013 and Microsoft Word for Windows 2013. Based on the results of data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variable is reliable. The result of this study indicate that partially mutations or compensation have an effect on employee performance. So too simultaneously mutations and compensation have an effect on employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that mutations and compensation have an effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously
