No full textThe hospitality industry, is one industry that is engaged in providing services for products and services. By providing a good quality of service will create satisfaction for guests, especially for the occupants of hotel rooms. Because if the product or service provided can be satisfying then they will compare the services provided from one hotel to another hotel. In addition to satisfying service, a price that is suitable and in accordance with the services provided is also able to be a consideration for guests who stay. When satisfied, they will come back and give recommendations to others to stay at the same place. This research was conducted at the Lorin Solo Hotel which aims to analyze the effect of prices through the application of appropriate marketing strategies to customer satisfaction and analyze the effect of excellent services on customer satisfaction. This study uses a survey design, which is a study that takes samples from a population using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used was 100 respondents Lorin Solo Hotel customers. The analytical tool used in this study is the instrument test, classic assumption test, data analysis (simple regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2)). The results of this study, there is a positive and significant effect between prices through the application of appropriate marketing strategies to customer satisfaction and there is a positive and significant effect between excellent service on customer satisfaction. All results support previous research and have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

The hypotheses in this study are: It is suspected that price, after-sales service and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in custom jersey printing consumers in the Alfa Sport Sragen partially or silmutanly. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained in the questionnaire method from a sample of 41 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test.The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded that the price quality, after-sales service and product quality on the purchase decision of consumers in custom jersey printing at the Alfa Sport Sragen partially or silmutanly

No full textAbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is an influence between job stress and leadership style variables on employee performance at PT. Jamu Air Mancur ‘s production operators sector. The population of this study were employees at PT. Jamu Air Mancur’s production operators sector. And the sample are 67 employees, using census techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. Data tested with: (1) data quality test consists of validity test and reliability Test (2) classical assumption test consists of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test, (3) Hypothesis Test consists of Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Analysis Multiple Linear Regression, F-Test, t-Test, and tested of Determination Coefficient. The results showed that job stress has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, and job stress with leadership style simultaneously influences employee performance

No full textPerancangan Mangrove Research Center di Kabupaten Kaimana merupakan strategi pengolahan terhadap potensi mangrove di Kaimana sebagai penyimpan karbon. Tidak adanya pengolahan akan potensi mangrove menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan jumlah mangrove setiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan potensi dan penurunan jumlah mangrove pusat laboratorium mangrove dibutuhkan sebagai sarana untuk mendukung pelestarian ekosistem mangrove yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak perubahan iklim dengan menjaga serta mengembalikan ekosistem laut dan pesisir secara global. Selain itu untuk mendukung terciptnya tata kelola konservasi mangrove perlu adanya fungsi pendukung sebagai kawasan wisata bahari sebagai daya tarik perancagan. Melalui kawasan wisata bahari dapat memberikan edukasi terhadap masyarakat akan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Perancangan Mangrove Research Center menerapkan dan memanfaatkan ekosistem lingkungan (alam) sebagai tema perancangan. sehingga pendekatan yang digunakan adalah ekologi arsitektur. Dalam perancangan ekologi arsitektur hubungan timbal balik antara makhluk hidup dan lingkungan diharapkan dapat saling menguntungkan dan memberikan dampak baik, bagi masyarakat akan kepedulian lingkungan sehingga tercipta Kawasan kota produktif yang berwawasan lingkungan

No full textThe research aims to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of motivation, discipline, and training on mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. The research uses descriptive quantitative. The sampling teqnique uses sampling jenuh where all 47 populations are to be sample too. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression teqnique. The results of t test prove that partially motivation has a positive affects on mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. Discipline partially has a positive affects n mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. Training partially has a positive affects on mechanical performance of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. The results of F test prove that simultaneously motivatin, discipline, and training have a positive affects on mechanical performannce of Ahass Mitra Buana Group Klaten. The proportin of the dependent variable (performance) which is explained by the independent variables (motivatin, discipline, training) is 60,5%. In addition, proportin of the other independent variables can be explained by the other variables that not present in this research
REHABILITATION NARCOTICS ABUSERS IN PERSPECTIVE CRIMINAL POLICY
Get PDFPlacing users and abusers of narcotics and psychotropics into rehabilitation institutions through judges’ decision is an alternative of proper criminal sanction in the law enforcement toward narcotics abusers and preventing narcotics illegal circulations. Compared with sending criminals into the jail, criminal sanctions through rehabilitation are done by giving medical and social rehabilitation. Based on the results of the discussion it can be said: First, An addict and or narcotics abusers and or victim of narcotic abuse cannot abort the criminal act of narcotics abuse that has been done athough the one is attending are has attended rehabilitation program (the article one hundred three) to Act Number 35 of 2009 about Narcotics. Second, Rehabilitation as a non penal mediation in criminal law policy doesnot have to be a phsyical punishment. A rehabilitation program that is attended by an addict and or victim of narcotics abuse doesnot stop that one from the criminal act that he has done. Third, A punishment given to an addict or victim of narcotics abuse is rehabilitation not phsyical punishment.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PANCASILA AS A PHILOSOPHICAL BASIS OF EXERCISING SUFFRAGE
Get PDFDemocratic Party implemented with general elections, citizens frequently unused their suffrage or used their suffrage to get a reward. It is becoming a matter of concern because it results an election which is no longer honest, free, fair and confidential. If every citizen, whether those who are voted or those who vote have an understanding towards the philosophical basis decanted in the values of Pancasila, especially the fourth principle, a popular sovereignty election will be achieved. Pancasila which is a Grundno rm should be the basis for the government to implement the mandate as a representative of the people, while the community can vote the candidates with full consideration, not for any other reasons.

Instagram Caption as Online Learning Media on the Subject of Extended Writing during Pandemic of Covid-19
Get PDFABSTRACTThis journal contains Instagram caption as online learning media on the extended writing subject in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic. Instagram is one of the popular culture products in the digital era. It is one of choices to be online learning media especially in improving writing. Most of people have Instagram account in the recent time. They are very active in using Instagram. Anything can be viral on this platform. This study presents the students’ perceptions of using social media Instagram. The data were analyzed by using qualitative standard of research. The result of this research is there are the advantages in using of Instagram caption as online learning media on the subject of extended during pandemic of Covid-19. The first advantage shows that participants can understand grammatical English like understanding on simple past tenses, subject- verb agreement and spelling correctly. The second, the participants can build their confidence in English writing by writing some Instagram captions. The third, the participants do writing as a daily habit. They are stimulated to write English captions in the lockdown time. The fourth, the participants got improving vocabularies.ABSTRAKJurnal ini berisi Instagram Caption sebagai media pembelajaran online pada mata kuliah Extended Writing di tengah pandemik Covid-19. Instagram adalah salah satu produk budaya populer di era digital. Instagram menjadi salah satu pilihan sebagai media pembelajaran online terutama dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis. Sekarang ini, sebagian besar orang memiliki akun Instagram. Mereka sangat aktif dalam menggunakan Instagram. Apapun dapat viral di platform ini. Penelitian ini menyajikan persepsi mahasiswa tentang penggunaan media sosial Instagram. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan standar penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah persepsi mahasiswa tentang keuntungan penggunaan Instagram caption sebagai media pembelajaran online pada mata kuliah Extended Writing selama pandemi Covid-19. Keuntungan pertama menunjukkan bahwa peserta dapat memahami tata bahasa Inggris seperti pemahaman tentang simple past tenses, subject-verb agreement dan spelling dengan benar. Yang kedua, para peserta dapat membangun kepercayaan diri mereka dalam kemampuan menulis dengan menulis caption berbahasa Inggris di Instagram. Yang ketiga, menulis sebagai kebiasaan sehari-hari para mahasiswa. Mereka terstimulasi untuk menulis caption berbahasa Inggris disaat lockdown. Keempat, para peserta mengalami peningkatan kosakata

THE ROLE OF POLITICAL LAWS IN LAW CODIFICATION AND UNIFICATION EFFORTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH PANCASILA AND THE PRINCIPLES OF DIVERSITY IN INDONESIA
No full textArticle aims to analyze and assessing political role of law in an effort to codification and unification of the law for the construction of national law in accordance with Pancasila and the principle of diversity of Indonesia. This research is a prescriptive normative research, using literature study. The results of the discussion concluded that the codification and unification needed in Indonesia with the condition that the plurality of the people are partial and open codification and unification.
Based on the results of the discussion it can be said that: First, the development of national law requires the reconstruction of law based on the Pancasila and the Constitution of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, so that the colonial law which is still in force today must immediately be restructured based on the Ideology and the National Constitution. Second, it is necessary to realize an open unification and codification in the development of Political Laws based on Pancasila and the value of Indonesian Diversity.
