PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS ANGGOTA KOPERASI MEKAR SURYA KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
No full text This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on member loyalty in the Mekar Surya Cooperative, Karanganyar Regency. The population in this study amounted to 253 members of the Mekar Surya Cooperative, Karanganyar Regency recorded in December 2020. The sampling technique in this study used a proportional random sampling technique, the sample was taken by 25% of the population, namely 59 respondents who met the sample selection criteria. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F- statistics with a significance level of 5%. The results show that the service quality variable partially affects member loyalty with a value of 3.740 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.003 with a significance of 0.000 and the satisfaction variable partially also affects member loyalty with a value of 5.749 greater than the t-table value. 2,003 with a significance of 0.000 as well. Service quality and satisfaction variables simultaneously affect member loyalty with a calculated F value of 75.150 and this is greater than F table 3.15 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The Use of Flashcard in Teaching English Vocabularies by Young Mothers
No full textThis study aims to determine how to apply flashcards in teaching English vocabulary by young mothers in the Dawis PKK Desa Dua Belasan RT I RW III Jombor Kec. Bendosari Kab Sukoharjo. The problems in this study were examined by qualitative descriptive research because the results of the approach were explained by using words. This research was conducted in the village of Dua belasan Jombor Sukoharjo. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are observation and documentation. The use of flashcards to teach English can be done in three ways. Flashcards in the standard way, namely quickly changing flashcards in front of the children, then flashcards were combined with songs and lastly flashcards were combined with hide and seek games. There are two advantages of a flashcard, it is like a game and it can be combined by singing a song. Apart from that, there are two weaknesses of using the flashcard. Teachers must be creative and must find ways to integrate other media on an ongoing basis. Then, Children did not feel bored in learning English using flashcards

No full textThis research aim to know the influence of dividend policy, funding decision, managerial ownership and audit quality to company value by partially and simultaneously. Method in this research use quantitative descriptive method by using obtained source of secondary data. Populations in this research all the company in sector of food and beverages which enlist in Indonesia Exchange Effect during period 2015-2017. Amount of samples in this research counted 13 companies. Method gathering of sample used technique of purposive sampling. The research analysis used is doubled linear regression analyses which cover: descriptive statistic, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. Result of research shows the influence by partially, funding decision and managerial ownership had a significant positive effect to company value. Dividend policy and audit quality have a negative effect but not significant to company value. Influence by simultaneously indicate that dividend policy, funding decision, managerial ownership and audit quality have an effect to company value, with its magnitude of influence 72,1%

The data needed in this study is primary data in the form of respondents' assessments of age, marital status, and employee performance. In this study, a sample of 80 respondents was taken. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Analysis of employee performance in the morning shift found that age has no effect on the employees performance of PT. No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2020 either partially or simultaneously.Financial ratios are measured by Non Performing Loans (NPL) (X1), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) (X2), Operating Expenses for Operating Income (BOPO) (X3) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) (X4). Financial performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA) (Y). This research is a quantitative case study. Secondary data is obtained from the annual financial statements. The research population is 46 banking companies. The number of samples in this study were 8 banking companies. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test.The results show that NPL and CAR have no effect on ROA, while LDR and BOPO have a significant negative effect on ROA listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020 partially. Simultaneously, NPL, LDR, BOPO, and CAR have an effect on ROA listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020

No full textAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of on employee performance, The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are employees of PT. Eco Smart Garment Indonesia in Sambi, Boyolali. The sample is 98 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, and processed with IBM SPSS 26 for Windwos 10. Based on the results of the partial t test on the workload, it can be seen that the calculated t value was 2,060 with a significance level of 0.042. Because t-count > t-table (2.060>1.985) with a significance level of <0.05 (0.042<0.05), the decision taken by H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. For the partial t-test of the work environment, it can be seen that the t-count value is 5.889 with a significance level of 0.000. Because tcount > ttable (5.889>1.985) with a significance level of <0.05 (0.000<0.05), the decision taken by H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. Based on the results of the simultaneous F test, it can be seen that the Fcount >Ftable (329.205>4.21) and the significance level <0.05 (0.000<0.05), then the decision taken is H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.
